Receptionist extremely rude (not even nice when having the discussion) as the office refuses to allow any family to accompany a patient in for an appointment. Extremely poor customer service. When spouse had endoscopy 2 weeks ago (today was the follow up to find out results and plan), he required a driver and I was instructed to wait in the waiting room on the 6th floor. This may have well been a closet. There was not enough chairs for the other "support people." Zero consideration given. Very disappointed and I work in healthcare.

I have struggled with GI issues my entire life. Dr. Iorio and Brittany Maloney have done an amazing job not only providing care but getting to my stomach as normal as possible and letting me life a normal life as possible with my auto immune disease issues. The staff is wonderful and caring the nurses go above and beyond. If my doctor isn't available one of the other providers will gladly step in to help and care about my gi needs.

I have only been here twice and have made more progress then with any gi doctor since I was 6 years old. My doctor has not run any unnecessary tests like every gi has done in the past. I am so glad I came here I will never go anywhere else for my gi care.

As all doctors offices have been overwhelmed lately I don't mind waiting for an appointment. The staff is very nice and accommodating to my schedule and listens to all my questions and address them.

This review is related to the experience of the person accompanying the patient on the day of the procedure. I find it disrespectful that this practice feels like it is appropriate to relocate the loved one to an unfinished floor of the building on the sixth floor.to a tiny room(holding cell) where we are forced to listen to construction workers banging on walls and yelling obsentities. You can't provide any better alternative.

Absolute worst experience ever. I had seen them a while ago, and was recently referred back after a stint in the ER. They didn't have an appointment for months, so I asked what they recommend I do given the state I was in after having life threatening gastro issues. The woman on the phone was HORRID! Absolutely no compassion. So rude she left me in tears.

I didn't schedule anything because the time was so far out and this was such a bad experience. Next thing you know I get a letter in the mail saying they will no longer treat me! Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. This is a joke of a medical facility. Absolutely disgusting practice.

I received one phone call on my personal cell phone on Friday and voicemail was left four hours before business closed. No phone call was made to my job, which is on file with them. My appointment, which I waited months for, was promptly canceled on Monday at noon, barely (8) hours after I received one and only phone call. The "office manager " who refused to give her name was very rude and said she would Not have Dr. Ickball reschedule me when I mentioned their "24 hour cancellation policy " and hung up on me. This was very unprofessional and lacked proper ethical business standards.

From what I have seen most of the low reviews are based on the wait time which you should expect at any doctors offices during high call volume times, I have never had an issue getting ahold of the office. Dr. Berg is awesome! The staff and nurses and anesthesiologists are great! I've had a couple procedures here and I love that they address plans for the short term and long term!

I have been a pt here for over 15years and I would trust no one else. They are compassionate and respond quickly to my calls and concerns. Their patient portal is a great tool to communicate with the office staff for apts or clinical questions. Their Endoscopy suite is clean and runs like clockwork. Like I said, I've been here for a long time and I recommend them to anyone!

Ridiculous. Please don't trust your health to these thoughtless vermin. They treat patients so bad. like a cow in a field of 2000. You don't matter. I would give it zero stars if I could. If you miss one appointment, The office manager sends a certified letter kicking you out of the practice. No understanding. No regard for a person with stomach cancer!

They just don't care. The nurse that tried wheeling me out to the car after my endoscopy, she was about 20, I asked a question and caught her rolling her eyes at me to another nurse. Long, Brown hair. The anesthesiologists are the only thing good. The dr was too good to be working for that funny farm that has no respect for patients.

They did a great job and the place runs like clockwork. I couldn't ask for anything more. From the minute I walked in the door, until I walked out, everybody knew exactly what to do and did a great job and they were happy to answer the few questions I had. While getting a colonoscopy and endoscopy isn't really high on my "fun things to do" list, it was completely non-stressful, and I was out for the whole thing.

It wasn't any more exciting than taking a nap, followed by waking up and being offered a cup of juice, handed pictures of my insides, and walked out to my waiting ride. **Edit** I just wanted to mention that I had put this off for years because I thought it would hurt or be weird somehow. That was completely wrong. This was such a non-event that it was less stressful than getting my car fixed. If youv'e been putting it off, don't.
