The average person has approx. 100 moles on their body! Moles that are suspicious, irritated, or cosmetically unappealing can be safely and easily removed. Mole removal is a very safe and common procedure performed in our medical office. The mole removal process is simple. Generally, the area around the mole is numbed with a local anesthetic and the mole is removed flush with the skin, or by excision which may require a few sutures. The mole removal procedure is quick and painless. Once the mole is removed it's examined under a microscope to ensure it's not cancerous.

I went to visit her since I thought she will be more professional since she is famous in 3/25/2022 drove from L.A to upland they charge me $120. 00 for the visit and they said they will do the procedure and it will take only 30 minutes and that they will call me back and I told them I will pay cash and now is 4/19/2022 and never got a call or Email.

Now I have to look for another Skin physician sad but true she is well known in TV and put my trust in her thought they will take care of their customers but NO. Dr Pimple popper

Dr. Sandra Lee is an absolutely wonderful dermatologist. She is very nice and patient in explaining the whole procedure. Her staff is also very wonderful to deal with. As I have indicated that I don't give 5* or even 1*, unless they are absolutely wonderful and go above and beyond OR absolutely terrible that you don't want to do business with. This is one of the exception that I will say that this business deserves 5*. I personally go through the whole tickle lipo procedure with them from beginning to end and found that they are very professional and very trustworthy.

I drove out here in hopes of being able to have a dermatologist take the time to look into the rash outbreak my father has had for over 2 years. Upon arrival I paid $150 in cash, the doctor quickly glanced at my father, he explained to be that he would be unable to treat my father because we lived to far away and that the doctor couldn't help us. It was infuriating that they would just take our money and not take the chance to treat him. Avoid coming here unless you want to get your money taken away with no service.

I been rip off by this clinic I pay $35 dllrs for making a appointment by phone and when I show up $115 in cash. And less than 20min talking with the doctor she was telling me I can't help you, I am not qualified for this kind of surgery we are more for superficial surgery, If they can't help why they charge the full price why not reimbursed the money?

To me is licensed to rip off the people. Here is the address of the clinic. 859 E Foothill Blvd Suite B, Upland, CA 91786 Please be aware that are not qualified for a big surgeries they do only superficial ones and don't reimbursed your money if they're not qualified to perform the surgery. Pictures of my situation upon request.

My husband and I flew in from Atlanta for a mini vacation and to make an appointment at this "well spoken" clinic to have his Keloid formally diagnosed. I paid a deposit to make the appointment 1 month ago, my husband then paid another $90 in the office, but was disappointed right after paying because he didn't see a doctor. Someone in medical smock (who obviously did not identify them self) came in, look at his head, then told him that he would need to see a whole new doctor at another practice.

This was so misleading because we could've just did a virtual consult and saved the other few thousands we spent to come here. For those who are attracted to Dr. Lee because of the show, be ware! It's only a show. You do not get the service that is performed on camera. This was such a waste of time.luckily we are not broke and can make the best of the other days of being in Cali!

Dr. Lee recently removed a pilar cyst removed from my scalp. I will review the customer experience, the procedure, and results. Customer experience: Once I started googling pilar cysts all, paths inevitably lead to Dr. Sandra Lee A.K.A. Dr. PimplePopper. I appreciated her minimally invasive approach to extraction that did not require shaving the head and left minimal scarring.

Not all physicians are created equal, especially when cosmetics are concerned; some doctors are butchers. It turned out Dr. Lee is based within driving distance, so I figured why not see if she could possibly handle my pilar cyst. The staff responds to emails promptly, which I appreciated. I asked for a cash price, and they told me they need to do an examination before they can give a quote.

So off I went to Upland for an examination. The reception area is nice and the front desk staff was friendly. Once in the examination room, things went quickly, and I was out in less than 10 minutes. Days later I got a call with a cash quote, which was satisfactory, so I made an appointment to see Dr. Lee. Turns out the soonest availability for me in particular me was 4 months later! But. pilar cysts aren't emergencies, and not all doctors are created equal, so If I had to wait for Dr. Lee, I would wait.

As the surgery date approached, I received phone call reminders, which I really appreciated. The surgical procedure: Flash forward 4 months, I was sitting on the operating chair and Dr. Lee comes in. Her approach toward her patients is humble, personable, and exactly as you would imagine her to be if you watch her YouTube videos. In other words, the best.

She injects some numbing medicine in my scalp, and begins the procedure. I kid you not, in less than 5 minutes, I was already stitched up and presented with the cyst that had been deforming my hairline for so long. It came out clean and whole. I was given an appointment to return to have my stitches removed. On the way out I paid the final bill, which was exactly what I was quoted an it was satisfactory.

Some other reviews on yelp really bicker about price confusion, but that doesn't align at all with my experience at all. They are very responsible (examination fee was folded into my surgical fee, as promised) it went exactly as quoted and promised. The results: I have almost no scarring, in fact, I had to look long and hard to find the very fine, nearly invisible line where the surgical incision was made. I am very satisfied and feel vindicated for waiting 4 months to see the best dermatologist in SoCal. Thank you Dr. Lee!

I recently went in for a medical records copy of a procedure done last year, and the receptionist young lady was helpful, friendly and informative; on the other hand, there was a lady in the back office (medical records clerk - coder) that was very unprofessional, rude, and HAS poor communication skills. (having employees wear name badges would be helpful in situations like this to hold the employee accountable for the actions displayed/done) As I explained my situation, the young lady talked over me, did not listen to what i had to say, and simply was unprofessional.

She eventually was able to help me, but she helped me after what i felt like being an unnecessary/unprofessional and frustrating conversation. I suggest this medical office to look into hiring capable individuals that uphold the companies goal, mission, and mainly protect the reputation of Skin Physicians and Surgeons establishment because employees that treat customers in the way i was treated cause the customer to go to other treatment centers with quality service.

Note to Skin Physicians and Surgeons: Please train/coach your employees in order to keep this company flourishing, and this incident happened Nov 1, 2019 between the hours of 3:00PM - 3:15PM for upper management to review, thanks.

I go there and see her assistant, but wish I could see her because I watch her TV show and think she is so kind and compassionate with her patient's that I wish she was a regular doctor I could go to. We need more kinder and compassionate with personalities like hers. Someday I hope to run into meet you Ms Sandra when I'm in the office. Linda Clarke

I have been coming to this clinic for 5 years. I am a redhead who has had pre-cancer removed a few times, as well as some other questionable spots. At the time I scheduled my appointment, I told them I had a large spot that had appeared on my face, that needed serious checking. They didn't have anything sooner than a couple of weeks out, but I took it.

They checked to make sure all of my info was current and correct, but my phone number was incorrect, so they changed it at that time. I show up today to find they had cancelled my appointment because that PA had jury duty. Jury duty is a notification you get weeks in advance. There is no excuse to not have planned for a replacement, or for less appointments well in advance.

Not only that, they had not changed my number at the time I scheduled my appointment, so they called some other person! Then they want to schedule me an appointment a couple weeks from now?! With a large spot on my face, and a history of pre-cancer?!?! Or I can stay another hour-minimum-and they will try to squeeze me in with someone else. I don't want someone who is being rushed to take a spot off my face!

I've already had to take a partial workday off and drive 40 minutes each way to be there. Will they discount my service for having to wait on them because of their own mistake? No! Some way to treat a long time client. I'm finding another dermatologist that will at least pretend to be concerned for their patient's well being.
