Friendly front office. Beautifully furnished with wonderful brochures and information. Dr. Blankenship is just the icing on the cake. Dr. Karen Nern is wonderful. Honest and to the point. Excellent surgeon.

If it was possible to give less than 1 star I would. They billed my wrong insurance, even when they had my new correct insurance on file at the end of the appointment. Vail Dermatology ended up sending my account to collections because of their billing mistake. I then had my current insurance call their billing department and confirm that they had the correct information on file and that it was a miss billing of their own fault and my insurance immediately paid the balance.

The worst part of it is Vail Dermatology did NOT correctly report to the credit agencies that this was their billing error, thus impacting my credit with this bogus collection that they caused! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, THEY NEVER CALL YOU BACK IN ORDER TO CORRECTLY RESOLVE THE ISSUE! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SUPPORT!

I had Fraxel with Bree and I'm so happy with the results. It hasn't been long but my skin is already looking healthier and more vibrant. Bree made me feel so at ease and explained everything she was doing as I went through the treatment. The entire appointment was such a positive experience.

Dr. B is amazing. She is so caring and on top of my issues. I cannot say enough. So very appreciative of Vail Dermatology!

Dr Blankenship is excellent! She is thorough and explains clearly what lesions are and if they are worrisome or not. I see her each year for a yearly exam and feel very comfortable with her expertise. Office staff is awesome also!

I met with Dr. Blankenship for an annual Derm check up. She was the most caring, compassionate and gentle Dr while doing her job. She listened to what I had to say and made recommendations on what I should be doing to stay healthy in the future. I would highly recommend her!

I always feel listened to and cared for. Medical and office personnel are pleasant and willing to take time to make sure all is clear. The site is clean and care is taken to keep it so.

I was a little uncomfortable being a male going here for treatments other than skin cancer check ups. They made me very comfortable about treatments and said they wished their better half would use their services. So guys go for it!
