I have been taking my children to this practice for the last 6 years. Since my kids are getting older and the quality of care has diminished in this practice I decided to change them to have a family doctor instead. I just received a call that it will cost $20 per child to get a flash drive of the medical records. That they don't mail, fax or print copies of the medical records.

I think they need to really get with the times. There is no reason in this very digital world that anyone should need to use a flash drive. This also inconveniences me as now I have to drive an hour to pick them up since they won't mail them either.

Long story short, Dr. Toff wanted my son to walk barefoot on the dirty floor during a well visit. I asked if I could put on his shoes or socks but he said no. I'm not a pediatrician so I obliged. He said he wanted to observe his gait. Once he was done observing, I wiped my sons feet with some wipes. As I'm doing this, Dr. Toff turns to me and says "What's the problem? Don't you all walk barefoot in Africa?"

We've been taking our kids to Children's Healthcare for four years now and it's always been a fantastic experience. My wife works for LVHN and as a medical professional she has had no reservations whatsoever. We've always been able to get appointments when we needed them. Extremely knowledgeable, always take time to answer any questions and concerns, and most importantly they're just really good with the kids.

As is probably true of all parents, we've had our share of emergency situations and Children's Healthcare has been absolutely WONDERFUL in those moments of great anxiety and concern, navigating my wife and I through them and ensuring our kids receive the necessary attention and care. They've even been able to handle some things without needing to come in, either over the phone or by submitting pictures through their online portal, which has been incredibly helpful.

Our son is old enough now to communicate about what he likes and dislikes and, weird as it sounds, he never has anything but good things to say about going to the doctor, and I think that's probably the best review there can be. We definitely recommend them!

Both my boys (6 moths and 2 years) have gone here since birth (mainly see Brian Pepe PA). The facility is great the staff are awesome. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is the wait times once there can sometimes be longer than average. Other than that they are great and always awesome with my boys!

After seeing my child for 12 years, they sent us a letter saying they were kicking him out of the practice due to not scheduling a wellness visit during the COVID pandemic. When I asked specific questions about how to get his medical records the women laughed at me and then proceeded to give me the wrong instructions. Since the websites link for medical records release is/was broken at the time, they promised to send me info via email, and that never happened either. This was an extremely uncaring way to treat patients coming out of a global pandemic. I'm happy to take my child elsewhere to a practice that will care.

My family loves it here. Doctor Toff is not only a breastfeeding expert and experienced physician but also knows you by your first name. He caught a misdiagnosis of torticollus with my youngest and provided me with the correct recommendation to treat his yeast infection, thereby preventing needless hours of occupational or physical therapy. I appreciate his expertise and his personal attention to detail.

They also employ an amazing nursing staff and some wonderful Physician Assistants both Brandi Burns and Brian Pepe are wonderful. The rest of the staff, I haven't had enough experience with and that is the only reason I haven't recommended them by name. They have a children's dentist upstairs, an active breastfeeding group called milk and coffee, and a breastfeeding center.

Love the hours, they can't be beat and I wish my doctors office had half the hours. I like who they refer out to, if you need to see specialists. Its quite easy to get a sick visit. A decent amount of time is taken, you don't feel like you're being rushed. Very little wait time, when at an appointment. I've seen most of the Doctors & practitioners at this point.

While I have favorites, there's no one I really wouldn't want to see. Basically I trust the whole medical staff with my children's health. The nursing staff, medical assistants, etc. everyone is great.

My children have been patients here since they were born. My oldest is now 16 years old. The doctors are fantastic (hence 1 star), but I must agree with other reviewers and say that the office staff is awful! There has been a change in the last year or so, with the way the staff treats the patients and parents, and it is not for the better! Because my children have been patients here for so long, we have been putting up with it, but enough is enough!

The staff is rude, can't communicate, and isn't helpful. If you have managed care, good luck getting referrals for specialists! The customer service is horrible and it's getting worse.

We have been to several pediatricians before finding this office and I could not be more relieved than I am now. They are amazing and very helpful. My daughter has had medical issues most of her life and she just about gave up on the medical community before becoming a patient here. For the first time in her 9 years I know I don't have to worry and coordinate doctors because their staff handles it all.

Now when she doesn't feel well I have more time to cuddle with her and when she feels well we have more time to laugh and play. They are compassionate and caring and who you should want to care for the most precious people in your life. Their physician assistant, Mrs. Burns, and Dr. Kauffman are truly the most caring people who will ever meet and my kids love them!

We selected Children's Healthcare for our new daughter due to several recommendations from doctors and friends. We have had a very good experience in the three months our little one has been a patient. I have found they are very patient with questions, especially at the first visit. I also take advantage of the breastfeeding resources, which are fantastic.

We are so lucky to have a center like that here! Several of the doctors are certified lactation consultants and I found that to be very helpful in the first days and weeks with our new baby. We are also very grateful for the ability to call any time of day if we have a concern. They have done a wonderful job of caring for mother and baby. We have seen three different doctors and while we certainly have a favorite, they have all been great!
