It's absolutely impossible to get a hold of anybody at this practice. My hospital oncologist sent a referral weeks ago and I have yet to hear from anybody even though they claim to respond to those referrals. The only communication you can leave and never get a reply to is through voice mail.

Do not go there! I had detached retina that they said "keep an eye on it, come back in a week if it gets worse" they made an appointment with a retina specialist for me a week away to get a second opinion. Meanwhile it got worse that night, had to go to emergency surgery. Very unprofessional and signs everywhere in the office about if you don't keep your appointment they will charge you $50, Hey Doc? If you treat patients like that, they won't show up! I almost went blind in one eye because they weren't careful with my Vision

Saw Dr. Sandra Diamond today and very impressed with her practice. Polite office staff & excellent tech, Sam, that does testing. I saw Dr. Sandra as emergency patient for first time last month after a scare with possible detached retina. She was very thorough and explained everything. I feel I got very good care. Rechecked today and Dr. again very pleasant with careful evaluation of my eyes. So pleased with the care I got at this practice.

My husband bought 2 pairs of glasses from this practice. After complaining about it for about a year we finally took them in to get checked out last week because I had an appointment there and he went with me because we live quite a distance from the practice. When the lady looked at his glasses last week the first thing she said was that his nose pieces were upside down. He wore them like that for nearly a year. I expect more from a professional than that.

After having a procedure done on Thursday and worried that something was wrong, I called the office to have my eye looked at to make sure it was ok, being a weekend ahead. The office staff was not helpful at all when I asked to mention my problem to doctor, they kept telling me, ' you can't just walk in, we don't take walk ins and no one will see you. ' I knew that, but also was only a few minutes away at the time!

Long story short, they finally gave me an appointment with Sandra, who said everything was fine and then she turned into a very nasty person! Told me I wouldn't call and say I was 5 minutes away again, that it was unacceptable and " that won't happen again, you understand?" I have never had a doctor speak to me in such a rude manner! Very unprofessional way for a doctor to speak to a patient!

I have since found out she misdiagnosed my niece, gave her glasses and she went to a specialist and they said absolutely not! She's also lost a friend of mine as client! She won't have to worry about me anymore either! Not a professional doctor, AT ALL! Very Rude! Wouldn't give 1 star if I didn't have to!

After ten years of going to both Drs. as a family. We have taken our business elsewhere. Charging me fifty dollars because I missed an appointment was more important than keeping 5 people as patients. I am sure that we won't be missed. I will gladly pay the money to not be connected to a business that is not willing to extend any grace to a long term customer.

If I could indicate a "0" I would. I went with a friend of mine to Dr. diamond so this experience is first hand information. My reason for getting involved is that I don't want others to have the same experience. My friend had a exam, given a script had it filled at Dr. Diamond's office. They called said the glassess were ready, she went to pick then up.

She then tried them on and told Dr. diamond's staff member that there was something wrong with the "DISTANCE" Part of the glassess, she was then told NOW GET READY FOR THIS STATEMENT. WELL! YOU HAVE TO WAIT 3/4 DAYS BEFORE YOUR BRAIN ADJUSTS TO THE NEW GLASSESS? NOW! HERE IS MY THEROY, with new glassess you EITHER SEE OUT OF THEM OR YOU DON'T SEE THE CORRECTION THAT THE SCRIPT WAS DONE IN ACCORDANCE WITH.

She took the glassess home kept them for a week to no avail the distance lense did not improve. Called the office to tell her I can't use these glassess and for $204.00 I should be able to see distance. Dr. Diamond did NOT even ask me to come in and maybe her lab made a mistake. I then proceeded to ask for a refund. MICHAEL a staff member told me to being the glassess back.

Upon meeting MICHEAL he gave me the refund check and per DR diamond SHE SAID THAT DR? DIAMOND WILL NEVER MAKE ANOTHER PAIR OF GLASSESS AGAIN. She is TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, UNETHICAL and RUDE.REALLY IS THAT ANY WAY TO TREAT A PATIENT?

Entire staff knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Diamond is great. Understood my problem completely and gave excellent care.

I have been reading yelp reviews for years, but have never written one. After leaving Dr. Diamonds office this morning, I feel compelled to finally leave one. Over the past few years I have spent more than my share of time in medical offices. Nothing has compared to this office. From the moment you walk in you are treated differently. More like family than a patient.

The whole staff is AMAZING. They honestly make you feel like you are the most important patient of the day. There is no rush to get you in and out and on to the next one. Everything is explained thoroughly and clearly. What a fantastic experience. I wish all medical practices would follow their lead.

DR Diamond diagnosed what 2 Ophthalmologists could not find! She is thorough and explains everything in plain English!

Had a problem w/ flashers and floaters. Got scared. Called Little River Eye Associates. Although they were booked for close to a month for a standard eye exam, they brought me right in. Dr. Sandra Diamond showed compassion and professionalism. She explained what could be happening and then proceeded w/ the exam. As she examined me, she told me everything she was checking for! Awesome!

After years of mediocre visits to various optometrists, I was relieved to find Dr. Diamond. The facility was a bit out of the way when I lived in Myrtle Beach, but it was well-worth the trip just for the wonderful customer service. I never felt rushed and always received very thorough explanations. Dr. Diamond was patient and understanding when I needed to find a new contact lens for my dry and sensitive eyes that also came in my strong prescription (and included several repeat visits for fittings). Great professionals.
