The health insurance industry has changed significantly over the past several years, which has resulted in changes to premiums, coverage types and out of pocket expenses. Many employers are choosing high deductible plans, which have lower premiums to offset the rising cost of healthcare. This shifts the out of pocket expense to the employee once healthcare services are received.
A: This should not be the case. Each child has their own individual account number and they should all be listed on one statement. If you do receive more than one bill, please let our office know and we will correct the problem. A: Often, insurance companies will request information from their members before they will pay a claim.

My kids have always gone to summit pediatrics. I briefly pulled them to a dofferent pediatrician years ago after a doctor.wont say names.said my son didnt have any ear infection and later that night we were at childrens hospital for a ruptured ear drum. The nurse practioner Patty is rude and unprofessional. I credit her for giving my teenager and eating disorder that we have been battling for over a year since this person opened her face to my teenager and have ruined our lives. The eating disorder turned into a suicide attempt. Thanks Patty for destroying my childs life! Stay away from this place.

I pulled my children years ago for the rude staff and too many doctors difference in opinion. One said this the other that I hadn't call that professional. The ruse office staff is still a complaint sfter all these years is sad. I recently took a friends child in and sure enough they treated me like I was a bother. I don't know why this is tolerated still.

Call back sooke to a noce lady and she told us we would get a call back from the doc. Doc nevered called back. Call back the next day and no one answers all 3 offices. Called for 2 hours.

This place always has amazing staff and doctors here! My children are never scared to go to the doctor and they actually listen when you tell them issues that you're children have! I'm originally from Long Island Ny and approve of both of their locations! Please keep up the great work!

Our family has been here since day one. We will be leaving now. We stayed for Dr. Salis and his wonderful care. The office staff always made you feel like a bother. The office decor wouldn't even make an adult feel at peace. Much less having it for a children's waiting room. We have been placing calls, leaving messages, and have heard nothing for over a week.

Our pharmacist has even reached out multiple times. This is unacceptable. Our son had to go without his medication. Kate is great and so was Dr. Salis. Due to the insufficient care we are receiving and Dr. Salis no longer being there, we will be seeking an office capable of answering phone calls. We put up with the rude staff and bad aesthetic for a great doctor. I can no longer recommend this office for any reason. If you are looking for a new pediatrician, I ask you to do some research. Reviews don't lie.

Horrible woman in the office very rude about scheduling and they cancelled all my children's appointments the same day they were suppose to be seen because they made a mistake and I said something about it they said I had a tone in my voice they and weren't going to listen so they cancelled my children's appointment and wouldn't reschedule due to their mistake and I said something about it.

Its really sad I move up here from another state and the first doctors office I wanted to take my children too this is what we deal with very sad and unprofessional. If they don't like their jobs they should choose another one.

Took my 17 year old daughter in last week with flu like symptoms and low grade temp that wouldn't stay down for 36 hours. Mind you she never complains and is rarely sick.i was concerned with the outbreak of coronvirus as we just came back from a cruise 2 weeks prior. I took her in and she seen Dr Salis. He walked and and asked what we were there for.

He looked right at me and said " why are you here? She hasn't had the fever for more than 48 hours. What would you bring her in for?" I explained the situation and he literally rolled his eye and said " I'm not going to do anything she's fine!" I couldn't believe my ears. He was so condescending and rude I have never ever been belittled like that ever!

I am a nurse and I've been around rude doctors but with the coronovirus you would think he'd be a little more understanding. We left there with no treatment or anything. Trust me, I wouldn't have brought her if I wasn't concerned. I am going to switch her over to a regular physician instead of a pediatric. I'm done!

Staff that we seen in the office was nice and cheerful. However we were advised our script was called into a pharmacy they chose and we were not asked if we had a preference. This is not really that big a deal. However we waited the hour necessary and tried picking the script up prior to returning our child to school(based on schools request). When we arrived at pharmacy the receptionist advised me they had nothing on file and no script had been called in or sent over.

We contacted back the office here to inquire and received a rude attitude response to our call and basically said "ok then we will resend it" fast forward 2-3 more hours and still no contact from the pharmacy indicating it's filled or even received. Sadly my child will not be attending back to school today and I am praying we hear back on the medication before pharmacy closing so she can hopefully return tomorrow. In house experience = excellent. Overall experience = poor at best.

Incompetence sums it all. Waiting time is always a problem and when you finally go in, the nurse weights the baby and than you wait again for 15 min minimum for a doctor to show up while you are asked to keep your baby undressed. than when you finally make it to the pharmacy to pick up your meds, no one called to send in the prescription. the answering service said people call to complain about this all the time and yet the doctors don't give a dam. this place is nerve wracking! i called to ask why was my prescription not sent in and then asked to leave the practice because i'm disrespectful to the staff. so don't dare complain about them because they are incompetent and not doing g their job.

Dr. Gadawski has been my kids' doctor for over 17 years. He is FANTASTIC. His office staff also deserves recognition. They are kind, genuinely empathetic to your needs and concerns, they are patient, and they are knowledgeable. MaryLou is especially remarkable! She saw me through one of the most difficult situations of my son's life. She let me know that she could RELATE, as she was once there with her own child.

She ADVISED me on what to do if A, B, or C happened. Finally, she ENCOURAGED me, letting me know that it will take some time, and may get worse before getting better, letting me know that her child did get through it, and not to give up, my son can too. She was an invaluable help in my time of need.

I've never been anything short of impressed after a visit. Nurses and doctors have always been friendly. They all have had a great demeanor with my son since birth and they help calm us first time parents. They are very knowledgeable. The lactation consultant was very helpful when I needed post-hospital guidance. I'd recommend Dr. Salis for any child.

Usually pretty good at getting in to see a doctor, but it is a crapshoot since you never know who you are going to get. The doctors are experts in their fields and you must trust them. My family has ever had a bad experience with them. The secretaries help you the mist so make sure you are nice to them.
