It was three weeks after being in the office and I get a surprise bill. Even after they said this was the last payment I will need to make with them. Then I get another bill with no reason why I am getting billed. Just a number what I owe.

Why do most of the staff not wear a mask during the pandemic? I was seriously so surprised and uncomfortable. I can't believe a medical institution is allowing this especially when new covid cases are reaching over 10k a day now. This small action speaks volumes to their medical understanding :/

Dr. Grossklaus was a fantastic physician! My experience with their office was a great one. The office staff was very efficient and knew their job very well which made me feel confident when coming in. The surgery scheduler was so kind, empathetic, and thorough. The physician didn't rush me and was kind. I will only go here for my urological needs!

I would give less stars if it was possible to do so. It is my personal opinion and impression that certain procedures yet to be unproven (FDA approved) and nonetheless sold to patients as an extremely promising treatment for Erectile Dysfunction. It is called E Wave and it is a joke. When asked about their success rate I was told it was 80 percent or more; however, what I failed to ask is just how many people experienced success.

If it was 8 people out of 10 that would explain the 80 percent success rate. I cannot believe that I fell for this line of BS. The treatments are not covered by insurance because they are experimental. At over 2 grand for a "modified Lithotripsy" type of procedure. I'm out over 2 grand and I just lost out. Buyer beware. It's my belief that one is sold a bill of goods on this procedure.

It was a miserable fail for me. I would definitely get an well established second opinion if it was offered to you to help with your ED. When one is in pain they reach for pain killing alternatives and likewise when one suffers with ED; sometimes, we believe the hype in this case. Shame on this practice. I won't be going back. Additionally, if you want to see a provider on the regular; NOT. You will be mid leveled to death at each appointment (PA or nurse practitioner level).

My husband has been a patient in this practice for many years. We are very fond of Dr. W. and have complete faith in him. HOWEVER, the phone staff is insufferable! over time I have had the same experience. They contact me and inform me that my husband is late for his appt. even though I have the specific date and time on my calendar, AND have the appt. card! They are consistently argumentative and arrogant. Enough is enough with these nasty people!

Southwest Urologic Specialists staff was very professional and pleasant all the time. This was my first visit and I had some concerns. Doctor Grossklaus was professional and so patient and understanding of my concerns. He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions.

If your looking for a new urologist don't t waist your time or money to go to this office. I wanted to be seen as a new new patient because I'm suffering in pain from multiple stones in both my kidneys. I was refused to be seen because I saw another doctor in Phoenix that wanted to do surgery and put in a stent. This office requested my records from the previous doctor and once they went over my records the office called me and said I was refused to be seen as a new patient. OMG!

I have never been so insulted by a doctors office in my life. What type of office refuses a new patient that's suffering in pain? This office! If I could give this horrible office zero stars I would have. These doctors are beyond unprofessional! No wonder they only received three stars on reviews.

Just recently I visited the medical office of Soutwest Urological Specialist on Baseline in Mesa and saw Dr Salmon. I can not say enough about everyone, from the first person who checked me in to the last and absolutely including Dr Salmon! I think I discovered a real GEM! My visit was not very pleasant, which I don't think it would be, visiting a urologist, but it was necessary.

Everyone was very pleasant, supportive, attentive, kind and very professional! I hope my husband or I don't need them again soon, but if we do this is the doctor and office we will go to! Out of all the different doctors/offices we see, this is the superior to all!
