Pretty sure I have not reviewed any medical outfits before because what can you say, really? I loved my interactions with Dr. LUPERCIO as well as the outcome. "Your results may vary" of course. But the office is well staffed, well planned, well run & well lead. The technicians running my tests were knowledgeable & friendly. The equipment was new, seemed state of the art and the techs worked to make uncomfortable circumstances from becoming discomforting.

I appreciated that. So, while picking a doctor is still a crapshoot h no one can guarantee a favorable outcome, the team here will NOT make you grind your teeth in frustration. DOUGout

This is a doctor's office where people go for breathing issues. I can hardly breathe and I'm still forced to wear a mask. A little old lady ahead of me was told she had to wear a mask even though she had an oxygen tank on her. When I asked the office manager why we were forced to wear these ineffective masks but yet the secretaries sitting at the desks and walking around the office were not required to, I was told that that's their policy and that's just the way it is.

This is a perfect example of mask hypocrisy. Rules for thee but not for me. I will not keep quiet and I will raise my voice a little louder to make sure this issue is addressed. Shame on you!

The doctors are good caring people, but sadly the management encourages a hostile work environment and refuses to except blame and change their negative ways.

Lynn Holmquist is a godsend. Her compassion and care is super. It's hard having COPD and Sleep Disorders, but she makes it so much easier. Thanx Lynn for your compassion and care.
