They try to BS you with last minute appointment rescheduling. If you don't agree they will just call back day of and cancel, unprofessional.

Just seem like bad people, from the office manager to the doctor. They are all out refusing to help my dying father who we moved up here a month a half ago to be closer to family. He has a catheter and it needs to be looked at by a professional. My father's primary care abruptly retired and canceled his appt this week, which is why I called here. Told them the whole background about recently moving, needing a new urologist, and having trouble getting the old one to give us his records.

They said they had a November 1st appt, so I said I'd call back to schedule once I spoke with my father. When I called back they said they talked to Dr Simon and he said he doesn't want to see him. I asked if it was a matter of records and they said no, even if he got the records he doesn't want to see him. I asked why and the office manager told me the doctor doesn't need a reason. Special place in the afterlife for people like this.

Dr. Simon is a good doctor. His office manager Sue needs help understanding how to deal with patients "customers". I ask for a copy of my bill and she said in the rudeness way I need to contact my insurance carrier to obtain it. I'm trying to pay my bill and this is their response. I would recommend the doctor only if he finds a better office manager.

If I heard her say "and again" like she was someone of authority that needs to tell you it the way it is. People like this have no business working in a doctors office. She'd be better off working at a truck stop!

Rudest, most condescending, woman I have ever encountered in confirming an appointment. Tries to poke into personal problems and refuses to do her job. Nasty! just plain nasty!

Rudest office staff I ever crossed paths with. Never use this Practice. I was diagnosed with prostate cancer and recommended to a surgeon by Dr Simon. I choose a different surgeon. When I tried to make an appointment for follow up his office staff asked what surgeon I used. When they realized I didn't use their recommendation they would not follow up with me for after care.

Likely because they get KiCk BaCks from their surgeon referrals. The office staff were so unprofessional and condescending. Absolutely no kindness whatsoever. Horrible People.

I was very sick and in bed with a kidney stone and a bad cold this past week when I went for my visit. I made the apt last week with no problem and explained I have two insurance and one picks up my 15 dollar copay. The said OK at time of making the apt. I went in today with all my info including paperwork Id and insurance cards they said we need your copay I told them I don't have it and explained again it was covered under secondary.

They (drs wife) said sorry no copay then you cant be seen and sent me on my way. I am so very emotional right now and will need to find another soon. My primary was very sympathetic to my problem and made an apt till I find another urologist. I am so hurt and in so much pain. I do not take pain meds so I really needed to get rid of this stone.

Gave it a 1 star because i had to. However i wouldnt give it any star if it were up to me. I never made into the office for my appointment due to my mother in laws death. I called a few hours later to excuse myself for not making it in. Due to the current events i assumed they would understand. I tried to schedule an appointment just a couple of minutes ago and was denied service. Reason, the rude and very unprofessional secretary gave me was because i called too late to cancel my appointment in January.

If your doctor does not have a heart to sympathize a death in the family and understand that these things happen unexpectedly and cancellations on a short notice or late notice does happen i wouldnt want him as my doctor anyway. From this experience him and his staff have no morals to deny medical care for a petty childish high schoolish reason as that.

I would understand if i never called and not even. I would be very careful in considering his office for any kind of medical care and hope that you dont have a life altering event while in his care as he may deny you treatment because of it.

I have been a patient of Dr. Simons for many years and for several procedures that have gone extremely well. Dr. Simon is a consummate professional and a very caring individual. As for the idiot "A" who left a poor review because he failed to cancel an appointment, well all I can say is boo-hoo and may your kidney stone fester. Your boner does not give you the right to bring someone else down

Dr. Simon is a straight forward physician. Many people associate that with being cold and uncaring. That couldn't be further from reality; his demeanor and confidence were essential in helping me overcome my situation. I wish that more of my doctors were cut from his cloth. I must give kudos to his office staff, they were always cheerful and interested in my life.

Some people ask out of rote and could really care less, his staff were the absolute antithesis of that. I have recommended him on several occasions and will continue to do so in the future.
