Lasik is amazing! I have been hesitant for years in regards to having the procedure. After seeing two other physicians, I just didn't feel confident and my gut instinct was "this isn't the right thing to do". So, after seeing Dr. Stefano, my gut instinct was this is the time. I had refractory surgery done on both eyes after wearing contacts and glasses for more than 30 years.
In laser-assisted cataract surgery with Dr. Stefano, a femtosecond laser is used to make the corneal incision and to remove the anterior capsule of the lens. The laser then is used again to make a series of cuts in the cataract-clouded lens. Then the ultrasound probe is inserted, as with traditional cataract surgery, to finish breaking up and suctioning out the clouded natural lens prior to placing the new, crystal-clear intraocular lens. By adding the femtosecond laser to the procedure, we can bypass the need to use a surgical blade.

The best and only Doctor that I would let touch my eyes. Had cataract surgery around 6 years ago with implants never had sight as good as I do now. We are blessed to have Doctor Stefano! Hand down! Highly recommend. Worth the time and the money.

Just arrived and was given attitude from desk staff from the very 1st second. It's 100° outside and they asked to wait in our vehicle. My son and I are both asthmatic. When I informed our AC was out she rolled eyes and said you can stand at the counter they didnt have room for us to set. In mean time someone else came in they never told them to set and they also called someone who was in their car and told them they could come in and set.

Once I sat down an elderly lady who was quite rude came out complaining because my mask was not pinched against my nose. The lady across from had her mask off her nose and nothing was said. If my son didn't need to be seen I would have been rude but I kept my composer.

Have recommended this place to other individuals for Lasik procedures. The Lasik work is the best in the area. The staff is professional and very knowledgeable. My only complaint is that when covid hit and they closed, they called me to cancel my appointment, but they never called me back to reschedule. (I called and rescheduled no problem.)

Just called to try to get in because my eye is in severe pain. The person answering the phone could not have been more cold saying I could not get in until August. If that is how they treat people that need help then I don't want to go to them anyways.

Horrible staff bedside manors, with seniors especially. The wait times are absurd, total BS. Will not bring any business here that's for sure.

I have always been treated professionally and with kindness since my lasik surgery in 2000. I would and have recommended this practice to others.

LOVE this Eye group & staff. Being a medical professional for many years, I have interacted with a higher than average number of groups from the West coast to here, & this one is professional, polite & kind. The doctors are the best of the best in Opthalmology. So very thankful I found them.

For older patients that have trouble hearing or simple tasks this place is a joke unless you like being talked to as if you were a child. No respect or patience for seniors.
