Delmarva Orthopaedic Clinic, P.A. was established in 1971 with one physician serving our community. The Practice has evolved over the years into a group medical practice known as The Orthopedic Center. On July 1, 2016 The Orthopedic Center became a partner of University of Maryland Shore Regional Health. Our patients will find their orthopedic needs will continue to be met in one building. Once patients see their physician they are able to also have diagnostic testing, surgery, and physical therapy as needed.
The Orthopedic Center's Physical Therapy and Performance Center in collaboration with Shore Health System offers specialized Physical Therapy services in conjunction with the area's preeminent medical and surgical specialists in Orthopedic Surgery and Rehabilitation Medicine. Our physical therapy department works closely with your physician to ensure the most personalized and appropriate therapy plan of care for you. This unique team approach has a significant advantage to you as you work to not only recover function, but also to avoid re-injury or setbacks.

The Orthopedic Center is a strong supporter of local community sports. Dr. Mason is the Director of Talbot County Athletics and Dr. Jancosko is the Director of Queenanne County Athletics. On the field, injured athletes will be evaluated by the trainer to determine the best course of treatment. The on field athletic trainer may recommend an exercise program or refer the athlete to Dr. Mason or Dr. Jancosko for further evaluation. On Friday nights during football season you can expect to see Dr. Mason and Dr. Jancosko on field at Easton High School and Queen Anne High School.
