What really makes one health care facility different from another? At Trinity Health System, the answer to this question lies within the conscience of the organization; in other words, its philosophy of patient care, and its degree of commitment to creating an environment which allows it to carry out that philosophy.
Trinity Health System offers smoke-free environments for the comfort of patients and visitors. Smoking is not permitted inside any building unless a physician has stipulated approval for a patient. Smoking areas are designated in various locations adjacent to entrances and other outside facilities.
Giving to the Trinity Health System Foundation provides members of our community, patients, and families with a unique opportunity to support Trinity Health System's mission of providing excellent healthcare. A donation of any size makes a difference. Payments can be tailored to suit your needs. You can Pledge Online or by mail.
Trinity offers Diagnostic Radiology, Ultrasound, and Bone Density services. In mid to late December we will be offering Screening Mammography Services at this location. Trinity Health System Belmont Medical Plaza in St. Clairsville, Ohio offers a variety of imaging and testing in one location. The center offers convenient parking, registration and easy access to a variety of state of the art imaging, testing and outpatient services. If you are a patient or a referring physician, we strive to provide a quick turnaround of test results and delivery of care with human kindness.

I have just got home from being in trinity west for 3 days. The ER was very busy, but the care I received was wonderful. I was transferred to the 6th floor and again, the nurses and aides were wonderful.nothing was too much trouble, if you pressed the call button, someone was with you in a couple of minutes. They were all very caring! Thank you for everything, Trinity West nurses!

The medical service I have received from two different doctors, 1 specialist, and the lab, two times have proven to me this place is a shythole! Go anywhere but here, even if you have to go to the Pittsburgh area. The two primary doctors only wanted to send me to a specialist for a minor problem I've dealt with my whole life instead of treating it themselves.

The last time I needed blood drawn at the lab, I waited one whole HOUR to even be acknowledged by reception and another 20 minutes for the plebotomist to take my blood. due to the stupid mask mandate, I had to ask her after every sentence to SPEAK UP because I couldn't hear her. She didn't speak up, just pointed! God help anybody that is seen here!

Recently, in regards to a surgery I had via Da Vinci Robot, I had an overall Positive Experience with the surgical nurses and my urogynecologist/surgeon. Everyone was kind, attentive, caring, friendly, vibrant, competent.and fun, honestly! As a result, I felt calm, serene, and hopeful pre-surgery.My only qualm is some of the Post-Surgical Recovery treatment I received.

Directly after being placed in a tiny Recovery area, I was naturally groggy, nauseated, and in pain--and just wanted to rest, i.e., sleep, for a (brief time) before being robustly rolled into the Discharge area. Due to my sleep apnea (I do use a CPAP machine when at home), the respiratory machine kept beeping loudly and frequently to alert the chubby, brunette Recovery Nurse in her early 30s to my respiratory distress--yet she refused to put an oxygen tube in my nose to help me breathe, even though I politely requested oxygen.

On the contrary, she kept rudely waking me up, instead, when I physically felt terrible and just needed oxygen and rest! It was obvious by her callous, terse, uncaring, impatient, inconsiderate--and therefore--unprofessional-- demeanor that she just wanted to get rid of a patient in her section to free up a bed--BEFORE.me, the still-in-pain patient, was ready to be jostled and movedNow, the nurse in the Discharge Area (thin, sandy-blonde hair; late 30s or early 40s) was more considerate, nicer, and decidedly more helpful--which I genuinely appreciated, but also didn't give me any oxygen to help me breathe, although it was abundantly apparent that I needed oxygen. Again, Recovery Nurses MUST be PATIENT, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING, CARING, CONSCIENTIOUS, and PROFESSIONAL when interacting with patients! ALL DAY. EVERY DAY. PERIOD. To reiterate: 4/5 Stars for the Overall Experience. Thumbs down to the Recovery Nurses who should have Done Better for a human being who just Went Under The Knife

Don't go to the psych ward here. Psych doctor is terrible and you only color all day. Not helpful at all. Would've rather been in jail.

DO NOT GO HERE! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Their entire hospital needs shut down for malpractice and terrible service. The doctors do not care about you! They got my address wrong, my phone number wrong even though you confirm it MULTIPLE TIMES. They don't run the tests you need or add results to their "patient portal" to see for yourself or for second opinions.

They will act like they care, but they don't. If you're pregnant, definitely go to Pittsburgh! Don't even bother with their women's center. -5/5 stars! The drive is worth it compared to the stress that place gives off. just don't bother.

I refuse to ever go here again. The doctors and nurses that work at trinity need to care more about the people they are taking care of. There are lives at stake. Its not just another job it's a career you chose to help people. So help.

Great doctors and nurses so far. They saved my husbands life when Wheeling Hospital wouldn't.

I was admitted thru the er. They said I had a UTi possible blood infection. The Doctor who admitted had never came in to go over any of my testing. I have not got my blood pressure medication that I am to take everyday. When I ask about I get no response form the RN that work on the Fifth Floor. I have pain in my right side of my stomach since early today and nothing done. I have told 2 of the RN. I asked to have water still haven't received that.

I was referred to Trinity for a surgery consultation. The staff are incredibly rude and unprofessional, and often times, it was difficult to reach anyone. The office I visited lost my test results and it took two weeks of me calling to find out what had happened. On top of all of this, the doctor I worked with was condescending and dismissed my concerns by telling me to "just come back in a year."

We have had great care each and every time we have been to Trinity Hospital! From the ER to outpatient surgery, each employee from Dr's to service personnel are pleasant, helpful, informative and very caring! I would recommend this facility to family and friends!
