Please be advised that we are contracted with insurance companies to collect a co-payment at the time of your visit. We file insurance as a courtesy to you; however, you are ultimately responsible for all medical charges. We try very hard to get to you rapidly after your paperwork is complete, and our goal is to see you within 10-15 minutes after you complete the registration process. When our clinic is full we do our best to get initial information rapidly, and make sure that you have a great experience.

I have been here several times. Mostly for Covid test. This is probably the best clinic i have ever been to. Friendly and helpful staff. Great nurses. Always in and out in a timely matter. The place is very clean. I live in lawton but drive over here because of the horrible service at all the clinics in lawton.

My mom needed to go to an urgent care today. As this is the only one I knew of, I brought her here hoping it wouldn't be too long of a wait and that they would take care of her. I saw a few cars and figured it would be a bit, but to our surprise, they called us immediately. We filled out the paperwork, paid the co-pay, sat down, and she was called within a minute.

She was back with them for about 20 minutes when she was diagnosed and meds were called in for her. They explained everything well and were very nice while we were there. I would go here again if needed.

Ok so i went to front desk to check in immediately because Ive been lightheaded for several days the nurse wasn't very nice immediately they told me its $100 to be seen for exam if bloodwork or anything you have to pay it got told i owe money never seen a bill in the mail which is my correct address so my husband pays it i have no insurance so of course I'm waiting in lobby for about 30 minutes extra but they aren't busy get bp taken etc. & the nurse had no clue what my otc gerd meds was called she googled it, & something that really was unprofessional the PA pretty sure not a dr. Announced what is going on so she stated did you not go to Er nope i didnt i came here to get examined and PA said well ik you are probably strapped for cash/fees very unpr i said so you're not going to look at me she says raising hand in the air very rude im working at er too and really who cares she said go to er without examining me well the least that you should of done was examine me because the $100 was paid to be seen i didn't ask for blood draw or ct scan all that needed done was look in my ears, nose, & mouth very rude said well its not your bp because its not high well lady just bc not high now doesn't mean i don't have high bp very unprofessional didnt get my exam that was clearly paid for and i was lightheaded never offered to have a seat while filling out papers.

First time for a covid test waited 3 hours which I didn't mind because they were so busy, but the second time once I got in I was told I would be the last of two people to get in. Once I got to the desk after waiting 35min I was sent away saying that they have seen to many people. Very frustrating to be told two different things while waiting in line.

Literally the worst and rudest people EVER- went in for a fractured ankle- they didn't even give me discharge instructions just threw a boot on me and said your free to leave- didn't even tell me the boot is suppose to stay on to sleep- Now I know why the Lobby was empty- I'd rather pay ER bill then ever go there again-

Quick with service, to diagnose, and with no return visit required. They instructed me to use my own immunity, after antibodies were removed with divertuculitis surgery, knowing it was not healthy to rely on antibiotics as wellness supplements. After an event which transpires into trauma surgery, at times we patients are afraid to become sick, and only with physician approval overtake antibiotics.

Super nice people. Totally professional. Arranged a video call for me, so I didn't need to go in. Had to perform further tests on my eye, so I went in. My meds were phoned in for me quickly. Thank you so much, Julia, Sheila, and. Cecilia.

I couldn't be happier with my experience with Urgent Med. I had Covid symptoms and was immediately taken to a separate room for quarantine. Everyone was so kind and concerned about my health from the receptionist to the x-ray tech to the NP that diagnosed my Covid. They gave me all kinds of information about Covid and supplemental meds. that I should take.

I was also referred to get an infusion of Remdisivir at the hospital. The amazing thing was that I received 3 Telemedicine calls so that I could video chat with the PA or NP. Very thoughtful and concerned about my recovery. Nothing but complements for the entire staff at Urgent Med in Duncan. Thank you!

The nurses were extremely exceptional, after I got past the front desk. My first impression was the front desk. I took my son for his physical, and was considering being seen for a tooth infection, but after dealing with the extremely rude secretary, I decided to go to duncan regional for my tooth. There was no reason for the older woman at the front desk to be rude, and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I will be filing a formal complaint against the woman.

3 hours from home and foubd ourselves at your urgent care needing an x-ray. When we were seated in the room I noticed the scripture on the wall and knew immediately we chose the right place to come to. The front office girls were super friendly as was the NP.

We were visiting from out of state. We took our child in due to a nasty fall and we thought he may have a fractured arm. The employees were very friendly, the wait was very short and the x-rays showed no fracture or break. Pricing was very reasonable for the services.
