Plan on waiting roughly 45 minutes to an 1 hour and 45 minutes before you're even seen. it's ridiculous! I would find another orthopedic office that doesn't over book appointments for the sake of an extra buck. Not worth your time!

It's really a tale of two clinics with this place. Bedside manner and service are pretty fantastic when you're at the clinic, but GOOD LUCK getting in touch with ANYONE if you call in off-site. Been calling at least once a week for the past few weeks to pay off my claims. Can't get in touch with the PA, billing department, or anybody. Front desk sends me over to Billing, but Billing literally never picks up.

I finally left a message, but I'm not anticipating a response. I'll probably have to pay in person, because they don't have an online payment option. They should hire someone with an MHA or front-end business experience, because it really is a shame for such clinical excellence to be masked by poor front-end practices. I really hope my claims are not sent to collections.

Dr. Larcom has performed 5 surgeries on me, repairing work from doctors in Florida. I fly from Florida to Utah for any orthopedic work. All his work is excellent; easy to speak to and deal with.

I have surgery on both of my shoulders by Dr. Scedros and felt compelled to give I word on how Awesome he has been. Attentive, informative, best recovery plan little pain if you follow his suggestions, less scaring than others I have witnessed. Besides a good scene of humor, I don't know as I have a negative for the pro & cons list!

Appointment was at 330 showed up early to fill out the paperwork it's now past 430 still have yet to be seen but everyone else who arrived after us has been taken back. When I arrived the front desk didn't even greet me or my husband. After 30 mins past our appointment we asked the front desk how much longer and the girl said Oh I couldn't tell you. Literally the worst experience ever

It's like pulling teeth trying to get ahold of this place. They had my MRI results for 3 weeks before finally contacting me. When I was finally contacted, it wasn't even the doctor I saw, honestly not even sure who I spoke to and I'm still pretty in the dark on how to recover from my injury. Then I got my bill in the mail, and I've called and left messages several times to try and just pay my bill over the phone. Still nothing from them. I've seen mechanics treat broken cars with more respect than this place treats an injured human being.

The front staff were great as well as the med techs. The Doctor however made me feel stupid for even going there and to top it off called me kiddo. I'm 33 years old I'm not a kid. Will def be going somewhere else for help. I don't like being in pain.

Both my husband and I have received complex emergency surgeries from Dr. Hawes and Dr. Barker in the last 3 years - they are both excellent at what they do! Both docs have been great on all of our follow-ups, have provided great care and answered all of our questions. We also interacted a lot with Dr. Hawes's PA (forgot his name) and he was just as fabulous!

We feel very lucky to have gotten them for our emergency surgeries where they happened to be on call! Also a huge shout out to Angie in their billing dept - I have a complicated out-of-state insurance plan and she's been helping me navigate the process, calling them many, many times on my behalf and advocating for me. I honestly don't know what I would do without her help! Rock star team! Thank you guys for all your hard work!

While I understand the circumstances that We are all in, they have gone above and beyond to make it almost impossible to be seen by a doctor. I broke my wrist and I needed surgery, they pushed it a week back because the doctor was going out of town, which was not a big deal. but I already had a broken wrist for about 2 weeks. fast forward to 10 days after surgery, I get a call to tell me they are rescheduling me to the 23rd of august (when my apt was initially on the 13th) because the doctor will be out of town.

I let them know I have a cast and stitches that need to be removed and they reply with "oh we didn't know that" then they are able to reschedule me to the 11th just to tell me they had a glitch and I needed to come back later in the day to when my actual appointment was? They have little to no communication at all. this has been so far the worst experience with the staff I have ever had in any medical facility. Even ER communicate better than these guys.

I've been seeing Dr Fukushima for a few years. I like him overall. Unfortunately he has a greater sense of thinking my healing is coming along better than it truly is. I am in constant pain, and the swelling still persists several years later. He says just keeping eating right and exercising. Sigh The front desk staff has zero personal skills.

Why be polite and personable to patients? They are paid to file papers, answer phones, and not much else. They've been standoffish ever since I've been a patient here (3 years). Good customer service is a thing of the past I've noticed. Quality of care? I am disappointed in Dr Peter Larcom. He's paid well to give half ass opinions of care. I hope the quality of care improves.

It was hard to find because I didn't know exactly what I was looking for but they have instructions if you go to the wrong building. Their name is written largely so continue on Woodrow until you see it. They got us checked in quickly and out quickly, too. The team was friendly and the facility is nice. (One picture is of the old building and the next one is of the new one).

Dropping this back down as for the treatment by the office staff afterwards and their lack of working on a payment plan. Everyone else was willing to work with me, these people expected all the payment up front at time of service and wouldn't work out a payment plan.

This office was awful. I called to make an appt for very specific procedure. They said, "yeah, Dr. Nelson does that." Great! I was able to get in fast. Fast forward to my appt. I get there and am not treated well when signing in and filling out the paperwork. My questions were not answered well. I then wait 20 minutes after my appointment time to be called back.

The nurse then tells me that this Doctor can't help me because he doesn't do those procedures. I then go back to the front to get my refund, however the nurse keeps my paperwork. I have to hunt her down to make sure she doesn't keep my information. Do not recommend. Perhaps the worst office treatment I have ever had. The office was clean, so if you want to waste your time in a clean office with no bathrooms, go for it!

I recently broke my arm and was referred to Utah Orthopaedic Specialists. During my treatment I've had a lot of questions and call them frequently. They are always so quick to answer my questions or get back to me with the answers promptly.

Went in today to see Dr Fukushima. Plenty of parking in front, took the elevator up to the second floor and found the office just fine. Plenty of seating and magazines and one TV in the waiting area. It got busy quick around 9am. The setup and sign in process was average, wait time was a bit long but all the staff and the MD's bedside manner were great. I'll probably be back.

I was referred to Utah Orthopedic Specialist in Murray, Utah that takes my Insurance to see Dr. Stephen Warner for a Bulging Disc in my neck pressing on my Spinal Cord, I was told I needed to bring my Referral, MRI & Report, for him to review it to see if he could help me, which I did. After a week his office called me to schedule an appointment, which was over a month out.

I received a call from his office 2 days before my appointment confirming my November 30th appointment, nothing was mentioned about my insurance no longer being accepted during this call. I went to my appointment gave them my D/L and Insurance card, I was givin paperwork to fill out while I was filling out my Paperwork, an office employee approached me & claimed she left me a voice mail, I never received a voice mail from his office ever.

She the told me that the Dr is no longer taking my insurance, but did when I was referred to him. I think this is very poor business practice, and I am sure I am not the 1st that this has happened to.
