My experience at the facility been positive. The front desk staff are always nice, informative, and helpful. For my numerous visits I've seen the "Physician Assistant Rebecca Urrutia" for my knee and lower back pain. She always make 1 on 1 time for her patient(s), listen carefully, shows humanity, provide detailed explanations of symptoms and treatments either verbal or visual, and always provide alternatives for treatments to her patient(s). Had 6 knee injections with P.A. Urrutia, I don't like needles, yet she always make sure the injections are fast and not too painful, and she'll informed me her steps before the injections. The front desk staff and P.A. Urrutia sometimes have good referrals for X-Rays, MRI, CT Scan and other specialists. They are also fluent in English and Spanish as well

First, you won't see the doctors but their assistant. Second and most important, they don't evaluate their client deep enough for an accurate diagnosis. I visited them for a huge pain in my back and they find nothing, I got an MRA and came back with them and. They find nothing. No talking about service and customer experience, they treat you like you are an ignorant, of course I am ignorant, I am engineer not a doctor

Expect to wait at least 1 hour past your appt. time. Inefficient front office staff. Tough to get a person on the phone. Talk to two different people get two different answers. Records sent from other doctor and MRI lab were received then promptly lost. Saw Dr. Lum. Felt rushed and he seemed to take no real interest in my care. When I came in for my second appt. the notes from my previous appt. hadn't even been put in my chart yet so he had no idea of who I was or why I was there. Good thing I brought my MRI CD with me and radiologist report because they couldn't find the report that was sent to them the previous week.

My son had a football injury and was referred to Dr D in Weston. The doctors office always have a long wait and then when you are finally called back Dr D rushes your appointment and doesn't listen to our concerns or answer any questions. Eric is better but Paul is the best with my son. The front desk is helpful but it's difficult to get a call back or even for them to answer the phones.

The office is clean and employees keep their masks on unless at their computers. The physical therapy department is conveniently located across the parking lot but it is a wreck. The AC doesn't work most of the time so it's hot and stuffy, they dont have water to offer the patients that are sweating, panting, and probably dehydrated. Front desk is prompt with check ins and payments but they get annoyed scheduling people and are unhelpful with appointments. Overall I trust the doctors and physical therapy department and they know their stuff however the employees could Improve on customer service.

Dr. D and Paul are amazing! Very nice and personable, they will go over everything with you in a simple manner. The front desk is the only down side but it's such a small part of your appointment/experience that it shouldn't take away from the people that are actually seeing you for your issues.

Honestly, i have no complaints. They are very busy. I told Dr Sheinberg if the waiting room was empty i would worry. I think they are busy because they are good. I wish the office was closer to Pompano. It takes 45 min. to get there.

Not impressed with this Wild West practice. I saw doctor Jones and PA whose name I missed. It is inappropriate to utilize an x-ray imaging test in lieu of carefully performed physical examination. But the first thing they do before doctor even sees you is bunch of x-rays regardless if vital organs are in the way or not as if it were a photo shoot!

This obviously saves doctor time as he doesn't have to bother doing a tedious physical examination but it's clearly not the best course of action for a patient. In my case the xrays were completely unnecessary and several didn't even image the areas of concern. The technician forgot to put thyroid shield for the chest shot but put it for pelvic one.

Why was a frontal chest image needed for a flank pain that's not related to injury is a mystery only PA can answer. Someone needs to read up on cumulative effects of ionizing radiation on person's health. And the entire organization might benefit from brushing up on healthcare ethics.

I spoke with three different front office personnel on 3 different occasions about my referral. I was informed and reassured that the referral was authorized and that I would be seen. I took time off of work, travelled to the office and spent time filling out the copious paperwork. Fifteen minutes past the appointment time, I was told that the referral was not sufficient.

Why in the world did 3 different people from this office tell me different? Why waste my time? Do not go back unless you are going for an auto accident claim or pay out-of-pocket.

I've had several experiences with doctors both as a patient and as a physicals therapist, I have never been so impressed with an office. My appointment was scheduled in a reasonable time frame and my wait was short when I arrived. The assistant who took my X-rays was Friendly and efficient. Dr Sheinberg was knowledgeable and took his time to assess each patient situation and review his recommendation.

In addition this awesome experience in person, I was pleasantly surprised with a letter that summarized my visit and his recommendations. I can't wait to receive my custom orthotics.
