Our mission is to provide quality, compassionate, and timely dermatology care to all patients. Our dermatologists treat disorders of skin, hair, and nails in adults and children. We offer medical and surgical care, including MOHs surgery for skin cancer. We take care of the full range of skin problems, including acne, cysts, rosacea, atopic dermatitis/eczema, allergic contact dermatitis, psoriasis, moles, warts, hair loss, nail disorders, and skin cancer.
Services
After scheduling your appointment, you will receive a registration link via email from eDerm. Please fill out the registration form and include 1-3 photos of the condition that you would like to address (you may put these photos in the "Other Registration Documents" section of the registration form).
Sarah Esposito received her Bachelor's Degree in Biological Sciences from the University of Delaware, where she achieved placement on the Dean's list. She then graduated with a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Seton Hall University, where she was awarded membership in the prestigious Alpha Eta Honors Society, the National Honors Society for Allied Health Practitioners.
Irina Milgram received her Bachelor Degree in Biology from Bar-Ilan University (Tel-Aviv, Israel). She graduated from the Physician Assistant Program at UMDNJ School of Health-Related Professions, one of the top programs in the country. Prior to joining our practice, Irina worked in interventional cardiology catheter labs for 7 years, and in private practice with an endocrinologist for 1 year.
Dr. Patzelt received her Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Boston University. She then attended the Boston University School of Medicine, and completed residency training in Dermatology at the Boston University Medical Center program. She has received numerous awards and honors throughout her education and training.

I had to write this review as I'm very disappointed with the staff. My 10 year old daughter has a condition which they have treated. I tried to get a remote appointment which I have booked in the past and since she is their patient it takes about 5 minutes. Since they had no appointments available I requested a refill for the same prescription they always give her.
Then I requested for her records to be emailed but they can't email they could only fax. They just weren't trying to be helpful at all and Milagros had attitude I guess I was getting under her skin, but before anything I'm a mother and I'm concerned about my daughters well being. I'm upset because they have all the history to her condition and going somewhere else it's like starting all over. Sometimes great doctors have poor staff.

The doctors and PA's are fine, but the ladies at the front desk are awful. They are rude, condescending, and speak to you as if you are unintelligent. They seem easily bothered and inconvenienced when asked for any sort of help or clarification. I've had this experience both in person and on the phone with 2-3 different receptionists. It's a shame, since the doctors there are decent. I highly recommend finding a different clinic that holds their reception staff to high standards, not just the doctors.

The practise is run very, very efficiently; everyone knows exactly what they are doing and does it well. Dr. Shraga is great; personable, knowledgeable, extremely skillful. He doesn't push you to do anything and at the same time doesn't hesitate taking care of anything asked of him. Computer records are available to the staff in the exam rooms so they can answer questions and make appointments from the exam room. Never a billing problem I wish every doctor's office and practitioner experience was like this!

I had my first appointment yesterday and I totally forgot to fill out the paper work before hand but they saw me anyways which was so nice! i work in an office so i know sometimes when that happens the appointment normally would have to be rescheduled and they brought me in right away and everyone was so nice and sweet. i saw Sarah Esposito and she answered all of my questions thoroughly and gave me everything i needed. she was awesome! and on my way out Krystal scheduled me and was awesome! Definitely will be recommending this practice :

I've been going to Dr. Shraga for probably over a decade. He's extremely professional and knowledgeable (google his name to see his impressive credentials). I always come with a long list, yes I'm that kind of patient, and he's always taken the time to go over all my concerns with me. I've never had any issues with the front desk staff or the nurses.
Extremely clean which is important. He never tries to push any procedures, in fact he will be honest about the removal of something not being necessary or possibly leaving a scar. I've never had any issues with filling out forms or billing. I would highly recommend him!

Excellent office. Dr. Shraga is extremely knowledgeable, and his PA Irina is also excellent. Irina has great bedside manner and is very good with kids. My 5yr old needed a minor procedure and she was terrific at making him feel comfortable. She was very thorough and everything was done quickly and efficiently. Will definitely come back to this office if the needed arises.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shraga's for several years now. His office staff are extremely efficient and pleasant and I have never waited more than 5 minutes for my scheduled appointment. As time is valuable to everyone, that consistency of not having to wait long is greatly appreciated. Dr. Shraga is a wonderful doctor in that he is efficient, thorough, explains why and what he is doing, and he takes care in keeping the patient comfortable when doing even the smallest procedure.
I have had several excisions done over the years, many on my face, and I have to say that I have not had any scarring whatsoever. He and his staff advise on the after care of any excision/procedure and if you abide by that, you will be pleased with the results. Dr. Shraga is a well respected dermatologist and I am glad that a family member referred me to him a few years back.
I will never see another dermatologist after being treated by someone as professional and efficient as Dr. Shraga. If you need a dermatologist and don't know where to find one who you can trust to provide good, thorough care, look no further and call Dr Shraga for an appointment.
