First and foremost, my experience prior to surgery was acceptable, as I predicted it to be having experience working as a nurse for the prior organization before renamed and relocated to Strax. During the consult, the doctor was well versed in exactly what I wanted. Although I felt like he may of been slightly disinterested in what I had to say, he seemed rushed.
I was open and honest about my pain threshold and told them exactly that their cookie cutter way of prescribing the same pain meds would not work with me, since I had had several surgeries and as a seasoned nurse of over 25 years, it was obvious I knew my body and my tolerance to pain and pain management. WHERE THINGS TURNED TO WORSE, ,,, They did not care about anything I asked for once they got there money, i was given a different prescription than what we had discussed, therefore I only had pain meds for 2 days.
They were also well aware that I had three fractured ribs and understood that I would be in more pain than the average. the doctor then prescribed a medication that was contraindicated with another med I was being prescribed. I was left to endure not just the surgical pain but the horrible tension headaches that only started the day of surgery. They ignored me and left me to suffer.
Not to mention the surgery did not look one bit like I was told it would. I was better off doing my homework and going somewhere where it wasn't like an assembly line. (Cookie cutter). I finally went to the ER only to find out I had an infection and that my jaw bone was seriously broken, likely from anesthesia when trachea was inserted. I will NEVER recommend this facility, I advise that you do your homework and don't just go off of a curriculum (CV) AKA., the doctors resume.
In my opinion as well as all my family members, they all felt the doctor was too old to be sharp enough to perform major surgery. Lastly, i was judged and mistreated due to medications that I have been taking for over 15 years, again although I CLEARLY STATED I STOPPED ALL OF THEM PRIOR TO SURGERY, out of possible risk of being surgically compromised.
Spending thousands in the hospital cost me more than my surgery itself, this should've NEVER happened. All because of a careless center. This is the worse experience I've ever had. BE CAREFUL!

Please don't do it, pay your money and get it done right. My doctor was Dr Dean he did my liposuction and I'm here to tell you it was a waste of money, he claimed he took out a lot of fat out my stomach and after my surgery my stomach looks the same as before and plus I have lumps all over my stomach. I am ashamed to tell anyone I had liposuction surgery they would say I'm lying. Take my advice don't do it because it's cheaper, you will have regrets and have to spend more money in the end.

Do not come here! Strax does not take accountability for their doctors. They claim not to be connected or responsible for what the doctors do?. Be smart! Do not trust this place. Dr. Hal bass did my surgery a couple years ago and completely ruined my breasts and self esteem. Strax said there lead doctor would fix my breasts for around 3,000$ more.
Which was really a slap in face gobdidering I was still paying off 8,000$ in breasts and tummy tuck. But I met with him and noticed his hands shook really bad. They already had me with dr bass who was old and sick he couldn't even stand up to speak to me. He dragged his feet like they wereheavy. I just couldn't trust one of their doctors again.
Then Covid happened almost 2 years go by. I was desperate and came back to them to request for a different doctor than the unwell ones. When I came to them again, as I felt I had no choice they would not honor the repair. They claimed I waited to long? What a nightmare! They knew from start I was disfigured. I have sat here for a couple years disfigured.
Stay away from this place, they don't make there wrongs right. I'm out of money and 2 breast with implants that sit high up one breast is way larger than other both breasts are 2 different shapes. He didn't even lift them much. He put my belly button on wrong. Terrible place.

Stay away from these crooks! Went in for a consultation for a BREAST REDUCTION. These people see that I really wanted this reduction and tried to scam me for 11,299, and that's with a $2000 discount for a Breast reduction SMMFH. COULD U BELIEVE THAT! IM ALMOST POSITIVE THEY RAN MY CARE CREDIT AND SAW THAT I HAD A 11,700 CREDIT LIMIT. Just coincidental the price comes out to that price, minus $401. Went to several other places with top notch Doctors, and it's $6,250.

This being my first surgery ever, I had the best experience. My procedure was breast augmentation and lift. I am coming from NY. Since the day I started planning, the coordinators from the office are quick to respond. Answered my concerns, gave me all my appointments along with my medication to have with me after surgery. I am so pleased with Dr. Hamm and the anesthesiologist.

I came up from key west to get xeomin and radiesse. Product didn't work. The radiesse went down to basically nothing. The xeomin didn't even work. I kept waiting cause anh told me I had to wait a month for it to work. Spoke to Javier over the phone when I got back from vacation and told to come in when I could. Well I came in in no rush.
I came up the next time I could which was April 8 and had pictures from march 11 that showed it never took. They just kept trying to keep pushing me to pay more. I told them no, why will I pay more for something that never worked in the first place! It's just not right! I spoke with one of the owners as well and he was almost unbearably rude.
He said I was going to talk over him, which I wasn't, so I gave him what he wanted in the end and told them I would be fighting this on cc and sending reviews to everyone. I was very respectful to them until they started with the your doing this and that, clearly they have many problems and deal with it like scammers. I would steer clear of them and their cosmetic procedures.

I had a tummy tuck in 2020. What should of been a 3 week recovery took 3 months. I had so many problems and every time i went in for an appointment all the surgeon did was fat shame me and say no surgeon would of operated on me. I was 180 pounds when i had my tummy tuck. I than noticed a lump above my belly button, he told me if i worked out it would go away and again fat shamed me and dismissed my concern because the bump hurt.
As months went on the bump only got bigger and turns out its a huge hernia that i now have to get surgery on. So something happened when the plastic surgeon cut me open to do my tummy tuck. I am so disappointed in my experience with Strax and their surgeons.

I would give them 10stars if I could. I just recently had a tummy tuck, and it turned out amazing. I was treated like a Queen by everyone I came in contact with. The check in nurse Brian was very nice and personable. My anesthesiologist Chris is absolutely amazing! The preop nurse Lilly & Ms. Martha were the best, and the surgical coordinator Zeny was always in contact with me and kept me very well informed.
Last but not least my nurse Kerryann, who took very good care of me as well. This was by far the best experience I've ever had in my life, everyone was so attentive and I was made to feel like I was part of a family! Absolutely amazing staff! My doctor K.Mosca snatched me. Will post pics soon!

Dr Munoz is phenomenal, from our first consultation to his amazing follow up post surgery! He took the time to answer all of my questions in detailed, I did not feel rushed or like I was just another number to him. I felt like his service was personally catered to me! Apart from his warm personality, he give me his cell post-op so that I was able to contact him with any questions or concerns, which I did and received a response in less than 30 minutes every time; what doctor that you know did that?
I felt safe and very comfortable with him! He is very professional yet very precise about his work. But the best part is my body! I am personally a bit OCD, and I absolutely love my results, I feel so beautiful again, so comfortable in my own skin. he has given me back something that I had lost a very long time ago, my confidence :- thank you so much Dr Munoz, you have truly changed my life.

I had my breast augmentation / changed implants with Dr Kevin Mosca on December 2020, he is the best surgeon you could ever ask, all the process was very easy and his team omg just made me feel so good. I have literally done all my procedures at this place. They do amazing working. From beautiful breast augmentation to drop dead gorgeous curves and butt augmentation. The staff is amazing and the doctors are masters of their craft. Dr. Dean (my doctor) is a cosmetic Michelangelo. He gave me exactly what I looked for. They always treat me good whenever I contact them or have procedures done. I can't recommend a better place to invest in yourself and your body.

I had a procedure performed here a few months back and it was a disaster. I had a consult with a doctor and while waiting to schedule I was called by a rep from the company she talked with me for awhile and before we scheduled she told me that this doctor was not the best and that I should switch. I took her advice and did so. I paid cash for my procedure and it was a disaster. Infection, poor aftercare. Screaming by the front office manager.
The doctor was always rushed and hurried I hate the way that they treated me and I hope that their horrible service is the reason that this dump is shut down. Oh and not to mention that my scar is crooked the procedure looks horrible and I have fat pockets in my stomach that are still very sore to the touch they are some money hungry losers.

This place needs to be shut down! If more people got involved with all the damage & deaths that so many patients have been through. I think we can make a difference. People let's get this done. So sad. You pay to get a nice new look and you come out damaged. Then you go to another surgeon some where else and because of all the damage it cost so much to fix you if the Dr can! So sad!

From the moment I went into Strax Rejuvenation for my consultation with Dr. Jose A. Munoz I had an amazing experience. He answered all of my questions and I left feeling confident about my surgery. After my breast augmentation he removed my post-op surgical bra and showed me my results. I LOVED THEM! His work is great, he knew just what I was looking for. Sadly I believed in this butcher shop please if you value your looks or yourself do not go within 1 foot of this door you will come out a victim of destruction, they lied from the beginning to the end, All I needed was a minor Lipo on my stomach as I was a bathing suit model and I came out completely deformed on my stomach bumps bulges. These people need to go to jail that's how much they take you to a lovely office in Boca Raton take your monies and send you to a chop shop!

Strax is different from the beginning - they called me back on my inquiry, appointment was with no delays, I GOT TO SEE DOCTOR on my appointment - which is unbelievable thing for miami crowdy clinics. I was not pressured to make a deposit or book a surgery right away. I really liked the consultant too she didn't give me any pressure, she didn't rush me.
I liked the office energy overall is not chaotic, I was honestly impressed. I met with Dr. Hamm, I liked him, I like that he was straight to the point with what needs to be done. No extra words. And I agree with him as I made my research prior. I will keep updating my review as the progress goes. So far I can tell only good things about this office, it's not my first surgery and ve been to many clinics before.

Dr. Mosca is the most amazing. He listens and makes you feel so comfortable. I went to plenty of doctors (for consultations, I did my research) before meeting with him & he might have been the most expensive. But save every penny, because he's 110% worth it! I'm literally a week post op & I'm in love with my breast augmentation. He's an artist & swear makes strax a 5 star rating. He's mastered every type of procedure, would trust him with any.
No doubt. His staff was also so sweet before and after surgery, a completely non traumatic experience. (Which I was afraid of) I love the Linda's! Thank you so much Dr. Mosca, I'll rave about you to everyone I know.

So after posting negative reviews they tried to bully me with there Lawyer that I'm not Allowed to share my experience per the settlement agreement based on a refund they so called issued to me. However the lawyer should have realized to date the money that was owed back to me was never issued in full and told him I would be happy to refrain from posting the negative reviews if indeed he could produce the copy of the so called check that was never issued to me. However, to date I am so surprised that this place still remains open.
Please people spend the extra money for quality treatment as you will not get quality results. I will continue to do my part to ensure I share my personal experience. This place does not care about quality just your money and

****Update**** I received a message from the business saying they wanted to speak with me in reference to my concerns. I was actually surprised, I was not expecting anyone to contact me. I spoke with Al and he seemed like he genuinely wanted to find a way to resolve my issue. I went in and met with Al and Dr. Dean after. I spoke with Dr. Dean and explained all my concerns. Dr. Dean was willing to fix my issue. I was very pleased with everyone I spoke to today. I appreciate the fact they were willing to listen to my concerns and work with me on getting them fixed.

I had a great experience overall! The staff is funny and friendly, responded quickly when I had questions about my appointments. Dr. Aquino is amazing! I did a bbl with him and he fixed my belly button from a previous tummy tuck I had done with a different doctor. My stomach looks incredible!
