Summit Skin & Vein Care of Lee's Summit, MO opened for practice in March of 2005. Our one-of-a-kind vein treatment center is owned and operated by Dr. Bruce Fearon and his team of highly trained and educated medical specialists. I was referred here by my Primary Care Doc last year. I received excellent customer service all the way (from the initial phone call all the way up to checking-in and getting evaluated). My questions were all answered and I felt listened to. The Nurse Practitioner, Janelle, was honest with me and did not push me to do the procedures. I later went back and saw Jason for further evaluation - what a kind, truly nice man, felt so at ease with him (and I usually would not want a man working on my veins, so this says a LOT!).
Whenever I do get the procedure done, this is who I want to do it! So easy to talk to and down-to-earth with lots of experience. I also saw Dr. Dr. Fearon, who kindly agreed to see me at short notice. He was SO VERY KIND and PATIENT and CARING. What an awesome doctor and person! I had lost trust in doctors in general and he gave me hope and encouragement and great advice on how to get more help with my other medical issues.
He reassured me & told me that even though I have some medium level vein insufficiency I "have much larger fish to fry" (as far as my other more serious health issue goes) and that the vein thing could wait for now and maybe even a couple of years still. He said I did not need to hurry to get it done unless I started to get pain and issues with walking, etc.
He was honest and he could of made a lot of money as I had met my $7200 annual deductible out of pocket with my insurance so they would of likely paid for it all at that point. This will be the place I go to when I am ready to get things done. Because of how I was treated for the vein issue, I will be looking into tsome cosmetic procedures that they offer as well. Please be sure Dr Fearson sees this as he is one of the best docs I have seen in a long time and I appreciate his kindness and expertise.

Check in and business office was easy and straightforward. Diagnosis was thorough with understandable information about findings and path forward. Prescribed procedure was performed in a sterile environment. Jason performed the procedures in a professional manner. He explained the process step by step. Couldn't ask for a better experience. The staff cares about you.

After getting a blood clot i was referred to Dr Fearon. I saw Jason for my free consultation and was taught so much by him. I immediately decided i needed to get my other leg fixed before a clot formed again. I was very impressed with how fast and easy my first laser produce was. Jason and Kirstin were an awesome an awesome prep-team. If you're having any type of vein problems go see Jason for your free consultation!

My first first visit was great, everyone was so nice but when I wanted to make my visit with the doctor for a thorough appointment I couldn't afford the payment so I called my insurance provider on 6/8/2021 and they conferenced me in with Brea. I told her that I wanted to make the appointment and asked about doing a payment plan and she said that if I couldn't afford this payment then I couldn't afford the procedure.
But she would talk to her office manager about a payment plan for this appointment and would call me back on 6/9/2021 I didn't get a return call so I called back today 6/11/2021 and left a message on Brea's voicemail and still no return call. I need this procedure and I can't get help, bad customer service and very disappointed.

Everyone from the front door to the end of each treatment has been great to work with at Summit Skin and Vein Care. They all were able to effectively addressed any concerns and made me feel comfortable. They are all very knowledgeable, skilled and have all done there jobs well. They are all so cheery and have been a lot of fun along the way, making me look forward to every appointment. I feel like I have a new family of friends and will miss them when my treatment is done!

I have been going to this office for almost 2 years. I have never had a bad experience with them. The staff and doctor are always very pleasant. They are always really upbeat and make you feel really comfortable. I would recommend summit skin & vein care to anyone that needed this kind of service. I just can't say enough about them. They are on their game and seem to really have a passion for their job. And it really shows in the care they take with me every time I go in to have something done. Even though I hate having procedures done I love going to this office.

Both my wife and I have been treated by the Drs and staff here for vein issues. We cannot recommend them highly enough! They care about their patients, and take extra care that those patients have as pleasant and positive an experience as possible. Without exception, everyone that works there has been pleasant and helpful in anyway they could. Thanks for a great experience.
