Sussex Eye Center PA

I called last year (2021) to make an appointment they told me they didn't have any openings until 06/2022. I received a call last week stating that my appointment has been cancelled bc the doctors wont be in office, which I understand. I told the frontdesk lady to call me back to rs appt bc her computer was down at the time, its been over a week and nothing so i called again to schedule and they are not seeing me till January 2023. This is not fair!

I love Sussex Eye Center! Just came to order new prescription sunglasses and as always Laura in Georgetown is amazing. She is so friendly and helpful. Always makes sure I have the best fit and vision possible.

I am very disappointed with the customer service, namely Gretchen. She lacks in her technical skills and needs to develop some customer service skills. Does not own up to her mistakes but adds to the problem and doesn't offer a productive solution.

Took my 6yr old twins to their first appointments this week and Dr Vincent was amazing! The receptionist was friendly and helpful, our nurse (didn't catch her name)was so good with the kids and Carrie in the lens department was beyond kind. Thank you guys for all you do! Just wanted to update. My twins had their yearly appointment yesterday and my daughter has a great deal of fear and anxiousness when it comes to eye drops and exams.

Our technician I believe her name was LJ was a godsend. She handled it all beautifully and calmly. Thank you! Dr. Vincent was amazing as always making the kids feel safe and comfortable.

Everyone at Sussex eye is professional and provide exceptional service.

My appointment was at 2pm I was on time and took off work. After waiting 15 minutes I asked how much longer as I have another appointment after this. I was told all the exam rooms are full. But another patient came in after me and was taken almost right away. It was obvious this patient was known to the staff so she got preferential treatment. My time is worth the same as their time. Also it takes months to get an appointment so Sussex Eye doesn't need your business

I just went there to have glasses made. The first pair of glasses they made were awful. They didn't fit right so I couldn't even see through the progressive lens. They made a second pair. These were so big they fell off my face. I went back to have them sized but after two days they were falling off my face again. I ended up having to buy another pair of glasses somewhere else. Those glasses were two sizes smaller.

We had a wonderful experience! Dr. Vincent was great with my son. Everyone was very helpful and we feel so fortunate that he was able to get the prescription that he needed; he sees much better now!

They are very friendly throught out the whole process. Very professional place to go. They are wonderful with children as well. My son gets the nervous laughs so it took a little longer for his eye exam but they were fantastic with him. The only recommendation I could give this place would to have children's glasses available to look at. Will be a returning customer as long as this place stays open

Excellent visit, professional staff. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of the visit in Georgetown. The equipment is VERY up to date, the staff knowledgeable and courteous, smooth flow, and the Doctor extremely communicate - active listening and personable. Best visit I've ever had.

Excellent place! The friendliest staff and doctors and they are wonderful with kids! They are also very quick to get you in! My daughters eye was scratched by our cat and I called and they were able to get us in within 30 minutes of me calling and they handled my 6 month old so well! The doctor was patient and careful and we made it out tear free! Highly recommend!

I have been to Sussex Eye Center in Lewes, Long Neck, and most recently their Georgetown office. I cannot say enough about how wonderful their staff and service is. They are super accommodating and wonderful. We switched from another local eye doctor center to Sussex Eye because of not being treated professionally. This past summer, I called Sussex Eye Center on a Friday around 11 and they fit my daughter in that day. Yesterday, my son who wasn't a patient got a piece of metal in his eye and they got him in that morning.

They even called me back after the initial call to let me know I needed a referral and how to get one. I would highly recommend Sussex Eye Center! I'm still amazed every time I call or go in for an appointment how amazing they are!

I have been a patient for several years at Sussex Eye Center. I have always received high quality care that suited my visual needs. Adjustments were made when necessary and this is important in my career of using computers. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

I absolutely love Sussex eye. I have been going to them for a while now and I have always had a great experience with the whole staff. The girls are always so helpful and Dr Nguyen is absolutely amazing. I feel as if i am being treated like family every time i go. My whole family now sees Dr Nguyen and her staff.

I have never had anything but a positive experience starting with my first eye doctor, Dr. Mashauer. I didnt want him to retire, but I am in good hands now with Dr. Spague. I like the honesty and they dont try to just get your money. I recently took my mom and brother and they both left happy.
