The doctor was dishonest about the severity of my injury and tried to perform a operation that wasn't needed (luckily sooner care denied it on the grounds it didn't meet qualifications so for anyone thinking it's just me understand that's what prompted me to get a second opinion).when I asked for more details on the injury he just kept saying the same thing without actually showing me or explaining what was going on.ive come to find this has been the case with alot of people and the fact no one is being held accountable is scary.yes doctors are people too but if your gonna sit there and boast about how long you've been doing it and all the degrees you have confirming you know what your doing this isn't something that should just be shrugged off.so to anyone going here I highly recommend getting second opinions because these people do not care who they lie to so long as they get their money

The staff is prompt and efficient. Dr Paden is caring, thorough, and friendly throughout the process of hip replacement.

Today I had an MRI. This is my second MRI at this location. I was very disappointed today. The two receptionist were polite and friendly but the guy performing my MRI was very unpleasant. He opened the door to the waiting area, called my name and literally pointed down the hall. There was no introduction but they called him "Brian". He didn't assist me when I was getting on the table or afterwards getting down.

I mean was it too much to just give me hand? He was curt and seemed in such a big hurry to get me out of there. It felt like he thought I was so beneath him. It never ceases to amaze me that someone in patient care can't or chooses to act like this. Oh and FYI.I've been a nurse for almost 30yrs and I treated all my patients as if they were a beloved love one. It even saddens me that I have to give a review like this. SMH

The staff at Ortho Oklahoma have been very helpful and kind. Dr Paden did an amazing job repairing a ruptured tendon!

Be aware. Although people are nice here, they charge $185 per 15 min regardless you are treated or not. My physician always had multiple clients and so I had to wait most of time. I was charged $802.64 after 4 sessions of 30 min (including waiting time) after insurance network discount.

The front desk experience wasn't great, average at best BUT, I was seen on time and my doctor was terrific. He spent lots of time going over my records (new patient) x-rays & scans and my options. We decided on starting with injections in my shoulder then & there and he did a wonderful job with a very difficult situation. I would give him 10 rating. The reception/exit ppl need to wor on their "bedside" manner so this facility get a 5 rating

I normally do not do reviews BUT allow me to explain my experience. My daughter (7 years old) was an established patient with a known diagnosis of juvenile arthritis. The Rheumatologist had given us specific instructions to go back to Ortho for a steroid injection to the L knee and re evaluate her R elbow. We go to the consult. They took an XR of her knee only, didn't even look at her elbow. However, because we had a 1120 appointment and it was almost lunch time for them, we were quickly dismissed. Dr. Paden (whom she had seen before and knew her medical history), came in for about 10 minutes.

He says, "XR showed inflammation and normal growth plate." He gave me all the "risk" NOT one "benefit" of doing a steroid injection and recommended/ ordered a MRI of the Knee. I am a nurse with plenty of healthcare experience. I could tell he was giving me a blow off appointment. FAST FORWARD.I called my daughter's Rheumatologist and let her know that he wouldn't do the steroid injection and wanted to do a MRI.

She said, "I believe it is time to find a different Ortho. Let's try Mercy in OKC." IT was a night and day difference. Mercy Orthopedic was top notch. They re did another set of XRs. Dr. John Anderson knew how to read XRs and took the TIME to show me everything he saw. Dr. Paden did not even XR her Elbow and her elbow was to be re-evaluated. My daughter actually had a tiny cyst forming inside her elbow joint (it was totally missed at Ortho Oklahoma).

My daughter is actually eligible for NOT one BUT two steroid injections. Mercy measured her flexion, Dr. Paden did not. I asked Mercy about a MRI of her knee. I was told it was NOT necessary. The XR gave enough information. Dr. Paden was very dismissive and wanted to run up our insurance and out of pocket cost. I literally wasted a co pay and XR cost at Ortho of Oklahoma.

My take away from two pediatric physicians is YES a steroid injection can be done on children that need them. It is based on finding the strongest steroid at the lowest dose vs a steroid at higher dose. If I had followed the advice of Dr. Paden, we would have missed the elbow and over spent money on unnecessary test. This is mainly to help parents with children that have arthritis or other joint issues.

Dr. Jameson and Terra took great care of my son when he broke his arm. I truly appreciate their quick response and follow up care. They are the best and I would recommend them to everyone!

My son had a sports injury and surgery, this is where he did all of his PT. He mainly worked with Joe, but really the entire staff worked with him at one point or another. Our experience with them was top notch. From their customer service, to answering questions, to scheduling, they were extremely helpful. We would highly recommend.
