I have mixed feelings about this place. My mom had covid January 2022. I understand that in the Covid ward a lot of staff are overworked and tired. But I personally feel that her team not checking for blood clots on a normal basis while she was there (knowing that Covid is well known for causing clots) is why she is no longer here with us. I could write a novel on everything, but bottom-line, her stats dropped overnight suddenly, the staff FAILED to call us and let us know what happened and we didn't even know till my dad went to visit her and saw her on a BiPAP machine.

Then they "apologized", said they had done a CT and found massive clot in her lung and legs and were moving her to ICU. (Once again, we had NO CLUE because they failed to update us.) Within 24 hours she was dead. The hospital had no way to break up/remove clots and her body shut down. It was traumatizing to my family. I don't think the hospital as a whole is "bad" which is why I still gave 3 stars but losing my mom to something that could have been prevented is extremely upsetting.

Not to mention, the doctor in the ER refused to give my dad antibodies while he was extremely sick with Covid as well, but the doctor my mom saw did. (This all happened in January btw.she went to the ER, got antibodies and meds, was sent home then we had to rush her back to the ER due her O2 stats dropping into the 60's.)

Emergency room staff are caring, nurturing and knowledgeable. E.R staff quickly assessed my needs and made me comfortable. I was admitted at midnight to the fourth floor where I was met with an angel of a nurse, I believe her name was Kristy. Unfortunately in the morning, I woke up to a nurse, Beth who had not read my chart and said I probably didn't need pain medication because the antibiotics should be working and she wanted me up in a chair.

Her and one other nurse there gave meager to poor care. All the rest of the nursing staff and C.N.A s and aids were fantastic, Samantha and the traveling nurses from Texas, thank you! You are truly at the top of your field and simply wonderful!

I called an ambulance for my dad, he has dementia and he cannot walk. He usually goes to integris but he ended up in st Mary's. He was there from 4pm to 1:30 am, never did i see the doctor. I had to tell the staff several times that he has dementia there for sometimes he will not make sense, the nurses were annoyed that he wasn't making sense. I asked several times for a catheter, my dad suffers from incontinence.

Never got one, rang the nurses button several times because he has messed the bed. They never came, I looked around cabinets to find the stuff I needed to change him and the bed. They blew his veins on both arms, it's been 3 weeks and he still has bruises from it. I was told by several employees that he was being kept and moved upstairs. An hour after I left the hospital I called to make sure that he was in fact being kept, they said yes. At 1 am they call me and say he's being released. Still haven't spoke to any doctor from there.

I was satisfied with our experience at St Mary's ER with one exception. The girl who was working at 11:00 pm pushing the computer cart and asking medical history questions prior to treatment seemed out of sorts and combative verbally. She seemed more interested in asking a direct question as to why we waited until 11:00 pm to arrive at the Emergency Room. She walked past us many times giving us the hostile side eye. Really, do you have to hire these personality types. Otherwise, thank you for the good care.

After a misunderstanding I was taken to my local hospital because it was said that I tried to overdose. I have Lupus, MS and have had 2 cervical fusions (yes I take pain medication). I was told if I went willingly I would be able to be released from my local ER after evaluation. My fiance told them that he did not believe there was cause for concern.

I take a lot of medication at night due to various diagnosis and that night was not different. They said even though none of my levels were elevated they were looking for a facility. It took them almost a day and then told me i was being transported to a facility. That being said I was transported by 2 police officers to St Mary's (2hrs away from my home).

I arrived there it almost midnight and the intake nurse comments that I have good insurance. And that under the law they could keep me for up to 7 days. Due to this situation I was unable to tell my employer anything because they locked up my belongings. I had 1 day nurse that questioned why I was there. Looking at my levels and talking to me he knew that was not where I should be.

He wondered how I got there since he denied my case saying it was a release case. The night nurse that accepted it did so in error because they kept aending my paperwork. I had a televisit with a Dr I think. And in 10 minutes because I was angry to be there and had nit had any medication.i cluding medication for lupus as well as seizures. The only thing I received in the 1st 48hrs was tylenol (ironic aince they were monitoring my acetaminophen levels because of this alleged overdose).

Through shift changes for 3 days staff were surprised to see me there still. I was finally released after the original nurse that had denied my case spoke to my fiance and to the "Dr". So I was able to come home after 4 days. In that time I was only able to shower 1 time and it was freezing cold. I am still getting bills after my I aurance paid a large sum and I keep trying to explain.they held me against my will and expect me to pay them another $2600.00.

I did not press charges although I have spoken to an attorney that states I still have time to proceed if I choose. I was not offered group therapy, there was not coping mechanisims discussed. Had I not been released in would have lost my employment. This place is the epitome of everything wrong with "mental health care". If I had actually needed help it was not there that I would have received it.

I so thank god for the nurse that went above and beyond to get me out of a place he knew I didn't belong. I will never set foot in that facility nor the town that houses it again. This review comes almost a year after my experience because now I am able to discuss this situation without hate and anger because of their error, and hope this will bring some awareness for people that actually do need help!

Everything about my short stay at St. Mary's was great. The whole group went all out to keep me nice and comfortable. They are very good at what they do. Now I'm doing rehab at St. Mary Rehab and I have no doubt I'll be up and about in no time. Thanks to everyone. Tim

I scheduled an outpatient procedure at St. Mary's on February 16, 2022. I went ahead of time to register as instructed and get a Covid test. Upon registering, the clerk was unable to update my new information correctly. The information they had was 20 years old. I went back twice to get it corrected. It still wasn't correct but she said she didn't know how to correct some areas.

At least my name, address, personal contact information was correct so I left. On the day of my procedure, I was never asked to verify the information in my bracelet. Just my birthdate. I didn't look at it either. Later, after my procedure, in the OR I am awake enough to overhear the nurses discussing that the name on my bracelet was wrong. I interrupted them and verified who I was, looked at my bracelet and sure enough, I was sent to the OR with the wrong name on my bracelet.

I was dumbfounded. The next day, I got a courtesy call from the hospital asking how I was doing. I said fine but I need to know why I was sent to the OR with the wrong name printed on my bracelet and why I wasn't asked to confirm it. She was surprised and gave me a number to call. I called the first number twice, left a voicemail. I waited 2 days for a return call. Got nothing!

I then called the main number to ask who else I could talk to. I was given the number of Christa Rogers. I called, left voicemail, no reply. I have yet to receive a call back from anyone. I only chose St. Mary's as a convenience for my doctor because they have more available ORs. I will never step foot in this hospital again. I feel they put my health in danger due to their incompetency. They obviously are not concerned about patient care or safety.

My daughter is 9 years old. And my baby has tonsillitis. but I come here so many times and every time I see PA, not when my child gets to see a doctor. and they keep giving my child medicine and there is no way to solve this problem for my child. And told my child to take Tylenol.everyday. and I said my child can't drink every day. And they just ignored me. I can't accept the way they treat my daughter like this. I am really disappointed.

. I am 63 yrs old female with very active Rheumatoid arthritis. I am immunocompromised. I received a positive covid test today. My husband also has covid earlier this week. My husband received a call from St Marys in Enid to revive the Covid infusion today at 3. He asked if he could give me the time and they said to have my Dr fax an order before 3 pm.

I spoke with Dr office and they faxed an order earlier this morning but would fax again. I arrived at 2:45 with no instructions on where to go. Only thing I saw was wear a mask which I did. I walked into the area where you sign up to be admitted. I waited about 5 minutes away from everyone. Finally the lady at the counter, a volunteer asked if she could help me.

I told her what I was there for and she started screaming at me. "Get out of here. You are not suppose to be here. Get out". I was almost in tears. I apologized and told her no one told me where to go. She again yelled at me to get out and go back to that room as she said. In tears I said what room and finally she stammered out across from gift shop.

There were a couple other people witnessed that and I was so embarrassed and degraded. No one should be screamed at like that. BTW. I didn't get my infusion either. After Dr office faxed it 3 times it couldn't be found.

Waited 5 hours to be seen for severe abdominal pain and was never seen. Went home because of extremely uncomfortable circumstances (uncomfortable seating, cold waiting room). In the 5 hours I was here, ONE person was taken back to be seen. Even worse, two people exposed to COVID were asked to wait in the waiting room with everyone else.

My favorite person went in at 5:15 am for non covid related breathing trouble; an out of town asthma patient who unknowingly left her inhaler at home (6 hours away). All she needed was a breathing treatment. Doctors came and went, shift change maybe (?) so that's understandable, but it took them over an hour to get "respiratory" down to help her breathe.

I didn't realize that nurses needed back up from respiratory to hook up a nebulizer or get an inhaler. She called me crying and somewhat in a panic, and I blindly had assumed she was being taken care of the whole time. I had to call the nurses station and remind them she was back there being untreated (she was so rude on the phone). I understand the 1st world caliber complaint here, but what's the point of having "the best healthcare in the world" if you have to coach them through a timeline.

This post isn't to throw shade (entirely), but to let the next contender know to go ahead wait for urgent care. I guarantee it'll be faster. Hell it would've been faster to drive to Oklahoma City. Save your money. Overall, she and I are really disappointed in the bunch running the ED at St Mary's in Enid, OK.

My stay was a nightmare. The daytime staff had no time for patients. I was never offered an opportunity to change gowns or freshen up, pain medication was withheld even though I told them I was in pain. My IV was not in correctly and instead of fixing it they just kept taping it. The only saving grace was Amy my night nurse who made sure I was receiving excellent care while she was on shift. She fixed my IV made sure I was comfortable, kept my meds on schedule and my ice pack going. This was my third stay at St. Mary's and hopefully my last.

Went in for an antibody treatment in the ER. The nurses were very nice and professional. It felt good that they didn't treat me like I was an extraterrestrial being for having COVID, ha.

Never once received any antibiotics, not one breathing treatment- NOTHING! on 4 liters of oxygen and they couldn't release me on that much so they coul

I had a baby May 10th then tubal ligation July 7. Dr. Lee is always informative and caring. The nurses have been wonderful. Support staff such as CNAs and transporters made sure I was comfortable as well.

Jamie was great.registered for surgery quickly. Susie (my nurse) was awesome. She was very efficient, friendly and explained everything. Regina explained what I should expect post -op and Eddie put me at ease while waiting to be moved to the surgery suite. Dr. Ortega and Dr. Pollard did an awesome job. Lacie (recovery nurse ) was great and kept my pain under control, Thank you to all the team members who took care of me during the entire process.

Very Rude, and the nurse let my Grandma pea the bed because they won't respond in time.
