Dr. Graham spent less than ten minutes with me. And a lot of that time was him with his head peeked into the room trying to leave while I still had questions (obviously). This was my initial appointment at the office. Though his staff was friendly, it was clear that he was not interested in any of the reasons I made the appointment. I was disappointed that I took time away from my job and payed for a treatment that had little to no instructions. I will not be returning unfortunately.

Absolutely worst experience EVER! I went in for Sqamous cell removal on calve and by the time it was all said and done it took MONTHS to heal due to their office negligence. Jessica and David were not in sync with one another and ended up puncturing my leg during post stitch check. Horrible horrifying experience! I recommend anyone else but this office.

Best experience! Dr. Graham and his whole staff are excellent. Very patient and understanding. Answer all my questions until I feel comfortable with understanding them. I've been going for treatments of basal cell carsinoma and highly recommend Dr. Graham. He takes his time and explains every step along the way. He also tries his hardest to make the scar minimal and I so appreciate that.

Honestly, there's nothing wrong with the treatment that my skin was given. But if patient care and bedside manner matter at all to you as a patient, i would go elsewhere. I have worked with patients and in the medical field since i was 19 and I would never treat a patient the way that they do. Everytime i have been in i have been made to feel like a huge inconvenience to the staff and the Doctor.

Not everyone knows everything that you do, that's why patients come to see you. So maybe think twice about making fun of a patient when they ask questions. Again. My skin has improved slightly, but i will Be going elsewhere because I refuse to spend my money to be talked down to and made to feel unintelligent.

One of my worst experience with any physician and office staffs. This is my first negative reviews ever. I had an appointment at 7:45am but they didn't even open the door till 8:15. No one offered any apology or even cared. I had dropped off my paperwork a week earlier but they made me do it again. Both ladies working there were rude, unprofessional and clueless. Dr. Graham walked in, sounded rude and strange.

He did not let me finish tell him why I was there. After less than 5 minutes and without saying anything he left the room. I thought perhaps they all had a bad day and left. A week later, I took my son in. The same exact mistreatment. The same rudeness and unprofessionalism. They're just trying to sell you their expensive products. Do not make the same mistake, find another dormotaligest.

I wouldn't go back. Went into the doctors office and sat in the waiting room to be seen. They keep the waiting room very warm with no ac. The front office lady then helped getting our Insurance properly and we really appreciated that help. We got called to the back and met with a woman doctor and a male doctor. We wanted something taken off and then was told condescendingly by the male doctor that they don't do it the certain way we wanted it done. (Side note: my wife called in two weeks before and explained exactly what we wanted and they said they can do it.

My wife can't have certain chemicals cause she's pregnant.) We were confused now why we're being told something else. Now the guy doctor try's telling my wife that the chemicals are fine for her to use after she specifically tells him she doesn't want to use them since they are not safe for pregnancy. We tell him that my wife will get the treatment after she delivers and I will get the treatment now.

We get the treatment and head home. Start researching the treatment and find out its over the counter medication we could buy for half the cost of what we just paid. We went back and asked for a refund. They did give us a refund but feel like we jumped through hoops and got lied to. I also talked to the doctor and told him how disappointed we were with the visit and didn't like being "lied" to. Seems like the truth was being held from us just so we would buy the treatment and continue to come back and buy more.

If we wanted an over the counter medication we would have gone to Walgreens and picked it up. Not paid 6 times the cost and wasted our time. Overall poor experience and not professional. We will not return.

We at Silver Leaf Dermatology, sincerely regret you were displeased with your visit. We energetically strive to assure all of our patients are not only satisfied, but better educated, and we make every effort to address their concerns. In this case, there was a complete refund of the product, the visits, and our apologies for the misunderstanding.

Following the complete refund at the doctor's suggestion, our staff was thanked, and a handshake was received. We have adjusted the price of the product, and appreciate this being brought to our attention If this is not sufficient, please contact our office to better manage your concerns.

Please do not go to this doctor! He is horrible! This was the worst experience I've ever had with any doctor. He is extremely rude and insensitive. I went to him a few weeks ago for a scalp condition. He literally walked in with his "homemade" shampoo and suggested I use it without even looking at my scalp or asking me any questions. He spent a total of 2 minutes "consulting" with me.

Whenever I tried to ask him a question he would cut me off or roll his eyes like I was an idiot for asking him anything. I left his office extremely upset and feeling like I had just thrown $45 down the toilet. If you read the latest reviews you will notice a pattern. I honestly feel as though some of his good reviews can not be legitimate. Please think twice before seeing this doctor.

I grew up in Florida on a beach using baby oil instead of sunblock in the mid and late 70's. By 1994 I had my first basil carcinoma removed. I have been seeing Dr. Graham for almost 15 years and appreciate how he takes the time to council me and advise me. He puts my health and longevity first and provides me with the facts and information so I can change things if needed.

I had a squamous carcinoma removed from my forehead which was three surgeries and a skin graft from my shoulder. Turned out wonderful. He is a wonderful doctor and person and he and his staff treat me like I am family. I sent my elderly father to see him for some skin issues because I trust him with my family. You can as well.

My eight years of experience with Dr. Graham has been very good. Dr. Graham removed a skin cancer from the bridge of my husband's nose which required a skin graft. It turned out beautiful and is almost invisible. Two week ago he removed a deep skin cancer from his left temple which required an inch and a quarter incision which is now healing beautifully. Appointments are readily available and usually close to appointment times.

His first procedure may have delayed other patients because of an unpredictable time requirement and I try to keep that in mind if we're ever delayed. His staff is courteous and responsive. The more you see Dr. Graham the better you like him. D. Stuart Basham
