Dr. Jones and her Nursning staff are very kind, and caring! They return phone calls in a timely matter, Dr. Jones takes time to listen to my medical history and problems, while her nursing staff does the same. I am very grateful to be seeing them, and I would recommend Dr. Jones to any of my friends or family, also the front desk staff is super friendly and nice.

I would pick somewhere else for medical care. Meaning any HRRMC location should be avoided. Went to this location for a problem I had been having - they were rude, and the nurse I saw placed incorrect info in my medical records and basically implied I was just a drug seeker. Have been to other HRRMC locations and spent lots of money, but they never figured it out or gave any type of real help.

Even after complaining to the patient advocate nothing was done. Went to a doctor in the Denver Metro area and in two appointments he figured out the problem and got me into surgery immediately. They have always deleted my reviews that I have left over the years, hoping this one will stay.

Places like this make it hard to maintain faith in humanity. There Just here to collect there medicaid bucks and seem to have no concern for people. Will never be back again. And just to make things clear the 2 stars are for the ladies in the front they were somewhat helpful. I would highly recommend staying away from this place unless your desperate on the weekend.

They will likely ask you a few questions and rush you through the process Maintaing there focus of getting you in and out in 10 minutes. Honestly don't think there good for anything except the Occasional prescription, blood work, regurgited Google information. Never again

Really disappointed that I had to cancel a reservation for New Years because Dr Jones denied me picking up meds the day before they were due so that I could leave town. Not only that, but I couldn't get to the pharmacy until after noon to pick up pain meds which I missed a dose. She wants me to take Suboxone- a more lethal opiate than the one I take.

Also suggests I should quit my job since it adds to my pain. I also had to request multiple simple labs that my insurance covers. She stated the results would not be different than they were 8 weeks prior. Boy was she wrong. And she obviously can accept being incorrect. Thanks for making me out to be a drug addict when you're pushing stronger meds that I've tried and refuse to ever take again.

I will not be seeing her again. I'm guessing she will be pleased. This is how you treat people who want to work and live through disabilities? Absolutely a shame that Dr Jones has such a low expectation of her patients. Her medical notes and lack of compassion reflect her poor work ethic.

The people here were so rude and unhelpful, I received an illegal medical bill and no one tried to rectify it, I wish I could give this place zero stars. The bill is more than they claimed I would have to pay and I will be sueing

Extremely pleased with care that was given. We are from Nebraska visiting our daughter got an ear infection so we found a place close to us. Staff was so nice and professional i had no problems considering being from another state. Staff listened to my concerns checked my daughter and we were done within 45 minutes to get her antibiotics. Very happy this place had a walk in clinic!

Everyone is so professional and kind. I would recommend this clinic to anyone. I never had any kind of problem. Iam glad that me and my husband are part of this clinic as patients to Dr Rodricks.

There is a walk in clinic that is awesome if you enjoy waiting at least an hour to 95 minutes. Forced to do it because the doctors appointments are always booked way out. Who plans an illness in advance?:

Had one of the best health care experiences ever. Kind and helpful RN (can't remember his name but tall and wore glasses) and nurse practitioner, John. They saw my son 3 minutes before closing and stayed late to ensure his needs were met. Very grateful!

I gave myself a nasty little laceration on my thumb. Less than 30 seconds in the door I was taken to the examination room where I received quick and professional care. The physician and nurses conducted themselves in a polite and very professional manner. I was in and out in less than an hour. Ultimately, the care I received was outstanding. Thank you!
