Went for my annual check up. Very clean abd every one is so gentle and polite

The secretary at this office is rude, unprofessional, and hung up me. So I can only imagine what the rest of the office is like. Front office staff should be nice not rude or else they shouldn't work front desk

I had been looking for a doctor in Lake Mary for a while. I started going to Dr. Zadeh a few years ago. I couldn't be happier with my experience. She was recommended by my wife's co-workers and has been great for my family. Her staff is always friendly, helpful and accommodating.

I've been going to Dr. Fatemi for at least 10 years and he is always so thoughtful, caring, and kind. He shows genuine care for his patients and works with you to address any health concerns you have rather than just telling you what to do. The staff is very professional and competent. I am always confident with the level of care and service I will receive from everyone.

I have been a patient here for years. I have also been bringing my dad here for years. I have never had a problem with anybody. The physicians genuinely care about their pts. And the staff are very polite and always helpful. I highly recommend this office and these physicians!

I've been going to Dr. Fatemi since 2008 and highly recommend him. The office is always clean and they are considerate of your time and don't keep you waiting forever in the waiting room. Dr. Fatemi always listens fully to my concerns and answers all my questions and takes his time in the appointment. I never feel rushed out of the office. Office staff always does a great job as well.

I see Dr Zadeh as my PCP - If there was a rating less than 1 star I would give that. Have Asthma and called the doctor march 4th 2021 11 AM for a letter for Covid vaccination and I was asked to come see the doctor because I have not gone and seen her in 11 months. I went to this doctor three times in 2020 due to multiple ear infections. I don't go out due to COVID that's why non emergency visits to doctors were "Avoided" for a reason.

I tried to reason with the lady on the phone saying you are asking me for $20 copay to get a letter? Got nowhere - She was RUDE is the word. Then I told her to put me in for a Virtual visit with the doctor since I did not have a copay for it. The lady said I can call back when I was not "MAD". I told her I was only expressing my concerns and it sounded like she was "MAD". Long story short - In the market for a new PCP now.

I am always greeted with a positive, friendly staff and trust their care. As always Dr. Zadeh takes her time and offers me her total attention. She has mentored me through the years and helped me maintain good health. I feel comfortable and confident knowing I am in capable, caring hands. Thank you. Sincerely, Jan Tidwell

Dr. Fatemi is a great doctor. Sharp as a tack, and quick to respond and address concerns. I've had other doctors who I was lwss than confident in, but Dr. Fatemi oozes intelligence. He's also direct and to the point, which is what I prefer in my medical provider.

Dr. Zadeh is the best Dr. I have ever depended on in in my 71 years. She is very caring and explains my health issues and needs in a manner that is clear and understandable. She is kind, patient and thorough. It has been my privilege to call her my PCP for the past 15 years. Thank You Dr Zadeh!
