The wait was extremely too long. After arriving 10 minutes early for my daughter's appointment, we waited 45 minutes to be called to the back for examination. Once she received her optic examination, we waited another 50 minutes to be seen by the doctor. We spent a total of 2 hrs and 30 minutes in the office most of which consisted of waiting. Very disappointing!

Just took my daughter in Oct for a checkup for new contact prescription. Called to order contacts but they say I need another checkup because it wasnt done on last visit. The last two visits have been nothing but confusion and incompetence. Past time to find a new eye dr that knows what is going on.

This was my first time coming to this office, so I wasn't sure what to expect. The staff is very nice and understanding. Dr. Zhou is quiet but very patient and happy to answer questions. It was my first time trying contacts and a young lady waited with me and offered instructions and suggestions as I struggled to put them in and take them out. I also wanted some glasses.
Another woman was very thorough in explaining any charges when I asked questions concerning the glasses. I was afraid she might be annoyed with me, but she wasn't. It was a great first experience for me, and I'm happy I chose to give this place a try. Very nice people. It also helped that I didn't wait long for anything.
