This is the most uncaring clinic I have ever been to. I have had experienced The worst customer service ever here and even after taking the time to detail it and hand delivering to the clinic administrator(last week), I still have not had any response. So, here I post a copy of what happened to me. On Sunday, Aug 22, I found my car to be dead. And on the next day( Aug 23), I knew I had an appt scheduled for a blood pressure check.

Not knowing what was wrong with my car, nor how long it would take to fix it, I decided it would be best to cancel and reschedule it. I opened up the My Chart application and not finding an appropriate listing; settled on Ask a Medical Question. At which point I repeated the above info and asked to have the appt moved. On the morning of the 23rd, after having worried all night, I called the clinic(sometime between 9:00 and 10:00am). Again, I repeated all the above info and gave the request of the appt change.( At that time, I asked to have the appt changed to Friday, the 27th).

After a while, I was told that there was a problem and that "she"(don't know her name) couldn't do it. I asked for my options, she didn't know. I asked if she could send a message to have someone call me. She said Yes. That same day, midafternoon sometime, I realized I had not heard back. I called again. "Oh, let me see what I can do" (she says) after I explain everything.

I ask, did my appt at least get cancelled(the one at 2:00). Um, no it didn't. But i will send a message back to the(?) to let them know what happened. I say "great" and about the Friday appt? We get it scheduled and I "breathe a sigh of relief". Later that same day, I read the My Chart appt reminder and guess what? The day and time I requested are correct, but the location is at an entirely different clinic! OMG! Tuesday morning, I call again.

Please cancel and reschedule me at Skyline. And if you can't make it on Friday(Aug 27) than do Monday. So, Monday is what I end up with. So, this morning My Chart says I was a NO SHOW for the appt on Aug 23. OMG! Again! At this point, I call and ask to talk to you. I am totally frustrated that my call was not put through and that whoever it was I spoke with claimed "abuse" and hung up on me.

I did not in any way offer up any abusive language. I never would--I used to have that job--but where I came from, we were trained to "go above and beyond" in our customer encounters: to offer up an aplogy and to ask "how can we make it right. I get that mistakes happen, but those in Customer Service positions should be well trained in problem solving. So, to reiterate: I received no response to my electronic communication.

I received no response to my verbal request for a phone call. My requests to cancel Aug 23rd's appt did not happen. And now? I sincerely hope no one is planning to bill my insurance as I don't know what more I could have done. Please let me know asap that you have received this missive. And if there is someone else better equipped to handle this situation, please feel free to pass it along(in the meantime, please let me know if this is the case). Sincerely. "To add insult to injury" today in the mail I received a note from them that I should call them the next time I can't come. This was dated Aug 27. I hand-delivered the above on Aug 26. It is now 3:00pm on Sept 1 and I have not heard anything back from anyone!

I've been under care here for over twenty years. In former times, this clinic gave me in a row the three best doctors I have had in my life, a remarkable record. Salem doctors even preferred to have the staff as their personal physicians. But things have changed. It seems to be run with a skeleton crew now, but I will say that everyone is civil, empathetic and competent.

The Salem Health software is NOT intuitive, bug-free or forgiving of mistakes, and many of the staff have a rough time navigating it. By all appearances the young men and women aides have been vital to the functionality of the clinic. They have a lab with service as good as pre-covid; the catscan, x-ray, and electrocardiogram services I have not used since covid struck, but they were super efficient before. Responses to phone calls and queries via MyChart have been satisfactory.

I've been seeing my doctor at this clinic for nearly 10 years. Every provider in this clinic has been open, knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I appreciate the services that are on site, and the willingness of my provider to be flexible in my cares. The clinic isn't so big that you are "lost" in the system, and not so small that necessary resources aren't conveniently available.

I have been going to this clinic for years. It's a small facility and the doctors, nurses and assistants are very helpful and caring. They do not make you feel like just a patient. They take good care and look into even the smallest of concerns. Best clinic I've ever been to.

Do not go to this clinic.horrible! The wait times on the phone are awful and then once you get through if you need to get in the see your doctor due to illness forget about it, they do not ever have an opening, they always try to put you in with a nurse practitioner or a physicians assistant. They encourage patients to use their patient portal for easier scheduling and communication with the doctor and staff which is a complete lie, good luck getting a response back at all.

My family and I have been dealing with this for to long and will be leaving this clinic. If you are looking for a compassionate and caring facility do not go here.you will be disappointed.

My dr retired so searching for new. Total nightmare felt like I was in 3rd world clinic. Having blood test done. No privacy everyone got to watch. Met new Dr. she seriously was texting during my appt. hiding behind her computer instead of listening to me. Her asst was disengaged. Was telling me about her problems. Dr asked why I was there. I answered "because you asked me to come for a follow up".

I am not sure when WVP took over the doctor's clinic, but I recently established primary care with FNP Stupfel and she has been a delight. She helped me with a few minor medical concerns and medication management and she has been helpful. I can see the issues with hold times and some waiting times in the actual office, but it hasn't been too unreasonable and I am hopeful I don't experience those issues going forward. I did have to wait a while to establish care and I have not needed any urgent visits with this clinic yet.

Horrible, They never return calls and they act like you are bothering them when you check in. It is so stressful when I do go there, I say I will never go back. It is about getting people in and out. I hadn't been there in three years because It is so unpleasant. After six weeks of trying I finally get an appointment. In the mean time I get a refund check of $25.00 because I overpaid three years before. ( Do You think they would wait three years to get paid) As I check in the rude receptionist states loudly that I have a past due balance of $30.

I state how is that possible because I haven't been there for three years and You just sent me a refund check. She states, I don't know you have to talk to billing. It turns out of course I owe them nothing! I also am pretty sure that it is a Hippa violation to discuss this in front of other patients! Thankfully I am healthy, I can't imagine having any medical issues. I'd die before they would care.

Horrible hold times, receptionists are always rude. I work in reception and would never have the attitude or disrespect towards patients the way these receptionist do. Considering leaving because I can't ever reach anyone, and when I've left messages, I've never gotten calls back. Poor quality of care. Very disappointed.

Unreliable and flaky. Constantly saying they will call me back within an hour and then never getting one. Upstairs receptionists have attitudes for no reason and will leave you on hold for 20 minutes for no reason saying they're "busy". However everytime i'm sitting there, they're never on the phone. Or roll their eyes when talking to patients.

This place has been my doctors office for years. The first doctor I went to wasn't there but 3 days a week and only 5 hours on those days. She wasn't very good so I asked to be placed with another doctor and they asked why and I said that she wasn't a very good doctor. They got all upset because you can't say that about a doctor.

It would hurt their feelings and so I said she didn't work the hours I needed. So they said they could put that down. Anyway the doctor I switched to left and I got a new one and then he left then another and so on until I got one who was really uncaring. RB wouldn't return calls and had her nurses call in prescriptions and wouldn't tell me what it was for.

So I left and went to another clinic. Now my husband who has the same doctor I had RB and is experiencing the same run around and non caring attitude I got. He has been in pain over 3 months before sending him to a specialist. He has complained to the doctors manager and he said sorry let me know if it happens again. It has and he called them and is still waiting for him to return the call. He will be switch to my new doctor soon.

I hadn't seen my doctor in a few years; i'm relatively young and healthy. In that time my Dr. left the clinic. I was assigned another Dr. Well when I needed to see them and called to make an appointment I had to register as a new patient; even though they assigned me another Dr. Come to find out that new patient registers get sent to a 2-5 day waiting period. Called after 6 days and asked what the problem was.

By that time the whole reason I wanted to see a Dr. went away (after little suffering which medication could of relieved. It was more of an annoyance that they didn't call within specified time.) Anyways I call and they said well we have to see if the Dr. we selected for you is taking new patients. I said I'll take any Dr. I don't care.

There response was well if you want another Dr. you have to go back to the new patient line and wait another 2-5 days. The Dr. we chose for you answers quickly so you'll know soon. I said ok. They attempt to contact me once and I couldn't get to the phone. No message left and no attempt to call back. Very poor customer service. Not too mention the care I did receive a few years back was lackluster; probably why that Dr. left?

I have been a patient with the Doctors Clinic a few years now and today is the first time I have ever been treated like garbage by a clinic! I injured my left shoulder and was seen by PA Troy 12/7. He was knowledgeable and helpful. I wish I could say the same for the support staff! I was told by Troy, that I would need a referral to be seen by an orthopedic surgeon.

So naturally, I waited over the weekend and called the clinic back on 12/9 to check the status of the referral, I was told then that the referral was being "processed" and to call back. I called again today (12/14) as to the status. I talked with the VERY RUDE lady in referrals who for the first time told me that Troy had not finished my chart and that Troy was out for a family emergency.

I asked if someone else could look at my chart, the RUDE lady from referrals said the "on call": doctor could look at it. The call ended there. Ten minutes later, I received a call back from Troy's office where his assistant Tamara said that my referral was sent out and to go ahead and call the Orthopedic's office. Naturally, I called and guess what, the did NOT have my referral.

Another call BACK to the Doctors' Clinic and was put on hold and hung up on. Another call and I explained the whole situation again and I said I did not appreciate the incompetence I am receiving over this. The lady I was speaking with immediately became hostile and treated me as if I was a third class citizen and put me on hold. Now, I'm back to the lady in referrals who ALSO at this point treated me like garbage.

You gave me the same information as before and attempted to talk over me as if I did not exist. When I asked her why then was I called by Troy's assistant Tamara and told that my referral was ready she said I was given "Wrong information". So, I then asked when my referral will be ready and once again I was given the whole run-around again. Frustrated, I said I should probably find another physician, all the lady could say is that "it's probably a good idea"? Salem is not a large enough city to start treating patients like garbage! Keep it up Doctors Clinic and you'll run out of people signing up to be patients!

I have been with The doctors clinic for more then 30 years. My children have never seen another doctor in their lives but Dr Myron Lee. Unfortunately Dr Lee retired this year and we were given a doctor that I thought was going to be a good physician. Started out fine but as of today when I tried to make an appointment for my child I was informed that Dr Campbell has dropped my family and will no longer see us.

He gave no reason and we can't see any other doctor in the clinic. After 30 + years. The only place I have ever gone in my life and the only place my children have ever gone we are "dropped " with no reason given. The doctors clinic is a terrible place with terrible Doctors who only want money and don't care about families. I'm lucky I have great insurance and was easily picked up by Salem Clinic. Run people from the horrible doctor's clinic and the family hurting Dr Campbell!shame on you!

Went to the Clinic for over a year. The staff did not follow up on referrals. Dr. Howard was my primary. Despite providing information regarding my allergies to medication she tried twice to prescribe medicine I was allergic to. I was diagnosed with a condition and was not informed about it. I ended up in the emergency room and then was told I had a chronic condition. Was scolded at length by the doctor for rescheduling two appointments.

After I suggested we should move on to the rest of the appointment and when I questioned a drug she was ordering for me she informed me I should find another doctor. I made a complaint with the person in charge of customer care and he stated he would follow up on the complaint and would call me regarding the outcome. He never did. I am now with a new doctor and quite happy.

The Doctors Clinic is a self-contained full service doctor office. They have providers in almost every field in medicine. They also do lab works, x-rays and CT scans. Everything is easy to use and get done. They do the billing in house and take most insurance plans. They also have family providers so you can bring your kids too. Great place to get your health care take care of.
