Arthroscopic surgery allows our surgeons to visualize, diagnose, and treat joint problems and diseases that affect the joints. Arthroscopy is performed using an arthroscope, a small fiber-optic instrument that lets our doctors take a close look at the inside of a joint through a small incision. We perform diagnostic arthroscopic surgery when a patient's medical history, physical exam, x rays, and bone scanning examinations - such as MRI or CT - don't give us a definitive diagnosis.Corrective arthroscopic surgery is used primarily to remove bone or cartilage or repair tendons or ligaments.
The Southern Orthopedic Specialists, P.A. provides complete hand and upper extremity care to correct disorders caused by accidents, sports injuries, disabilities or degenerative diseases. Carpal tunnel syndrome is a common condition affecting the hand that causes numbness, tingling or pain that can radiate from your fingertips to the shoulder region.
There are numerous conditions associated with pediatric care that require highly specialized treatment, and many are present at birth. These conditions include scoliosis, congenital clubfoot deformities, spina bifida and cerebral palsy. Treatment is sometimes conservative, but in some cases, intricate surgical procedures are necessary.

I have never had to wait too long in the office. The front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The nurses are friendly and thorough. Dr. Noble is very approachable and takes the time to explain things.

I was sick, fever, all the yucks. Their team got me in to see the doc. Safe, clean & professional but most importantly, made it happen when I needed it! I count on Nobels and his team for routine diagnostics, cholesterol, lipids, etc. but great to know they can call on super powers when needed!

Cheryl Parker, I had a positive experience from the very beginning. Dr. Crossman explained everything that I needed to have done in layman's language so I knew what was going to happen from beginning to end. I did have to ask other questions to his staff who all took the time I needed to explain. For over 3 years I knew hip replacement was my only possibility of getting active and out of pain in my life again.

If I would have known about Dr. Crossman sooner, I would have had this procedure handled 3 years ago and saved myself all the pain and trouble and felt better immediately. I would definitely do this again. No more suffering.

Would choose 0 stars if that was an option. Clearly didn't check my chart for my age (was off by a decade), allergies (the bandage he put on me and told me not to take off for 2 weeks) or my dominant hand (the one with the broken finger) and rushed me out before I was able to mention any of them. He mentioned quickly I may get a "deformity" but didn't explain any other details of how to prevent, causes, symptoms etc. & and didn't ask for questions or concerns as he walked out of the room.

Very pleased with the care I received. The staff are professional and helpful. The provider explained what was going on very well. The shot I received in my knee was painless. Thank you!

I love Gina Nolan, I think she is a great nurse practitioner and I see her most of the time, but I would prefer to see Dr. Noble since I would like to talk with him about my Parkinson's disease. That is the reason for my appointment yesterday, because he ordered some blood work for my Parkinson's disease!

I am sorry to see Dr Perry leaving the practice. Although I understand wanting to be closer to family. I wish him well on his new adventure in life. I pray that he is able to find the perfect house without being gouged by someone seeking an enormous price for their house. I pray that God will provide the right house at the perfect price. In Jesus' precious Holy name I pray
