Saltzer is the worst hospital I've ever been to! Constant miscommunication, never gave me any updates on my fracture I was always the one having to reach out (and would be on hold for 15 minutes), always calling to confirm appointment yet the day of my appointment I had to reschedule 2 hours before because they didn't have the "right equipment" to take my cast off? You're literally a hospital.how do you not have the right equipment?

Do not waste your time especially if you have a job where you cannot take time off from taking pointless phone calls and appointments. Incompetent and inefficient on all ends.

Dr Jonathan Wolf performed my right foot fusion which did not go well although I followed all post op instructions. He assured me a redo was necessary. It turned out worse. I can't walk very far and even at rest I get nerve pain in my foot. Extremely disappointed to say the least. Get several opinions from Orthopedic surgeons before you undergo surgery. Your feet are very important. I miss being able to go for walks

Be careful, they do no pre-screening or separation and its right next to the hospital, took my dad in for a hurt foot and two separate covid patients were allowed to sit closely in the lobby, no designated area for none covid patients. Please be aware and have it recorded the nurse saying they don't disinfect because they are not a clean facility. Only clean facility have to disinfect and segregate is what I was told. I recorded and will see how much it captured of them saying this and will post to Instagram.

We really love Dr Freeman as our kids' doctor, and the ladies on the phone are all very nice. My MAIN problem with this office is that whenever I call I have to leave a "call back" number, and I rarely if ever get a call back. Sometimes I have a non emergency medical question, need to make an appointment, etc. and I can never get a live person on the phone. Whoever's idea this was is either trying to save money or not looking to turn a profit because even though we love the Doctors and assistants, it is not worth the hassle trying to get in touch with the office.

Amazingly terrible.1st I went in on some kind of rash on my finger.i wasn't giving a doctor but P.A. now he looked at it and said it was tenia.athletes foot.i queried that opinion never the less i got a prescription. an anti fungal and steroid. following directions on prescription a week later it was clearly worse!.black n blue disgusting.i went back in.paid another co-pay.and asked if i could have a doctor this time.i got a doctor.she said she didnt know what it was.she said clearly it wasn't fungal. and wanted me to take an antibiotic.given that its not good to use antibiotics. Weakens your immune system. i again queried her.like im upsetting the great minds that are doctors.3 days later i had skin falling of my finger!.oh she did a swab for lab tests.i got that message when i was in the emergency room.more money more money. the test said it wasn't bacterial. the ER doc said it was.merca?.i followed up with my doctor at saltzer.told me to continue the bactrum.wait holmie!.i thought it wasn't bacterial.then he tells me.that im too disruptive.and need to find another provider cause the quick care doesn't want me back.quit stealing from people.if ya dont know.why guess.send em to a specialist!.oh my finger is still gross!.dont question the mental giants that are called doctors.quacks!

This review is for the vaccination office at the main building, which shares the same address as the clinic. Did you know that there are only a few places you can get foreign travel immunizations in the valley (and Southwest District Health is not one of them)? This is one of them, and I am really happy we picked them! I called and left a message to start off the process and was surprised to receive a retuned call the same day.

In fact, Marie mentioned she wanted to touch base with us the same day to start the ball rolling, which is amazing (especially after I've recently experienced a string of never-returned phone calls to medical offices). From beginning to end, Marie was our point of contact. She worked us into a very tight schedule. She did preliminary research about what was required (and suggested) for the countries we're visiting.

And when we arrived she was prompt about greeting us in the main lobby. Now if you've never had foreign travel vaccinations (or haven't for a very long time, like me) I must tell you that it is not a "Oh, I'll just drop in, get one (or SIX), and keep on steppin'." Noooooooo. You should set aside a couple of hours for the process. Marie had printed off educational material for us about the countries we were going to visit, the vaccinations, travel safety, etc.

Every shot we needed was there and didn't need to be ordered. She went over everything thoroughly and answered our many questions. And she did it with a great attitude and a smile on her face. In fact, when I thanked her in person for being so prompt and nice on the phone she said, "Hey, it's my job, and I love my job." If you live anywhere near this location and need travel vaccinations, I highly recommend Saltzer!
