My boys were so nervous to go to the dentist for the first time. The staff was so friendly and kind. They greeted us by name, showed the boys all the cleaning tools so they would be comfortable and talked them through the whole process. They had such a great experience and we highly recommend them!

I and my entire family were patients there for seven years. Recently I noticed that they had been trying to overcharge me for more than what my insurance covered. It almost seemed like insurance fraud. When I finally gave them the explanation of benefits they said they made a mistake and wouldn't charge me the difference between what insurance covered and what they were billing.

They had done this numerous times and every time I caught them they apologized and said it was just a mistake. I truly believe they were just trying to squeeze more money out of me but my explanation of benefits proved what I really owed them. The very last straw was when they wouldn't waive a $75 cancellation fee because my daughter was sick and canceled on the same day.

It's pretty unfortunate that they would lose an entire Family's business over $75. I will never go back there and I would encourage everyone never to go to the dentist. They are just out for the money. The office manager who does the bills there is extremely rude and condescending as well.

As always, Saint Charles Family Dentistry did a wonderful job with both myself and my sons 6 month cleaning. We have been going to the clinic for over 10 years! The receptionists are very kind and friendly. The technicians made myself and my son feel very safe while getting our teeth cleaned during a pandemic and the doctors are exceptional as always. Highly recommend!

Everyone at St. Charles Family Dentistry are professional and polite. They were very conscious of cleanliness and protection during the pandemic. I have not had a bad experience and my daughter and I have been patients for more than a decade.

We have been patients since 1984 and while staff changes have taken place, the innovations in technology and quality of care has always been very excellent. Our daughters now have their own families and some of them have continued with St. Charles Family Dentistry.

AWESOME Experience. I learned so much today. The entire staff provided service above and beyond my expectations. They maintained safety COVID guidelines, provided great service, answered all my questions thoroughly. The moment I walked in the door, the environment was bright, clean and pleasant. The front desk staff was helpful and courtesy. The X-Ray Technician (Lashes) was patient and gentle.

The hygienist knew her stuff and provided great options for maintaining good oral health. The DENTIST! PHENOMENAL! That is a lot of brain in that small frame! Truly a great experience. Highly recommend the team at St. Charles Family Dentistry. You really feel like family!

Coming from someone that "HATES" going to the dentist, everyone at St. Charles Family Dentistry has made it a pleasant experience. Dr. Lisa has made my teeth look amazing, she is exceptional! I honestly Don't dread going to the Dentist anyone. Thank you for making ALL my appointment there great ones.

Friendly and professional staff! Very clean and organized office. Look no further for a Dentist and or Hygienist Love that the Dr will go through the plan with you prior to any commitments. The staff goes the extra step to make you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them.

I rarely, if ever, write reviews, but I wanted to rave about them because it was such an excellent experience. I was able to schedule an appointment right away. The atmosphere of the office is wonderful -- very kid friendly while keeping it professional and clean. I took my daughter in for a check-up and the hygienist and doctor used excellent analogies to explain the cleaning tools. Further, they explained cavities in a fun and interactive way. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone -- especially if you have children!

My wife and I had been searching for a new dentist for some time. When my tooth chipped unexpectedly, I researched most of the local dentists and found great reviews about St. Charles Family Dentistry. The receptionists were very helpful and scheduled me as soon as possible. The Dentist took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed all of my immediate needs.

I was seen right away and each person I met was very friendly and professional. I was in and out of the dentist quickly, and my tooth felt great when they were done. When is the last time you came home from the dentist and told your spouse how great an experience the new dentist was. It happened to me.
