I would highly recommend him for any issues you may be having with your appearance. He will take the time to explain all your options and let you think about them before you make a decision. Most importantly he will explain all side affects if any.

This doctor is dangerous because he does extra procedures that he should not be doing in the first place. This has then led to further complications which could've been avoided and him benefiting and collecting your money. There are several formal complaints on Dr. Spinelli, including on Ripoffreport.com-which he strategically tries to hide from the public on the Internet. Save yourself the hassle, and just avoid this doctor at all costs.

Dr. Spinelli did a fantastic job on my nose - after I all but shattered my nose in an accident, Dr. Spinelli fixed my nose beautifully! No visible scars, easy recovery, kept my (thankfully) nice genetic shape. He's an absolutely fantastic surgeon with awesome bedside manner - he's funny, kind and compassionate, and his assistants and office managers do a great job of making all the patients comfortable.
