17th Street location - the providers that I've seen are amazing. Front desk staff is unbearable. Rude. Cold. Unhelpful. Nothing says "we don't want you here" more than that tinted glass at the front desk. If they aren't to be seen or spoken to, move them to the back. And just put a friendly receptionist up there to greet your patients. I would not recommend visiting this practice for mental health - you'll leave feeling more worthless than ever. Shameful. Aside from my provider, the friendliest face in the place was the FedEx guy.

I really had a negative experience with this office. My provider was excellent so it's not a reflection of her, but every other office staff member was cold and unhelpful. They never sent over links to virtual appointments and then were annoyed when I called to ask for them, even though I didn't know and was never told they could be found online. They also called me 5 minutes before a session telling me I had an outstanding balance and wouldn't be able to be seen if it wasn't paid. Overall, they just made already stressful and emotional situations even more stressful and I cannot recommend this office because of that.

Chris was the first doctor to make me feel seen and heard in a very long time in mental health care. I'm Grateful for him and this practice.

I never ever leave reviews but I feel this one is necessary. I paid for an appt to discuss tapering off of my medication, came up with a plan to start the first of the year- reached out multiple times to get my prescription called in and by the time they did it was called in completely differently than was discussed with Leighton Morgan and when I called back multiple times to get this fixed they never got back to me.

I took matters into my own hands and messaged her directly on the portal almost three weeks ago and STILL have not gotten a response. Called again today- closed. Just ridiculous.

Wow receptionist is something else, just hung up on me. What customer service! I wish her well and that she speaks to others more respectfully. Don't know how the doctors are but she was horrible and it took 5 seconds for her to take payment out of my account and after her being so rude I said cancel the appointment thanks. Checked my account and money was gone, called back, spoke to miss wonderful personality again and she said take it up with your bank and hung up.wow. no wonder medical field in situation it is.

Good therapist. Disrespectful front desk staff. Quite rude. And some people in town already know this. They have a giant sign on their mirrored glass window at the front desk that says 'Do not open or tap on the window'. That someone will be with you. I just sat there for 17 minutes by myself in the small waiting area 3 yards from the front window.

I stared into the mirrored glass while exactly NO one acknowledged me. So, 17 minutes after my session was to BEGIN I walked out and called them from my car. ' oh we're sorry, we've had a lot of people in here this morning ' Really? Because I just sat there for 17 minutes BY MYSELF staring into your window. So she said 'sorry about that' and hung up on me. Or, if she said goodbye, she said it in a way that was inaudible.

If it weren't for my therapist, I'd never put up with them. I am a therapist myself and I understand office mistakes. This is not the first time I've been treated poorly by them. So annoying. People coming in who want to work on their mental health may already feel vulnerable. To treat them dismissively and without care is really unhelpful.

I was hoping Trinity was a good option after I got insurance and couldn't go to Access Family Services anymore (I loved them). Unfortunately, this company is terrible. I waited eight weeks for a psychiatrist appointment. When I finally got to the eight weeks i was told, the day of, that my two therapy appointments haven't been going through to my insurance.

I had to cancel that appointment that I had waited so long for and desperately needed. Turns out they were billing the wrong company. I never got a call back after I tried to fix this. Also never got a call checking in or anything after missing a therapy appointment. They don't care. Go anywhere else.

I truly debated to write a review but I don't want another family to fall victim to the inexperience of Trinity. Because mental health care options in Wilmington are scarce, you and your loved ones may look to trinity as a viable & trusted option, as my family did. It saddens me to report that this facility is not capable of providing certain services that they claim to.

A family member had gone to Trinity for a mental condition, of which the facility said they were proficient in addressing, specifically Ms. Morgan. The appts were short, flippant, and reduced to medication-only. The lack of in-depth consulting and "throw away care" resulted in the complete mismanaged care of my family member with severe consequences.

I called Trinity to discuss, and the receptionist (Megan?) was simply not interested in my story, was quite curt, and ended the call abruptly. I called back, and she was surprised that I wanted to continue the conversation, and her excuses were simply farce. None of it made sense and when I called back, I left voicemail and never heard back. It is truly sad that we don't have more mental healthcare options for certain conditions here in Wilmington. Until we do, I strongly suggest folks look to virtual options in Raleigh or Charlotte.

I didn't have a mental health issue until the demonic lady who books appointments for Trinity Wellness Center called me to setup an appointment for my 82 year old mother with dementia. There's only two places in Wilmington for memory testing and one of them is booked up for six months and Trinity Wellness Center can see you in a couple weeks. I don't know, maybe they are good at their jobs because my mother couldn't remember anything, but she remembers overhearing my traumatic phone experience. If you don't love your relative, then I highly recommend Trinity Wellness Center.

This is the WORST "wellness center" I have ever heard of. I have had MANY bad experiences with Trinity, but I stopped going to Trinity after seeing Pam because at the end of my last session with her, she was venting to me about one of my bosses she knew and how terrible of a person he was because she "ran in his circle". I moved for a job after college and just recently called to see if they could take me back on as they already had my records, etc.

The front desk person told me she would have to check to see if they were willing to take me back on.? I had to call back for 4 days just to be told they weren't going to take me on because I was "noncompliant". Beyond unprofessional and disgusting considering this is a wellness center. I have had problems with these people from day 1 and after reading reviews, I'm not the only one. Save your money and your mental health and find a center that makes you feel comfortable and treated well - this is not the place.

I've been receiving Spravato treatments from Leighton Morgan at the 17th street office for almost a year now. My name is Wendy Jackson. I called to schedule an appointment with the front staff and they put me on hold and never called me back. I called again in 2 days and they stated that I owed 160 dollars before I could make an appointment. When I spoke with them a week before, they said my balance was 40.

What this person doesn't know is that I have been suicidal for awhile now. I have a plan and I'm just barely holding on. I realize that they could care less. The 160 is more important. There have been times when I've not been able to get out of bed, much less out of the house. Mrs. Morgan has been very nice and professional. HOWEVER, the from staff is unbelievably rude, time after time.

I have never been treated so rude in any office, and I'm 54 years old. Do they realize they're dealing with the most depressed people that really need help? Would it hurt them to smile or at least not act like they hate you? I have canceled appointments late and I did miss a zoom call and I did have a death in my family. And I'm sorry. I hate being the way that I am.

I want to feel like living again. I have requested another office in Wilmington and was still told that I would have to pay the entire 160 dollars before I can even schedule an appointment. My husband says he will not pay the 160. So, I guess I'm stuck. But the world keeps turning and life goes on?

I have been a patient at Trinity Wellness Center for years now. Dr. Mathew, F. Rhett Saravia, and the entire front desk staff are great! The doctors have improved my quality of life and shown me respect. I am always greeted by the front desk staff with a smile and they schedule my appointments promptly. Never do I wait in the waiting room more than a few minutes. Thank God for everyone here!
