The lobby is awful. Cafeteria horrible. Those old people that work out front and the people in the admissions office bore one to death and do not seem to know what they are doing, unfriendly and act like they have no where else to go. Is that all the hospital could find to hire or Is that what they got? And lately the billing personnel work attitude was undesirable to me as a customer like she forgot she receives a paycheck because of me as a customer and I expect to be treated as such. Maybe I caught her on a bad day! MMMMMM. The is no up to date photos of the doctors etc. displayed on the hall wall.

I sent my Mom there. I was in MIchigan, didn't have a choice. Ambulance wouldn't take her to UPMC in Seneca. She went to Titusville, slowly got worse as the week progressed, by the time someone noticed and she was transferred to Erie she had brain damage from a lack of oxygen and was almost dead. Had to be intubated. Lost her 6 months later. I trusted them being so far away. They let her languish. When do people become less important than money? Go somewhere else. Don't risk your loved ones. I lost mine.

Came to this hospital for a medical condition. No tests run/no meds/nothing. Less than 5 minutes later I was discharged. The woman was coming in with my admission bracelet as the nurse was getting my discharge papers signed. Needless to say I wasn't happy. So i was driven the 2 hours away and got admitted. Surgery in the morning. Do yourself a favor and drive somewhere better.

I went to the emergency room and had surgery the same day. The staff was amazing. I had complete faith in the surgeon when I met with him. I felt very strongly that I chose the right hospital for me. When I had fear of complications the staff treated me with dignity and respect. I cannot emphasize enough the amount of care I received. Thank you to everyone.

I recently experienced a surprise visit to Titusville Area Hospital (due to some tenacious kidneys stones). I was quickly admitted, treated, and well taken care of. The ER was under renovations and was looking great! Everyone was friendly, helpful, and kind. I also saw many familiar faces, which is always comforting. Having a small home town hospital is an awesome perk! Thanks for the help.

A few weeks ago my family and I had to go to the ER for a series of rabies shots. Every time the reception staff and the ER staff have been nothing but kind to us. The wait times were great and we always felt like we were being well cared for. I'm glad that this hospital exists in our community.

My husband had a procedure today in the short stay unit and all the nurses were so kind and accommodating. They never made you feel like you were bothering them and tended to all our needs. The anesthesiologist took the time to explain why he was taking precautions with my husband and delaying the surgery for a couple hours much to our gratitude. We have had several trips to the short stay unit due to my husbands cancer and every time it has been a great experience with the staff and Doctors.

Thank you so very much for making a stressful situation much more pleasant for the patient and family that is waiting. They really care about you at TAH and I am thankful we have them in our community.

When my son came to the ER with appendicitis the staff was very quick to get him in and comfortable. It was a very scary time for us and the staff was right there to comfort us and answer all the questions we had. I am very glad that this is the hospital we have in our home town. I have had to have a lot of different services here for myself and my children. We have always had caring and compassionate staff right there to take care of us. Keep up the great work!
