I always have a great experience when I go in for appointments. The staff is friendly and willing to help. I have an ample amount of time with my specialist. I appreciate that he listens and responds to questions, concerns, and is willing to work with me in helping me achieve the best possible results.

I had 1 appointment, during which I brought all my prescriptions. One of the medications mentioned after my arrival by the PA was prescribed by my psychiatrist for anxiety (while doubling as a nerve pain medication). I was told that they wouldn't manage this medication as the clinic didn't deal with things involving mental disorders. Before my next appointment, I received a letter in the mail stating I wouldn't be seen again, because of a false positive urine test.

This was another medication from my psychiatrist. They said I didn't mention the medication to them, so it was my fault. Despite my bringing in of all my medications (which they never asked to see), them having another medication from the same doctor yet claiming to not know about this med, giving me different answers and reasons to my EVERY question, refusing to allow me to speak with doctor I met with (as well as any other doctor, including the one who's name is on discharge letter that was sent to me), and giving false information about who regulates and licenses the clinic.

Their oversight and refusal to provide me treatment is now requiring me to travel 300 miles across the state to receive management for my pain after waiting over a month for their clinic to get me an appointment. The women whom take care of their phone calls are extremely rude, and do not provide consistent or accurate information. I am now beginning the process of filing multiple complaints with the state, as well as other entities.

Do not waste your time, you are better off going through a different form of pain management. You may as well do it from the start, cause they'll probably just end up requiring you to anyway

My doctor referred me to Southern Idaho Pain Institute due to severe back and joint pain and difficulty walking. The staff was very helpful and friendly and made me feel comfortable. I procedure took very little time and I was able to leave with my husband. I know I need more treatment and physical therapy and hopefully won't need surgery. Looking forward to my visit next week. I have nothing but good thing's to say about SIPI I have been seeing them for over 10 yrs. They not only help with my medical issue's but they have great bedside manor. Melody at the front desk has always been the sweetest to me and they always ask how my kid's are doing as my daughter's had some pretty bad medical issues lately. They always treat me with respect and I have never once had any issues with them. If your looking for a caring pain clinic this is truly the best place you can go.

I loved the PA I was assigned and felt that he understood the issues I have and I felt that we communicated very well but last week when I called to inquire as to my next visit (I forgot the time) I was informed that I was kicked off the program due to inconsistencies with my drug screen. I have been very ill for six months at times unable to keep my meds down.

I've had pneumonia three times, contracted an infection in my leg and severely injured my ribs. I also had a stomach virus which affected me for a month! I communicated this with the PA and there are documented doctor visits and my Primary care physician even called the office on my behalf. I understand that prescribing narcotics is strictly monitored but there has to be special circumstances that can be considered and should be.

I am someone who is suffering daily. I did my due diligence. I communicated with the P. A. I think that if this office can be more communicative and if the Physicians Assistants could actually come to the phone when things like this happen there would be a lot less confusion. As I said, my PA was kind and caring and good at his job. Something in the system failed. It's too bad.

Talked to the physicians assistant and was very dissatisfied with his ability to answer my questions. Paid a co-pay after my appointment and received an outrageous bill (over 700 dollars) months later. Ridiculously expensive for a 15 minute conversation with a physicians assistant.
