To have only one large radiology facility in a town like Vero is, is in and of itself, prohibitive. That said, CCIR-VRA does a bang-up job of being efficient, thorough, and professional. I have no less than five disabling conditions, so i find myself in MRI/CT scan offices often. Despite a nearly packed waiting room, I waited less than 20 min to get checked in and then get taken back.
The check in was friendly and efficient. The individual waiting rooms were clean and comfortable. All in all a good experience. Yes you may have to wait. Guess what, that's what happens in small towns

They used to be THE best facility within 3 counties. NOT anymore! The scheduling process is a nightmare and I was just told that it is normal to wait 48 hours for test results. 48 hours to read a simple x-ray, seems like nonsense to me. I will no longer be using this facility and will advise any of the patients I come in contact with at the office I work in to go elsewhere.

When your doctor asks you to go to Vero Radiology for an appointment request to go somewhere else. This is literally the WORST location. You spend over 30 minutes on the phone to make an appointment, then they try to schedule you months in advance even if its a stat order, and literally are the rudest people ever. This location told my mother, who speaks decent English, that if she can't speak English she shouldn't be seeking medical care there. These people have no sense of respect nor care. PLEASE stop giving coming here and funding their pockets when they are the absolute worst!

Vero Radiology needs help! I called Monday to make a mammogram appointment and person who answered took my name, phone number and what I needed done and told me someone would call me in a few days to make appointment. Well, today(Thursday) when I was unavailable they called and left voicemail to call them. I'd did and got the same BS! I'm looking for an alternate place to go!

If I could give a 0 star I would have given 0. My appointment was scheduled 2 months in advance. I got an appointment today scheduled for 1:45pm. I checked into the lobby at 1:15pm. I was not attended to for Mammo until 2:50pm after twice following up. I missed my other appointments scheduled at 2:45PM and late picking up my daughter from school. The staff did not have respect of people's time.
Especially waiting for more than 1.5 hours was unacceptable. The two people just admitted got served first. It was very frustrating and makes your blood boil. I will ask my pcm to send me to other facility next time. I will never go back there!

Horrible appointment process. The phone either disconnects or you are on hold forever. I tried 10 times and gave up and went there in person. Waited an hour and a half to see the scheduler after checking in. Got an appointment 3 weeks away for mammogram. Went today for the appointment and they said sorry our power is out, we'll call and reschedule. Got home to find they called (caller ID said "private number" so I wouldn't have answered anyway) while I was driving there.
I don't expect to receive a call to reschedule but I will give them a chance. If not, I am not going through the process I did for the original appointment. I will get the referral for some place else.

My Doctor's office made the appointment on Monday for an MRI, luckily there was a cancellation that allowed me in on Friday, same week. I found staff to be pleasant and professional. Will and Crystal in the MRI department were especially professional, friendly and courteous. Explained things well and we're very efficient. This is not my first MRI so I had an idea of the process. Overall a very good experience.
