I did not even get an opportunity to see this doctor, but it was already a red flag when they did not answer the phone. I called several times on a Wednesday and no answer. Someone online said that she was closed on Wednesdays, but photos of office hours say otherwise. I attempted to call back on Thursday morning and it just rang. I called at 8am and 9:30am but nothing.

My husband even called for me and nothing. We both felt uncomfortable to move forward with her so I called my PCP and had them give me a new referral. Please don't waste your time with this doctor.

Doctor can be very Blunt about things. She tells it like it is. Straight forward, holds nothing back! And that is one of the things I like about her. She's not the most easy doctor to talk too and can be a bit scary at times, but she is a EXCELLENT doctor and listens to my concerns & answers all my questions. It may not be in a way that you like, you want a doctor that's not so straightforward, she may not be the doc for you.

As for me, it doesn't bother me at all. She's is doing a excellent job as my doctor. I've been going to her for 4 yrs now & she delivered my last 2 children. I have no complaints! My 1st time going to her she caught my cervical cancer & did what needed to be done. The nurse practitioner takes a different approach with patients. She's talks more in a caring way.

As long as I'm getting the care I need I don't have a problem seeing either one, I like both of them! Clean office, on top of everything! All staff is very nice and friendly! I would recommend to family & friends!

Dr Juarez is amazingly professional. She made me feel comfortable and answered every single question I had. Most importantly, she looked over my babies health and mine with such care. The staff very corteous and kind. I will highly recommend her. Compare to other Obgyn I had gone to, Dr. Juarez has the most experience and professionalism I have seen.

I've only been here for one appointment but everything went pretty smooth. I did go during covid so I could only bring one person with me. But they had to wait outside until the ultrasound then they were able to come in. They did screen everyone and they had enough seating for everyone to be 6 or so feet apart. It looked very clean and well maintained! No complaints so far.

Dr. Juarez has always taken care of me and my needs. She always listens to me. The staff is nice and friendly. I get scared seeing the gynecologist, but always feel relaxed here.

I never saw te actual doctor I saw her nurse practitioner ( very rude). I was told by her I need to loose weight if I wanted to have a baby, when I actually went there for other women issue. By the way I cannot have children. I went there because of change of insurance. Never again will I want to go there, worst experience of my life.

I Went to Juarez office for the beginning of my pregnancy and eveytime I went for my appointments she was never there and I traveled more than an hour for these appointments so I just saw another doctor who was in that wasnt very friendly and she gave me a pap and was very aggressive and paiful that I cramped and was in pain that whole day after so stopped prenatal care with this office.

While trying to switch ogyn I kept trying to get my medical records faxed with a release of records form from my primary dr and this office just never answers so sends anything, they are frustrating to get in contact with, they hardly answer there phone.

Terrible patient service. I'm never able to get through to reception; I've left multiple messages and my calls are never returned. The office is dingy and always overcrowded, you'll sit waiting for an hour past your appointment time and get maybe 5-10 minutes with the actual doctor. All around, poor communication. Will not be returning.

The worst doctor I have seen. All my pregnancy I was seen by a nurse practitioner. The nurse practitioner was rude all the time. I meet the doctor when I was going to deliver my baby. The nurses were mistreated by her all of my delivery. She rushed me to have my baby, she did not even asked for the surgery not to tear, so she let me tear. I was in pain for more than a month because it took me longer to heal. Also, I had asked for a tubal ligation.

I had signed papers for it and she left me with the epidural needle inside me a day after my delivery waiting, for her to say no without any reasons. When she went to see me at the hospital she only pick up the curtain and ask if i was ok. She never checked me. I have never seen such unprofessionalism not even because she is a woman herself. It was expected for her to me more humane. I will not recommend her to my worst enemy, buy I will recommend not to go there.

She was the worst. If she is your assigned doctor please do yourself a favor and ask for someone else if possible. First off all she rushed me to deliver my baby the whole time, putting a lot of unnecessary stress on me. Then I had asked for tubal ligation after childbirth but she did not do it. Also she did an episiotomy on me and stitched me back very very wrong, I was left with unwanted tissue on the wrong side and she left a big opening.

I guess she doesn't care because she isn't the one who is going to live with those issues. The nurses were great though. I guess it depends what time and date you have your baby but we cannot chose those. I had my baby on December 28th 2011 around 7pm. I hate writing bad reviews about anything but I'm still living with the consequences 5 years later and it has been very tough on me.
