I brought my girls here for pediatric care and when we went to the office, we loved it! Everyone was really kind and it had an old timely feel. taking me back to my childhood. we really like it. My only issue is that my daughter was put on an antidepressant and now getting a refill is challenging. I went in personally 2 days ago because I couldn't get through on phone.

I was told the refill would be called in. 2 days later still nothing! My daughter is 12 and because of her saratonin levels going crazy this girl won't get out of bed and just doesn't care about anything. I'm really frustrated with this.

We love Dr. Sherry Nussbaum! Very relaxed and down to earth. She works with our personal needs and truly cares. Rest of the office is just as awesome and caring. My daughter has been a patient since birth (she's almost 3), and our new addition will be going when she arrives. Highly recommend!

Dr. Nussbaum is awesome. She's so cool and down to earth. Very easy to talk to. Her staff is amazing as well. So very friendly and helpful. Especially that guy. Don't think I've ever met him but every time I call needing something he is always welcoming and willing to help.

I have been coming here for almost 2 years and I love this clinic. This is an establishment that has great office staff and Doctor. Dr. Sherry is a physician that truly cares and gives you that perfect one on one time with her patients and makes me as a parent feel secure and aware. All three of my kiddos like coming here.

I LOVE going to Dr. Nussbaum for my baby girl! Im a first time mom, and a friend of mine recommended her. Her nurses and front desk staff are soooo friendly and personable. They always say hi and are friendly to my baby! Dr. Nussbaum is one of the best Drs I have visited with. She is very approachable and she is very loving towards my baby Sometimes you can just feel the love illuminating out of her! You can tell she truly cares for her patients.! She is also very open minded and doesn't give parents a hard time!

Dr. Nussbaum is kind, professional, thorough, and always encouraging. She is highly competent and my children respond well to her. Her office is comfortable and inviting. The staff responds quickly to questions and wait times are generally short. I am very happy with Dr. Nussbaum as the pediatrician for my two children.

Just switched to her clinic from another doctor and we are very happy with the outcome. Short waiting time, proficient stuff and friendly atmosphere. The only thing that might be improved is quite old style temperature measurement instrument.

Dr. Nussbaum is a nice lady, but not up on current health issues. She still uses flu vaccines with thimerosal (mercury). She prescribes antibiotics (for ear infections, etc.) again and again, whereas children with re-occurring infections should be evaluated for food allergies and other health issues rather than killing their gut flora with so many rounds of antibiotics. I would recommend a more holistic doctor.

Amazing pediatrician! Every time I've gone in I've seen the doctor, not just a nurse, and I've never waited longer than a few minutes once signing in. But if at some point the doctor isn't there I would be very satisfied with only seeing the nurses because they are great as well!

Over the last four months I have taken my son to see Dr. Nussbaum four times regarding pain he has been having. She chalked our first visit up to "growing pains" and sent him home with no suggestions but did charge us a fee saying she "diagnosed" him on his chart. (It was his well check so it should have been a free visit so apparently growing pains is now a formal diagnosis.) We went for a second visit a couple of weeks later and she was on vacation so the doctor covering for her ordered x-rays.

We did receive a call saying the x-rays were normal and to call if he is still having issues. We made a third appointment and Dr. Nussbaum said since the x-rays were normal she doesn't have any suggestions and again said it was growing pains. I asked if we should try a chiropractor, she said "sure you could try that". I mentioned massage and her response again was "sure you could try that too".

We left the office and I looked over at my son in the car. He had tears on his face as he was quietly crying. I asked him why he was so upset and he simply said "why doesn't she do anything?" I made our final appointment on April 10th. She said she would refer him to an orthopedic doctor because, in her exact words, "I just don't see anything wrong with him".

I am no doctor but I am well aware that x-rays do not reveal a myriad of pain causing issues. When I made the referral appointment with the orthopedic office I was asked if has he had an arthritis test and I explained that Dr. Nussbaum had not run any tests. They stated that they can not take him until July because he had not been tested for certain issues and he would have to be treated as a new patient.

I called Dr. Nussbaum's office and informed the receptionist of this and can the doctor just order the necessary tests so he can get in sooner. She said she would talk with her and call me back. I received a voicemail from her shortly after saying that she went ahead an made the July appointment for him. This means either she failed to talk with Dr. Nussbaum about the tests and just called and made him an appointment or Dr. Nussbaum told her she didn't want to help speed up the process.

This is a child in pain and she refused to help him. I have since found several tests she could have ordered that would help narrow down the problem. I have no idea if this doctor is incompetent or just doesn't care to help my son. We have CHIP insurance. Perhaps if a child has better insurance, that child receives better care.
