Stuart Eye Institute has been providing the Treasure Coast with state of the art eye care since 1969. Medical and surgical treatment of glaucoma, including Selective Laser including Trabeculoplasty (SLT) and Durysta. Advanced technology lens implants available to reduce dependence on glasses, including the Toric lens implant for Astigmatism.
It is our secure patient portal software - allowing us to communicate with you around the clock - without holding or other hassles. Through this system you can register and schedule appointments online. All personnel, from the front desk staff, to the technicians, and to Dr. Davenport were professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I left the visit on both occasions believing I received a thorough assessment of my current eye health.

Staffed with an optician certified by the American Board of Opticianry (ABO) and licensed by the State of Florida, and another highly trained optician, we will help you select frames for every need in every facet from fashion to occupation.

I have nothing but great comments about Stuart Eye Institute. The wait was 10 minutes and the doctors and staff are caring and precise. In less than 35 minutes, I was examined, diagnosed and back in the truck.

Unprofessional front desk. My husband went in as workers comp. At first they checked him in and then They took him out of the room after getting his eyes dilated And they tried to have him pay self pay bc they didn't have what they needed. Which should've been figured out with the nurse case manager before they made the appointment. Instead of having us drive an hour. Turns out everything was in the chart. And then they took him back to the room. Pretty sure having a workers comp patient pay, is

Hi my name is RICHARD and I was referred to STUART EYE INSTITUTE as a CURRENT PATIENT of VOLUNTEERS in MEDICINE CLINIC in STUART. STUART EYE INSTITUTE has a DIVERSIFIED and PROFESSIONAL STAFF in the front office, the EYEGLASS PRESCRIPTION BOUTIQUE, and of course in DOCTORS AND TECHNICIANS.MINE is DR. MICHAEL CARELLI OD, who is a patient DOCTOR since my condition is HARD to treat and goes out of his way to ACCOMMODATE my CONCERNS and PROVIDE the BEST TREATMENT GOING FORWARD.

Dr. Mark Michels performed surgery to remove a wrinkle on my retina. It was a complete success. One month post op, my vision had improved 100% and continues to get better. Pre and post op care was first rate.

Terrible experience. Reception staff is rude and act like you are bothering them! After 50 minutes of waiting past my appointment time, I had to leave. As I walked up front, they had charged me up front, so I needed to get a visa credit and caught an attitude from this staff person also! No, "sorry, we are running an hour behind" Nothing. I will not go back, plenty of other eye docs in this town.

Very nice facility with very helpful and courteous staff. All the staff were informed, considerate, and thorough. I am very satisfied with my surgeon, who was thorough and answered all my pre-op questions. I felt very comfortable with him performing my upcoming surgery.

Why would this place send me to collections for 195$ and " you still have my glasses?! The reader's you charged me" was100$ I have a copy of the bill you sent me 2 months ago. The man that did my eye exam both time's said my second eye exam was "much different" than the "first exam" and told me that he was not going to change my right lense after telling me the other company did a lousy job! Witch is is it"?

I still can't see out of my R. Eye with your lense any better than the other company. In fact I put the other companies lense back in my glasses so Much can see better with my Left eye. A complete waist of time and money only to get sent to a collection without the reading glasses now over charged! God bless

I have been a patient since my cataract surgery 4 years ago. Except for excessive wait time, I was satisfied with the practice. However, when I called for an emergency visit today (my vision is is dimming in my left eye), I was offered a January appointment. I might be blind by then. Time for a new doctor.

My husband and I see two physicians Dr Davenport and Dr Guerrero. They have both been kind and our care has been accurate and successful. My husbands glaucoma is now resolved. A shining star there is the optical department Cheri and Ashley (who has recently left) are exemplary in customer service and in caring about your whole experience as well as your all around well being. They go the extra mile to be certain all is well. A rare thing in today's world.
