We go beyond the standard medical practice in helping treat patients in a more holistic way. Dr Trupin's practice is probably the worst I have been to. My experience was absolutely awful. My insurance claims were filed incorrectly multiple times and every time I called to get it corrected I was told that I would hear from them when it was sorted and that I just had to wait. I ended up paying over $300 on tests that were filed with the wrong code and am still waiting for them to sort it out. Dr Trupin herself barely has time to listen to what you are saying.
She ordered a bunch of expensive hormone tests and then wouldn't even follow through on the levels that were high. Thankfully a nurse practitioner at the student health center decided to follow through by ordering the required mri and found the potential cause for my high levels that Dr Trupin wouldn't even consider.

Dr. Trupin has been taking care of my Healthcare needs for several years. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. Her staff is very helpful when you have any questions or problems. Getting an appointment is usually pretty quick, and waiting room/exam room times are not long at all. I would and have always recommended Dr. Trupin to others.

I have been seeing Dr. Trupin for years now. Her staff that's been with her for years are awesome and efficient. There is no better doctor in Womens Health in the Champaign area. There is times where yes you have to wait, but isn't it like that everywhere else? At least here it may be 10 minutes vs 30-55min at places like Carle. You also do get personalized care, and she remembers you!
I never have had issues with my prescriptions or appointments. The whole office has been flexible when needed. This is a true Womens Health Clinic, and it definitely covers all my concerns even to the extent of cosmetics, skin care, and now yoga!

I unfortunately had to go to this gynecologist twice, because I waited too long to make an appointment somewhere else and couldn't get an appointment at a new office in time to get my birth control refilled. The first appointment was bad, but the second was way worse. They are way too pushy about microblading and cosmetology. I came to get a Pap smear and birth control refill, not to be told how bad I look and to have them try to sell me cosmetology services.
I also don't think this is a good place for anyone outside their version of normal. Dr. Trupin was very argumentative and I felt like I was having to fight with her to defend my birth control and reproductive choices.

Poor customer service, awful service, very rude. Never will i visit this health care practice. You don't care about your patients and its very poor. I got a bill from a lab for extra 500$ after my visit and all you could say was you have nothing to say. My culture test results were not ready you failed to place a call across to inform me. Only for me to show up and you charge me 95$ to tell me my culture tests are not ready such an awful place to visit when having health issues. No follow up with calls, very forgetful, not responsive to questions

I absolutely love Dr. Trupin and her nursing staff, However, The rudeness of the receptionist as to my mistake for mixing up days on an appointment and trying to reschedule is mind blowing. Speaking over me as I was talking and basically letting me know how wrong I am to keep rescheduling since it was my second time. My apologies as to my job having unpredictable hours. But to speak to me that way over a mix up and misunderstanding was just too much for me. What happened to kindness and respect.
