I went on May 10 for the first time & the staff was so nice and professional & I couldn't have asked for a nicer doctor, Dr. Roger Febres. He was so thorough!

I'm never coming back to this place. I did 6 weeks of chemotherapy with no problems. Suddenly there's a new sheriff in town and her name is Stephanie. She treat the patients like if they are ignorants, desperate for a service. No respect whatsoever for the patients feelings. We are cancer patients Stephanie. We are scared. Our psychological and emotional status is all over the place. We need help not insults nor disrespect.

They do not give you updates on you cancer, they dont do regular ct scans either. Youn can have stage 3b and they dont do regular ct scans they only want to do them like every 3 months by then the cancer could be spreading. Dont give you updates on your blood work either. Almost died because of lack of communication from them.

I am doctor Vijay's patient and the incompetence that I continue to experience with her assistance Lea is frustrating and unacceptable! She continues to make errors monthly, in processing my prescription with Kroger Pharmacy. Last time I filed a complaint with the Office Manager Mario Otoya, who didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my complaint.

The administration staff of this organization are incompetent, leaving a negative impression on the doctors capabilities and credibility. Based on my personal experience, I would never recommend this organization to anyone. Giving them one star is being generous! Patient, Sadhana Pemble

Unfortunately, my husband is a current patient here, we find this office very unprofessional and unorganized. My husband has had pneumonia twice and the doctor failed to call him to let him know. The nurses don't read up on the patients history. My husband ran out of his much needed medication and it took almost 3 days for a nurse to call him back and refill it.

You can't get through to anybody and have to wait days for a call back on anything. This place is like a factory, they churn out patient after patient with no knowledge, or compassion about the patient's health issues. If we weren't vigilant with my husband's health, he would probably be dead right now, because you can't count on these people to do anything for you. They don't care, you are just another number to bill to the insurance companies. We are actively looking for another practice. Run far from this place.

Don't recommend this cancer center at all, waited over a month for an appointment to get diagnosed knowing that I have Cancer and they had medical records from previous oncologist. Went to see Dr. Mamita Vijayvargiya she had me set an appointment with another doc knowing the type of cancer I had and had to wait almost 2 months to see him after all That wait period for this doc to tell me In 5 mins that I had to see a neck and head doctor not him; another 45 days to see that other doctor all this process prolonged cancer Treatment and all it did was have me go through a nervous break down and bad depresion.

Very careless staff starting from the reception area up to the Doctors. Don't know the name of an employee that's is usually a the front Colombian woman that is very rude and careless not only with me but had the opportunity to see her interaction with other patients and she was not friendly or helpful at all. Looked miserable all the time. This place should work with staff to treat patients better and have a bit more compassion And understanding to people diagnosed with Cancer that in some cases feel hopeless. Will never seek treatment or go back there/

My mother who has been diagnosed with breast cancer has been treated excellent since she started visiting here. I am happy to say that she is in remission and is going strong. It's up to God hands now with the rest of her life. I am just glad centers like this exist to help aid cancer patients through their battles.

My 84 year-old mother has recurrent cancer and has been treated at Osceola Cancer Center for almost 2 years. The doctors and professional staff she sees are excellent, and the support staff have always been friendly and helpful. The doctors are board-certified in their area of expertise and are very knowledgeable, and are also very caring and compassionate.

They listen to their patients and address their concerns and are willing to allow the patient to have a voice in planning the course of their cancer treatment protocol. I have been very pleased to have such an excellent facility so close to where we live.

Very unprofessional. I was part of the team. The staff and worked with doctors. I did love my job and was proud to say I was part of the team. Not once told I was doing anything wrong. I get a text message on social media on a Saturday that I'm fired, because I've made too many mistakes. I would think the professional way is talking person to person and explaining my wrong doings that led me to be let go.

Not a phone call nor a face to face. Doctors are great however management needs to be educated some more on work ethics. Very disappointed on supervisors work ethic. I was told she need to speak to me on a Wednesday, she tells me she too busy with grandson. Thursday and Friday passed no call. Saturday I receive text message using social media application.

But God don't like ugly. May they all be blessed. They showed me their true colors and I'm grateful I won't have that long drive to work daily. I drove 10+ hours a week back and fourth. But I'll be okay. They did me a favor.
