I had Linda Lynch and I fired her and moved to Bloom Counseling bc this lady called other therapies I receive for a brain Injury telling them lies and saying I was traveling around the country in an RV, My TBI therapies suggested calling me 3 way bc they knew this was A LIE bc I had in person therapies with them every week. SHE REFUSED the 3 way call.

I have no time for a mental health professional to play with my mental health or be a trigger for my brain injury. I knew more about her personal life then she knew about mine. I WILL NOT recommend a mental health provider that is a lair and a manipulator, I am filing a complaint with the state of Kansas. I believe this is a violation of my rights! I will say I kept my pysch doctor but she is now relocating. The time that I had her shes been five stars for sure.

This place is an actual joke. Full psychological evaluation canceled on the day of the appointment, because the provider doesn't "treat this age group". The patients age wasn't known when the appointment was scheduled WEEKS ago?! Wish I could give zero stars.

Had to go in for a quick test. Made an appointment, they got me in within a few weeks. They sent an email reminder the day before my appointment. The person on the phone told me how long the appointment would take so I knew what to expect. I was in & out faster than I thought. The front desk was courteous. Dr Pearce was kind, and out I went. Easy. Done and done.

I can't begin to tell you how many bad experiences I have had here. It's an EVERY time thing. They have by far the rudest and most incompetent office staff in the world. I went through an ordeal where they confused me with another patient 5-10 times, calling my family and telling them that I was suicidal (which was not true). I'm pretty sure this was a major HIPPA violation.

On top of that, the women on staff are mean and hostile. And as of recently, they have pretty much stopped answering the phone or returning calls. Though I love my doctor, I will be leaving. I've put up with this for 10 years and it's not worth it.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! Even if you have to spend a little more to go elsewhere. They have doctors leave, including therapists at a rapid rate. When your doctor leaves, they will get you an appointment for 2 months later and if you end up with Dr. Valerie Jansen, she will refuse to refill the meds that your previous doctor had you on until you see her.

I would understand if the patient couldn't be seen for 2 months, but when it is DIRECTLY the establishments fault, the patients mental health should not be sacrificed. I will go through severe withdrawals because of this, I will very likely be hospitalized if my mental health takes plummet. Their med manager has ZERO empathy as well as knowledge about how a chain of command works.

I needed to speak with an actual manager or above of the office, not someone who manages the meds and has no say so. If you have a loved one needing help, this place is not it. I read the reviews and still hesitantly came here. My first doctor was wonderful, so it's no surprise he left, my therapist left the practice as well. If they can't keep doctors, GOOD ONES- what makes you think they are capable of managing your mental health properly?

This review isn't where this ends for me. I have just began to spread awareness regarding this place and their lack of care for patients mental health AND safety. Update- RESEARCH THE PSYCH THEY PUT YOU WITH PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT TIME. I got a very unpleasant surprise when I researched mine after my appointment. I do believe people change. I also hold those who take care of our mental health at a higher standard.

Terrible for so many reasons. Can't get in contact with anyone, messed up my prescriptions more than once (and took 10 days to correct) many good staff members left, I canceled and rescheduled twice and showed up to my appointment being told I am no longer being seen because of three no-shows. This place is a joke and will only cause you more anxiety.

This place doesn't help patients needing therapy, they put them in debt. Which is one of the reasons suicide rates are so high. There is information specifically on the paperwork that if there is issues etc. with the insurance to inform the pt before an appointment. That isn't done. Then they accuse the patients of being at fault, well when you hit someone with a bill of over 700 dollars for services and they find this out because of the therapist not because a statement was sent. Oh wrong address btw, no where close to my address, so a breach of hipaa also. Stay far, far, away from this sham of a practice.

I would like to start off by saying every treatment provider I have met with here has been absolutely wonderful, very accommodating and makes me feel very safe and welcome. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the front desk staff. I absolutely understand now, why people often put off making appointments, especially here. I have had to play phone tag with the front desk staff on several occasions in regards to rescheduling appointments, scheduling appointments or confirming information about appointments.

Every conversation has been accompanied with a very condescending tone, interruptions while speaking and overall blatant rudeness. At first I thought it was a one time occurrence but it has since happened in person and with several different staff over the phone. I pride myself on being polite and giving grace to everyone but I was near tears after my last phone call with the front desk staff about scheduling an appointment with a new doctor due to how difficult and frustrating the process was. Unfortunately after my next appointment I will be seeking services elsewhere it's just not worth the hassle to deal with the staff.

You are required to provide personal information including social security number, picture of your driver's license, and copy of your credit card upfront, before they even allow you to schedule. I've been trying to get scheduled for over a week and a half. No one answers the phone; you are bumped to voice mail and have to leave message after message with no reply.

The voice message promises great customer service even though they are short-staffed--really? At some point you can't blame COVID or "staffing". You either care or you don't. STEP UP.
