I have been seeing Dr. H. Richman for the last 24 years. He has always been thorough, caring and direct. His prescriptions for glasses have been spot on correct. He is available for emergencies. The practice is and has always been caring and concerned about one thing. the patient's vision.

I always feel comfortable having my vision checked at Shore Family Eyecare. The staff remember who I am, make me feel welcomed, and are professional as well. Their equipment is up to date and the office is clean. The doctors explain the results of the exam and answer any questions that I might have. My family and I have been patients for many years. We are very satisfied with the care received.

Took my 96-year-old mother there for a low vision eye exam. From the moment we walked in to the time we left the entire staff were welcoming friendly and professional. Dr. Maria Richman could not have been more professional, courteous, and kind to my mother. She took her time with her and made sure that she was comfortable and able to maneuver through different vision aids. I would highly recommend this office for any vision needs. Wish I had known about this office sooner. Will recommend to all of my friends.

I am a newer patient. Had a wonder first visit for myself and family! I ended up with an eye issue and was having a hard time getting to their office. They could not have been more accommodating and prompt in getting a doctor on a tele visit call with me. The whole team is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. Thank you!

This is my 2nd time getting an exam. The first was 2 yrs ago and my prescription was great, it was the first time I got progressive glasses and I didn't have any issues adjusting. My 2nd visit however, was not as good! My husband and I had an exam and had our eyes dilated. However, no one warned us to bring sunglasses or even offered any protection or made any mention of this when we were leaving.

With our eyes dilated and the sun coming out, our 30 min ride home was extremely dangerous as we couldn't see, had to squint and our eyes were incessantly tearing. We were very lucky that we did not get into an accident! The staff were more concerned about wearing masks - they mentioned at least 3x's before our appointment. It would've been nice, and honestly I would've expected them to be more concerned about our eyes! Very disappointing!
