Unbelievably horrible system! My husband went into RMUC in extreme abdominal pain. They told him first thing, to scan a code and fill out a form on his phone before receiving service. What? You are in pain, in front of a human being and you have to told to sit down and fill out stupid questions on your phone that has nothing to do with the service. When you you have an insurance card in hand. We really need to fix this messed up system, especially when people need URGENT care.

Staff, nurses and provider were amazing. Answered all of our questions and they were able to take care of our needs promptly. Thankful for this office.

Rocky Mountain Urgent Care was able to see my wife and help her with her sinus issues until we can get to our regular doctor. Thank you for the assistance, the staff were great.

Had a great visit, they were good, and the people there were very nice. There was a small wait, but being able to walk in was convenient for me.

Easy to make appointment online. Went in because my ears were plugged up with wax. Didn't have to wait long, and there was only one other person in the waiting room, so it felt safe. Great service and staff.

Apparently they can't treat people for colds; since they let mine go untreated it developed into pneumonia. RN i saw was also super condescending; said I wasn't helpful when describing my symptoms to him so he couldn't tell if I had flu/cold/covid (covid thing was soooo stupid since my rapid test came back negative with peak symptoms). Like no kidding its almost as if I have no medical experience and on top of that I was delirious from being sick.

Oh yeah, they also refused to let me into the office to be properly evaluated despite the negative covid test, had to do the whole thing over facetime in my car. Thanks for nothing! Went to another urgent care when my cold "stuck" and I felt like i never recovered; I was sick as a dog and they let me in for a physical evaluation and they diagnosed me and gave me prescriptions! Thank god; if I went to this location again they probably would have turned me away and who knows what my pneumonia would have turned into.

I wish I had read the reviews before going to this urgent care. Trying to get someone on the phone is impossible and if you leave a voicemail you won't get a call back. I've been waiting on COVID test results and never got an email to log in and see the results. When I was finally able to get a hold of someone they were rude, said the results weren't in, and said they'd sent me several emails again.

I've checked my inbox and my spam and it's not there. So either the website they use for results/health records is having issues or they were lying. Regardless they took no accountability for being at fault or trying to figure out why it isn't working. Would not recommend going here for COVID testing if you need to have quick access to your results or need to speak to a human.

I'm not the type to leave any kind of negative review, but this was ridiculous. One of the worst urgent cares I've ever been to. I got there 20 minutes before my appointment to fill out paperwork, and was told around the time of my appointment there would be a 20 minute wait. I ended up waiting over an hour, and when I was finally seen, the doctor told me she couldn't help me in any way and I need to go see someone else. Not worth your money.

Went on a Thursday morning; virtually no line, friendly and professional staff; clean, efficient and easy with or without insurance. Had an X-ray of shoulder and met w/physician for under $200 (without insurance). Was referred to local orthopedist too. Would go again for any minor issues. Also gave digital copies of X-ray pics (enjoy). Recommended.
