Customer service is extremely lacking and receptionists are often rude. When you call, you get placed on hold. When you come in for an appointment, they'll snap at you to wait out in the hall or to sit down until you're called. The office knew that I was about to switch insurance providers and did nothing to have me seen before the insurance ran out and never returned my phone calls.

When I was finally able to reach them, they accused me of never calling and did not even apologize about the situation. Baltimore has many other doctors to choose from, and I suggest you do so and avoid coming to this office.

Receptionist is consistently rude and unwelcoming. Very rushed through my appointment every time (total time with PA was less than five minutes). The receptionist even opened the door to my exam room and had a short conversation about another patient with Jamie the PA while she was examining me. Very unprofessional, and another patient coming down the hall could have seen me exposed.

I have gone here a few times because of the convenient location and I don't have serious/ongoing concerns, but if you have a serious concern or want decent customer service, I strongly recommend you look elsewhere. Also, despite continued guidance (as far as I know) to mask in health care settings, no masking in this office as of July 2021, and almost zero information prior to appointment regarding check-in or expectations.

I work in healthcare so I feel like I have a pretty realistic view of what I can expect at a doctor's visit and this practice has really fallen short each time I've visited. I've only seen Jayme the PA, so cannot speak for Dr. Strobel but she was terrible. Rushed through the visit each time, only half answered my questions and did not listen to or address my concerns. Made me feel like I was inconveniencing her and didn't really allow me to have a conversation with her about my treatment options.

The other thing that really rubbed me the wrong way about this practice is the constant advertisement for in house cosmetic services along with them only recommending me a product that they sell in house (for much more than the market price). I've since learned that my very common skin concern can be treated with a cheaper over the counter product that they somehow failed to mention.a classic private practice hustle designed to make them even more money. I wound up switching to a different practice entirely and would strongly recommend avoiding this group if possible because I have had a much better experience elsewhere.

From the moment I walked into the office my experience was 5 star - I was greeted joyfully by Deanna, who turned me over to the very kind nursing care of Maurice, who worked with Dr Jamie to deliver exceptional service and care. Blessed to have this office just 15 minutes from me.

The atmosphere is screaming low end and not hygienic friendly. you can not sit in the waiting room u must stand in the hallway until called. im 5 months pregnant standing against the wall and there is several elderly people waiting standing who was b4 me. This is ridiculous, if I schedule a appointment at 11 I don't want to stand until 12 to be seen.

Staff seems untrained and unprefessional. unless you have the patience and stamina. Find a another doctor skip the foulery. Im here for skin cancer and I'm pregnant I literally felt like fainting standing that long. I'm upset

Staff was polite and helpful; chatted a bit about where we were both from with the woman at the front desk. Waited 10-15 minutes past my appointment time. Dr. Strobel was friendly, personable, efficient, and happy to answer my questions. The second staff person I spoke to on the way out (to make a follow-up appointment) was friendly as well. I was a little nervous reading some of the negative reviews here, but my experience was fine.

I must say, my family has been seeing Jamie the PA for years. I would trust her with anything! Jamie and Maurice make a great pair. Their uplifting personalities are an asset to the office. Tracey and Deanner went the extra mile to help me out. They are extremely busy but always are caring to you. Jamie is a definite choice to be checked thoroughly. I totally trust her.

I was seen by the physician assistant. She barely looked at me before prescribing a topical gel. She gave me zero instructions. I had to ask her when I should use it, how often, if I could put on moisturizer and sunscreen with it, etc. It was like she had someplace else to be. Im not sure if it's always crowded, but they had clearly overbooked when I went in.

The gel she prescribed itches and drys me out. Not her fault, but she should have at least warned me about that. The other staff seemed overwhelmed. I do not recommend going to this place at all.

Practice is outdated. Staff would not see us at time of appointment because we had virtual insurance cards, not hard cards. The only way to be seen was to pay cash for the visit. We now have to files claims with our insurance to be reimbursed. A hassle to say the least. The practitioner was the highlight of the visit. She was very nice and accomodating.

He is a wonderful doctor. The customer service is lacking and the technology. If you need a copy of anything. fax and in-person are the only options. The office is unable to send prescriptions electronically (e-mail) or receipt information. Every time you call, they pick up and say can you hold. Why not wait or place a person in a queue or something until can you address their needs before you even pick-up. Asking someone to hold is not service. You answer the phone and say please hold? This is not customer service. Time to consider an upgrade in phone system and electronics and customer service training.
