For years, I suffered from daily headaches and migraines. I missed out on a lot of fun activities because I had a migraine and the only thing I could do is lay in bed. Since starting chiropractic I rarely even get mild headaches and I never have to miss out on the fun. I've been working in the office since 2002 and I love the interaction I have with all the different patients.
For over two decades, Dr. Jeff has delivered the best in chiropractic care to the Dubuque community, helping those under his care to lead lives of vibrant health. At Stackis Chiropractic, we welcome every member of the family, from newborns, children and moms-to-be to adults, active seniors and sports enthusiasts.
We're able to help our patients through an experienced, whole-body approach. We rely on research-based manual adjustment techniques, as well as the popular low-force treatment known as Activator Methods. Our manual adjustment approach involves precise adjustment of the vertebrae through the hands of the practitioner, with the goal of producing spinal correction.

I've seen Dr. Jeff for several years, and both he and his wonderful practice manager/wife Linda, have taken consistently amazing care of me. They have great plan options for patients such as me who like to be seen often for maintenance and offer both manual adjustments and those with the Activator instrument so that everything is tailored to a patient's needs.
I also appreciate the focus on ways to maintain my alignment at home through exercises and postures to try. They have convenient hours that make booking easy, and it's a friendly, clean, inviting practice that I always, without hesitation, recommend to friends and family!
