They force your children to take a lot of vaccines and shame you if you question vaccines. My child is my child, not theirs.

I've been taking my daughter there for 3-4 years, overall I have not been very happy with the care we have received or the way we are treated as patients, during my daughter's checkup today Dr Spillerman was questioning where my daughter's father is, how often he sees her, who lives with us, what hours I work and who watches her while I'm working?

She seemed more worried about my personal life than she was about my child's well being!(you know the reason I came in for the appointment) My daughter is also a very healthy and active child and I was told she's considered obese for her age. I'm realizing the patients and parents are not valued as they should be. I used to like coming to this office but was not very impressed today. I will no longer be bringing my daughter here.

The doctors, nurses, and MOST of the front desk staff are always kind and courteous. The person I spoke to on the phone just now, not so much.(I believe her name was Katie?).I needed a copy of my son's immunization records for school, specifically his flu shot, which he had there several months ago. She says to me, "Well he hasn't been seen here in this office since 2017." I informed her he had indeed, as he had his flu shot there, at which point she says rudely, "Well, he hasn't been here since 2017, so you must have been taking him somewhere else, and he got it somewhere else, where have you been taking him all this time?" At which point I did indeed inform her again that he just had his flu shot there.

I asked her to look again, and she says, "Oh okay, it's here, it was a lab appointment, that's why I didn't see it." No apologies for being rude or anything. She then informed me she would leave it at the front desk and I would have to pay $1.50 for it. Before I had a chance to say anything else, she transferred me to Julie, who was extremely nice and answered my questions.

I DO understand the healthcare system is still overwhelmed, I work in healthcare myself, but there is no excuse to act like that. I hate posting bad reviews about anything, but this isn't the first time one of their phone operators has been not so friendly.

I love this place been going here since I was a child and now I take my 10 year old since he was little! Never had an issue, getting paperwork filled out has been a breeze. Insurance cards are expected at every visit even if if don't need them. I have read other views and the manager Joanna Is more than okay in my book.

I dont know why all the negative reviews, CCWYO has been nothing but great for us. I've been taking my kids (7,3,1) here for 7 years and we have always been treated well by all the staff and the kids' doctors. Nice, clean, professional building too. We recently relocated and I already miss this place. Special shutout to Dr. Spillerman, Dr. Weidner, and Dr. Ezard, and the curly-haired receptionist (I'm sorry, I dont know your name). Thank you for having been so great :)

I have taken my son here since birth and as a new parent I felt like myself and my child were treated well. I was thankful for one of the doctors for encouraging breastfeeding when I was having a lot of trouble. They didn't just say, "stop breastfeeding." They gave me resources to get help with BF also. They are there when I have questions but don't need to take my child too. The nurses and doctors are all nice and listen to what you have to say. I would recommend them!

I have been taking my three kids since they were born. Their ages are 7, 5, and 4. At first they were amazing and seemed like they care about their little patients. Until recently when I scheduled an evaluation for my daughter and they refused to see my daughter or any of my kids because according to them my son had a no show and i have to pay $50. An appointment that I never made and never received a courtesy call or text.

According to them they tried calling me, but my number was out of service, that is a lie! I told that I couldn't pay because I was having financial situations due to Covid, and they didn't care at all! I told them if they can waive it this time because I really wanted my daughter to get evaluated and they brought to light my past 3 no shows from 2014.

I was like that 6 years ago! they show no compassion! This office only cares about money! Please don't take your kids to this place! Currently researching for another pediatrician!

Excellent Dr. Great bedside manner, very understanding, knowledgeable on most recent medical findings, listens to child/parents regarding concerns. Goes above and beyond to get your child better, even if that means referrals needed for specialists. You really can't find a better doctor. I really wish more doctors were as genuine and good as he is re: overall health of the patient.

I've been taking my son here since birth. In 9 years we have never had a bad experience. The doctors are all wonderful, the staff is friendly and my son absolutely loves Dr Tam! He is an amazing doctor. He always remembers my son, takes his time, is thorough and caring. I also love that you don't have to go through a million phone prompts when you call.

You call the sick line with a question, concern or to schedule an appointment and you get a nurse on the phone! I love that they're willing to talk to you and give you advice. Even if that means saving you a trip to their office. They're open almost every day of the year except for maybe Christmas and one of their doctors is always on call. I've used their answering service before for an emergency and the doctor called me back promptly and didn't rush me off the phone.

Their Clinical Director even took the time before I had my son to show me the office, educate me on their doctors backgrounds & answer my millions of questions as a new mom. She's always been willing to listen to my concerns and handled them promptly and understandingly. I wouldn't trust another office with my son's health!

To start, I am a single mother of a 13 year old daughter. I transferred from another office to this one many years ago because I was not happy with their service for too many reasons to list. Wyomissing Children's Clinic has NEVER let us down! I ALWAYS speak to a human when I call instead of a computer that tells me to wait for a nurse call back. Why should I be expected to wait hours when my child is sick now? And, not to mention I have a schedule of my own.

The doctors are all excellent. We are treated compassionately and with dignity. Ailments are treated immediately, they have taken extra measures to get prescriptions for my daughter when ONE single pharmacy in Berks county has it. They have taken her for a sick visit every single time I have needed and asked in a speedy manner. Flu shots are available here BEFORE my previous office had them and I do not have to go wait in line on a certain day.

My daughter has seldom hit the waiting room seat and gets her flu mist- that's right MIST when my previous office did not have it because they didn't order enough. Actually, we are never in the waiting room for more than 5 minutes if even that. Now- that speaks volumes about how the office is run. Impeccably! The office staff is efficient and friendly. The nurses are kind, helpful and available ANY time I have called. No automated systems! That being said, I trust this office with my daughter's life.
