The lowest score is a reflection of the billing department that has billed.me 4 times from a bill 9 months ago. Texas Vascular has tried to get this taken care of with this independent company but has gotten no where. Love the doctors and nurses but the company that does the billing is not worth it.

The office staff was awesome. They were very helpful and kind. Dr. Corn explained my diagnosis in a manner that I could understand. My experience here was awesome! I highly recommend Dr. Corn and his staff!

First of all the phone systems ALWAYS puts you to voicemail even if you are calling to confirm an appointment. Even if you get someone you are put on hold immediately. Waiting to see the doctor for post operative surgery took over 21/2hrs. The staff seems like they are newbies in a shoe store. Please do not come to this facility. I recommend to seek another vascular doctors and staff.

My husband saw Dr. Chu and I can't say enough on how good he was and how he answered all my husbands's questions. But I can only give 3 stars because they use an outside billing company that couldn't process a claim correctly if their lives depended on it. I have been on the phone with them twice now explaining how to read an EOB. They are trying to charge me $1,800 when I only owe them $170.97 due to the negotiated rates with the insurance company. They need to fire this outside billing company and find a new one.

My first visit was in 2002. 3 or four procedures, last one Dec 2019. I am 72 year old man and I would recommend all to these folks. The reason for only 4 stars is it takes several calls to have someone return your appointment call and I would like to see the doctor after a procedure. Great people!

One star right now. Appointment was at 8:45, it's 9:51 and no doctor or anyone to tell me he will be a bit or in soon. I scheduled early to avoid this. Not a good start. Saw Doc, appt was good, thorough afterwards.

They got me in for appointment with minimal wait. Follow up visit was a breeze.

After my mother was referred to this clinic by a Nephrologist, I called and left 3 messages on the schedulars voice mail. I never got a response call back. Finally after more than a month I get call but the staff is very unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. They are now requiring a different referral from my PCP instead of a specialist. Totally unprofessional and RUDE. I will not be taking my mother to this doctors office.

Tried to schedule an appointment and they asked for my SSN. I said no so they said there would be an additional $200 fee because I won't share my SSN. I will find another doctor. The medical community needs to learn that it is now considered completely inappropriate to ask for SSNs in this age of rampant identity theft. Never give your social to a medical provider as they don't need it.
