If you can avoid going here by all means do. The staff nursing, security, triage nurses and patient care technicians all have an uncaring, unfriendly attitude without compassion or sympathy. Customer service is next to none and they had a family member sitting in the waiting area for three hours with chest pain, until we. Not a good feeling and truly unbelievable. We will seek treatment for her cardiac issues with another health network who truly cares about providing quality service, efficiently and effectively.

On April 15, 2022, I had an outpatient procedure at Inspira Elmer. I couldn't have been in better hands - from the nurses (Lori) and techs who prepped me, Dr. Chong and her surgical team, the recovery nurses and and the nurses (Evelyn) who helped get me ready to go home - I was well taken care of. The hospital was clean, everyone extremely professional - caring and concerned. Under the circumstances, it was a great experience.

Hands down worse floor staff (2nd floor) I have ever dealt with (Inspira Vineland). Spent 3 nights there with two surgeries performed. You know that red emergency button that sits alongside your bed, forget about using it if you're going to go there, because they simply don't care and will let it sound for 20 minutes at times without checking on the patient.

This was witnessed by people that visited me and they'll were stunned at how poorly the staff on the second floor performs. And the patient coordinator number that will be supplied to me here, I called while I was in the hospital hoping for help, but you get a voicemail and no one calls you back and this was during their normal business. I love my surgeon but I can't understand why he would want conduct major surgeries in such a underperforming hospital. I feel as if the stress that I was put through dealing with this staff reversed all the good work performed by my surgeon.

This hospital is a dirty circus full of employees who do not communicate with each other. I was told different things by several nurses and interns, I spent 10 miserable hours in the ER and never saw an actual doctor. Nothing made sense and I've completely lost confidence in this Hospital. Just go to Elmer or Cooper, even with the current gas prices, your health is worth the ride!

On 3/9/22, I had to have pre-admission testing performed in preparation for an outpatient procedure. From the people who greeted me when I walked in to all the personnel I had contact with that day, were personable, professional and genuinely concerned about making sure I was comfortable and got the tests needed. What a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Do not go to this hospital! I cannot stress that enough. There were a few who were very polite and helpful but overall this hospital is a mess. A loved one died here back in November. The whole experience was a nightmare! Nurses were extremely rude. Don't call trying to find anything out bc you will have more aggravation. Their visitation policy is a joke, which they choose to change at a whim.

Hospital website says one thing, front desk says another, nurses another, and hospitality another. F.y.i if you want to get in to see someone go straight to hospitality management. If they tell you their hands are tied by the governor it's a lie. The gov. has left visitation up to hospitals to decide for themselves. Drs. don't know what they are doing.

They use remdesivir which is a known killer and poison but hospitals get a bonus for use especially for Medicare patients, so what does that tell you. His care team refused to try anything else and they let him die. Go to the hospital as a last resort. Their treatment policy is severely lacking and causing harm. Transparency is non existent due to lack of visitation and communication. You can only get in once the person is essentially dead. It is criminal what they are doing here and if you love someone DON'T take them here.

Do not take your loved ones here. My father was discharged and is now fighting for his life at another hospital because of Inspira's ignorance, recklessness and general incompetence. The doctors do NOT have your best interest at heart because he should have been sent to another facility, but instead was sent home. No instructions, no communication and to provide information to my father who was not able to relay the information to us or understand it completely is ridiculous and unacceptable to me. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Your ego/ God complex should not take precedence over what is best for your patient. DO NOT GO HERE, PERIOD.

Called nurses station to get an update on my father. Nurses get nasty because I guess they can't handle the workload. They are unable to figure out what's going on and yet will not recommend to transfer to another hospital that is better equipped and or more experienced physicians. My father has been in the hospital for 5 days now and they still don't know nothing.

How can that be in 2022? I have ZERO faith in Inspira! Update: so my father was discharged and the residents never found out what's really wrong. Said it was mono. My dad fell ill again. So we took him to a more capable hospital system (Penn Medicine) also I was to mention I know of another patient who was discharged and his labs were reading pretty bad.

That individual went into renal failure after being discharged. So what's going on here? Something needs to change from top to bottom. I will never go back! It's a shame you call your self a hospital.
