Terrible billing. I paid my dues in full on April 12 (less than one month after my appointment and after insurance had been billed), but yesterday I received a letter from a collection agency. Not only this, but the amount the collection agency is seeking is more than what my original bill was for. I will make my doctor aware of this place's fraudulent practices and go somewhere else for ultrasounds.

Convenient location/ clean and simple to access, plenty of parking and quick turnaround time. The reason this place vacuums rectum because their staff. In particular the secretary. The fake care is over the top, and the unfortunately there's nothing I can do speech is beyond insulting. If you have a chance, pass.

This place was absolutely exceptional. My mom had a hip transplant and waited at Simon med for over an hour before someone finally asked when they could expect their x-rays. The facility had failed to inform the waiting room full of people who had registered to have x-rays that their machine was broken and they had no idea when it would be working again.
In terrible pain after sitting far too long we left and I called SMIL. Donna at SMIL was great. She apologized for our experience at Simon med and agreed they could get my mom in within 10 minutes. Everyone was extremely friendly, the facility was clean much better than our prior experience at Simon Med. And she has her xrays! Highly recommended!

Just got off the phone with Aaron who helped me book an appointment for my dad and another for myself. Wow! He was patient, friendly and SOOOO helpful. I have to say that everyone I've ever encountered making an appointment has been awesome here, but he was over and above! SMIL must have a great customer service training program.

Here I got an ultrasound that the doctor sent me to do because I felt bad but thank God I'm fine., the staff is wonderful they speak English and Spanish it is very clean here it is a very relaxed place you feel as if you were at home it is very clean music soft. if it is not enough for you to pay they give you a payment plan or send you the bill. at your home I recommend it as one of the best to do an ultrasound the staff is very friendly. Thanks SMIL I LOVE YOU.

Honestly? Best experience I've had getting a test, for anything in my life. I didn't have to wait in a waiting room for an hour to be taken back for simple X-Rays - I went online and scheduled an appointment, for the next day, and uploaded my X-Ray orders. I showed up for my appointment, finished my paperwork on an iPad in 1 minute, paid and was taken back early and done in 20 minutes. No guessing how much I owed because I paid at time of service, so surprise bills. Thank you SMIL for making my visit so easy and convenient!
