Dr Murrell is AMAZING and so is the nurse and other staff working with her. Only downfall to visiting here is dealing with the receptionist named Brooke. The first time I showed up (with my sick child who had just fell asleep) she called me back up to the desk 4 different times one after the other and I was the only one in there at the time. The last time she asked me to get my child out of her car seat so she could take her picture.
When I came back for my follow up and signed in, there was no change in my information from the week before when I had been here and I wrote that. She then had me fill out an entire new sheet with the repeated address, email and insurance information. Then I offered my copay and she told me she would call me back up when ready to take my copay. Anyone who has a 4 month old baby in a car seat carrier knows what a pain it is to lug them back and forth multiple times to the sign in counter along with your diaper bag, wallet and any other things you're having to provide them with.
After my baby had surgery with dr murrell, she and her entire staff came to the waiting room to speak to me. She is truly amazing. My baby ended up with a cold a few days after her surgery (she has a 5 year old sister who was sick prior) and I called to ask and see if her fever was something they needed to evaluate. Dr murrell immediately came on the phone and spoke to me and advised me of what to do. Luckily, her sickness was in no way or fashion related to her surgery but dr murrell was so kind to tell me what I needed to do.
I would definitely recommend her to anyone and everyone! Your child having surgery is a terrifying time but she truly was so informative before and after her procedure that I was as relaxed as possible and had full faith in her!
