I saw Dr. Onibokun on Thursday for a Wellness Exam and he was very nice. Never had a Doctor like that who made me feel not as nervous during that time. He was engaging in a conversation with me, so I can be calm and distracted during the process. I've been to other doctors who I had wellness exams with and they were just quiet. So I prefer them talking rather than me getting anxious of not knowing.

Also by the Dr.'s side there's a Medical Assistant and a Nurse who surpervised him in the exam room. I thought it was nice but didn't know what they were needed for, but it made me feel good, that the two of them also made me feel not nervous during my appointment. I def recommend this Dr. and don't regret coming to this Banner even if it was 25 mins away from where I live. Thank you Dr. Onibokun and to the RN and MA!

DO Not Go Here. Banner Ocotillo is a most unprofessional, and outright dangerous Medical facility. Went in for an Emergency, was in terrible pain after waiting for hours and several trips to the public bathroom in the waiting room. I eventually had a very explosive and violent attack of emesis. It was so bad I almost passed out on the floor, I ended up crawling to the Handicap button for opening the door on the wall and hit it with my elbow and yelled for some help when the door opened. No-one ever came. after awhile when I was able to get up, I hobbled to the front desk and asked the receptionist if she had heard me yell for help, she replied "oh".

I then told her that I was sorry but there was a terrible mess in the bathroom and I was unable to clean it, we are talking vomit all over the floor and walls in one of the stalls. Again, her only reply was "oh". Keep in mind this bathroom is for everybody in the waiting room to use, And they and I had no idea what I had. THEY NEVER CLEANED or CLOSED that bathroom.

When I finally went back into the emergency treatment area I told the first nurse I saw about the bathroom, and she put her face right in mine and said very rudely " We have no house-keeping". From that point on everything just kept going downhill, I ended up having to have my gall bladder removed ( actually co-erced into having it removed by a very young, rude, condescending Dr.) Was sent home with no discharge advice, except don't eat anything spicy or fatty. Bye, get out.

Also while there, I gave a urine sample for testing, but it sat in the cup on the counter in my room, untouched, unlabeled, the entire 16 hrs I was there. Urine needs to be refrigerated after about half hour because it starts to breakdown and test results will not be accurate. But there it was sitting untouched on the counter when I was wheeled out, YET.

I am being charged for several U/A tests $$$ that they couldn't possibly have run. I cannot fathom for the life of me, how any Medical facility or Hospital can function without house-keeping. What else is not getting cleaned?!? I could go on and on, could probably write a book about this entire horrific experience, but I won't- my first hand advice, Go anywhere else - AN Y W H E R E E L S E!

This hospital is a complete joke So I went in a few days ago and Er nurse Tim was super nice however the rest of the people I came across since being admitted were complete jerks I went in for chest pain and find out my pancreases enzymes are out of whack anyway they admit me and do the normal testing stuff however I've been through hell with my pancreas before and know I have some gallstones in my bile duct (gallbladder removed in 2019) so I know for a fact that's why I'm in pain they continue to tell me that I'm fine and there's no issues with me and want to send me home now keep in mind I'm not able to even eat a spoon of pudding with out it causing me severe pain I request an ultra sound and they agree dr shows up over 24 hours later telling me I have a dilated bile duct then tells me that they decided that it wasn't and over looked again and said it was fine? Are you kidding me i then get treated like crap much more from nurses and I ask for something for the pain I cannot believe the words I heard from a nurse he tells me I don't care about your pain I don't care about your pancreas you are being discharged now keep in mind I never gave them a reason to be treated that way I will never be going back there again ever and nor will any of my friends and family I feel sorry for anyone who goes there they also complained about taking care of the elderly people that were in such excruciating pain I can hear in the halls they have no hearts and obviously are unprofessional

Absolutely terrible! My husband was in for COVID and pneumonia. The first day or two was good and then his care went down the drain. He ordered dinner and 2 1/2 hours later he still didn't have it. He pushed the nurse call button multiple times and NO ONE responded. Thank goodness he didn't have an emergency. He was in his room with nobody in to check on him for over 5 hours.

Completely unacceptable. When a nurse finally came into his room (after I called and complained) she said that they had issues on that floor. I have no idea what that means but it's obviously not good. Then, when he was released he received NOTHING in the way of discharge information. Not one nurse or even CNA gave him any discharge instructions. NOTHING about a follow up appt, what to watch for, how to and when to adjust his oxygen they sent him home with. Oh, and by the way the oxygen tank was not full so 2 hours after being home is was empty. I could go on but I think I've made my point. DON'T GO TO BANNER OCOTILLO HOSPITAL. I truly can't say anything good about our experience with them.

Shout out to Yolanda (front desk) Lucy (nurse) and Dr. Danielson for their above and beyond approach to doing their job. Everyone at this Clinic displayed a level of kindness and competence sorely missing in most medical facilities. I felt very well cared for and my concerns were all addressed. Thank you so much for the fantastic service.

The front desk ladies were great, even though I was supposed to be there 30 min before my appt, they get me in. The medical assistant was friendly and made me feel like this was going to be a great appointment! Then the doctor comes in. No smile, no good morning, just right to the chart. She immediately goes into telling me what's wrong with me.

I get it, you're a doctor here to help me, and get me healthy. However, barking at me, arguing, and rolling your eyes every time I open my mouth is the wrong way to go about it. The way she interacted with me was like she knew me and didnt like me, but I'd never seen her before so I was floored at how she was acting. I chose her and drove 40 min because she is African American as am I.

So I figured I'd be comfortable and get a friendly visit out of it. I already have an established PCP, but was told that I needed a doctor at Banner for a referral with my secondary insurance. She kept telling me that I could find someone else to have as my PCP if I wasn't happy. I'd waited a month to get in to see her and needed an important referral, so I took a breath and told her that I would just go with it and do what she needed me to do.

She then hopped up, said I needed to see someone else and told the front desk lady to take me off her schedule. I have never been treated so horribly in my life! Any doctor that I've been to has been kind, and wanted to listen. She was the complete opposite. To make matters worse, as I stood at the desk waiting for a new appt with someone else, I clear as day heard her laughing and talking to her coworkers about me and what happened. If this is how a patient gets treated when needing care, I understand why some ppl just dont go. I will not be returning here.

It's difficult to find a new gynecologist you're comfortable with. I'm very happy I found Dr Kayani. My gyney moved out of state last year and I was having some female concerns so I needed to find a new one. Dr Kayani is knowledgeable, professional, patient, and loves to draw pictures to explain and I like that (I'm a visual learner). I feel very comfortable with him as a patient and that's very important to me. I highly recommend Dr Kayani!

Dr Cheng is the absolute best Dr! When he was at Chandler Heights and Higley, they had a great office. He has since been moved to Alma School at the 202. They have their best Dr's next to their newest hospital, makes sense so they can refer. Sadly I am about to leave this practice. Banner has moved calls to a call center, so you aren't speaking with the actual office, it is much harder to get in now. BUT.

On Oct 31st, I had an appt at 3:15. I got stuck behind an accident and was 5 min late. I was told by the front desk I needed to reschedule. WHAT? I told them I didn't have time and walked out. I immediately called the number which was the call center, was asked if I wanted a coordinator to call me back, I said yes. Never received a call. I followed up with a e-mail to Banner guest relations.

They are supposed to investigate and have a specific time frame to respond, never heard a peep. Rep who turned me away walked out 5 min later and was parked right next to me. Those spaces in the front should be for patients, not employees. And let's talk about how often I WAIT? I am turned away because of 5 min, Banner's protocol is a min 10, I've worked in their clinic. Banner, your front desk is a reflection of the entire office.

Hire people that are there for more than a paycheck. That reflect your values, in fact "Sophia" comes to mind. Dr. Cheng wouldn't allow this, and would be extreme disappointed.

This is the worst examples of supervisors I have ever experienced! They lie to you.the supervisors in Maricopa bully and harassed you.concerns regarding patient safety do not get addressed. They sit you up to fail not to mention they discriminate against you.they truly show favoritism. I expressed my concerns to HR and was told Banner takes these allegations seriously and someone would get back to me. nobody ever did so I have escalated my concerns to a much higher entity per legal advisement.they don't care about employees or how they treat them!

I like my doctor I just HATE this facility. They are terrible with referrals. I have had to call so many times to remind them to put my referral in so I can go to my other doctors appointments. For example, I wanted my birth control out so they referred me to the obgyn. I told my doctor I know they need to contact my insurance before I go. They never did that so when I showed for my appointment they told me it was never put in so I couldn't take it out so I waisted my gas.

The thing that made me want to leave was, I took my blood tests in THAT building I didn't I anywhere else. That being said I asked for my results and they said they cannot be found? There is so much security and privacy now days, HOW DO YOU LOOSE MY BLOOD TESTS? I'm not writing a bad review like I went to the nail salon and had a bad experience, this is my health!

Really happy I choose this office. The front desk is always kind. I'm thankful for my midwife, Jenna Sander. She's kind, patient and understanding and always takes time for her patients. She responds quickly to messages as well. Her medical assistant, Kaitlin, is also wonderful and make pregnancy calm. Highly recommend Jenna!

I loved my kids pediatrician Jere O'brian but the front desk staff made me switch offices. They are HORRIBLE. Any time I showed up I never got into my kids appointment until almost 30-40 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. They're extremely bratty and unprofessional.

My doctor here is Dr. Frank Troung. He has only been my doctor for a short time, about 9 months, but he is a very caring and kind doctor. I have a rare spinal disease and had not had any problems for almost 20 years but the problems started again and I was referred to him through my insurance. I can only imagine the frustration he must go through with my case and all my referrals and surgeries, pains, etc. Anyway, I don't want to get carried away because I really should be going but I just want to say this guy is GREAT! And I THANK HIM for dealing with me and my case.

Visit another doctor at another health care provider and did my yearly physical check up, the visit was well worth driving 10 more min, it was 100% covered by BCBS with no deductible, due to the correct charge code. Banner could not even schedule me for my yearly physical check up. I have transferred all my medical record from Banner to my new health care provider. I am hoping there will be a day that I see Banner going out of business specially this clinic at Alma School Rd.

Always a good experience here. Wait isn't long, front office staff is friendly as are the medical staff. Doctor Troung is also friendly and quick, too. There's a lab on site so you don't have to go far for blood work.

A few years ago, I was looking for a new Primary Care Physician. I had also just started getting familiar with Yelp! Somehow, I stumbled onto the right category and did a search for highly rated doctors in my area. This is where I found Dr. Gary Craine. Needless to say, Yelp! made a great recommendation and I've been a very happy (and healthy) patient ever since. Dr. Craine and his staff have always been very friendly and helpful.

And thankfully, I don't have to see him very often. Which is a good thing when you're talking about doctors. Recently, Dr. Craine moved to a beautiful new facility in Chandler. His office may be a little further away, but when I find a doctor I like (or any service provider), I will follow them. And honestly, the new location is super easy to get to.

You can literally see the freeway exit from the lobby. When you don't have a personal reference, it's nice to know you can rely on Yelp! And if you're reading this, I would whole heartedly recommend my doctor should you need one.
